Ryobi Tools

With the purchase today of the Ryobi hand vac, we now have a total 6 tools that go with the 18volt! We love them all and will continue to add more as needed. The vacuum works great!

The motor burned out in my 1,600 PSI 1.2 GPM ELECTRIC PRESSURE WASHER. I took it to the service people and they ordered a new one. When it arrived I had to pay the $60.00 service charge. Never again will I buy a Ryobi tool. Unfortunately I own 5 other Ryobi tolls.

Worst product i have ever purchased! Unfortunately, i own ~$10k in ryobi products. I have never had an issue w/any so i have never had to deal w/customer service. I have owned this lawnmower for ~1yr, and it has worked for ~ 5mos of that time. What makes it worse, is the customer service is probably the worst i've ever come across. For ex) i took it back to the instructed facility by ryobi. The facility looked at me like i was stupid. So i had it driven back. 3hrs of wasted time, $100 out of my pocket. I've spent almost $600 in lawn care b/c this garbage machine doesn't work and ryobi will not do anything about it. Third time it will be in the shop if i can find one that works w/ryobi. This will be my last ryobi purchase gauranteed!

PURCHASED THEIR WORTHLESS TOOLS. THEY DO NOT WORK NONE OF THEM THE DRILL IS WEAK AND WORTHLESS. THE SAW ALL WITH NOT CUT ANYTHING. THE SKILL SAW LOCKS UP EVERYTIME YOU TRY TO CUT SOMETHING. SO ALL OF THEIR TOOLS ARE MEANT FOR NO PURPOSE BUT MAYBE BARBIE AND KEN CAN PLAY WITH THEM. BUT SURE DO NOT WORK TRIED TO RETURN AT HOME DEPOT THEY WOULD NOT LET ME. SO BUYER BEWARE. WORTHLESS TOOLS.

I am an independent HVAC/R CONTRACTOR. I have RYOBI tools for the last 15 years. I have had great experience with using these tools successfully and reliable. IN MY OPINION RYOBI IS A GREAT TOOL. BEST BUY FOR THE DOLLAR.

I never give time for reviews but if anyone is looking for great tools at at great price I highly recommend these, I started with a 18 volt drill and started adding from there I got the Lawn edger and leaf blower I have a 1/2 acre and the battery lasted for about 1 1/2 hours on the edger and the blower. I work in the ship yard environment and get very hot I got the 18 volt portable fan added a rope around it to carry it around works great the battery last about 7 hours on high, I got my wife one while sitting on the back deck and she loves it. In my area Home Depot has the best selection of RYOBI tools I'm now up to 7 tools and plan to add a few more.

I am really fed up with Ryobi today. Equipment is widely available, but you struggle your bud off to get the accessories. I am really considering looking to go over to another make, because of this.

I've been installing tile for 45 years, I've always used the bigger wet saw's that you had to set up outside and they do make quite a mess, roughly 8 years ago I was introduced to this little saw that can do so much, I do a lot of custom showers, backsplash's, Floors and walls with tile, I can setup this wet saw in any room I'm working in and on any countertop and keep my mess contained with the system I've created, not to mention the hours I save not having to go outside to make my cuts, I do call a disposable saw because I go through 1 sometimes 2 saws a year but the price is quite reasonable that it's worth it, For the do it yourself homeowners and professionals I highly recommend this are you will be 7 inch tile wet saw

DURING THE PAST 4 MONTHS, I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE EXTENSION ROD 3 TIMES AS THE HEAD JUST BECAME IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE AND REASSEMBLE, NOW, AFTER PURCHASING A NEW UP TO DATE HEAD, I CAN NOW DISMANTLE AND REASSEMBLE IF NECESSARY. THE LATEST PART COST ME $59.99 + TAX. I BELIEVE I SHOULD BE REFUNDED ASAP. THANK YOU. WALLACE CAHOON *******996

I use tools in my job and I'm sure Ryobi is the worst you can buy. Is not cheap if you have to replace it three times in a year. And use the warranty is imposible. The service is a nightmare.

I have 3 garden implements ( lawn mower, trimmer and blower) all 40v. I can cut, trim and clean trimmings on a single battery. Easy to use and powerful. I highly recommend RYOBI..

I just bought a pressure washer and used it today. It is small and lightweight but has more than enough pressure for washing my house, sidewalks and driveway. Very happy camper here!

Have had our tools since 2007 just ordered new batteries our son loves all the products we would love to have the thousand dollar gift card from Home Depot to buy more

I purchasded A Ryobi 18v pressure washer to clean and remove old stain from deck. This smal pressure washer worked absolutely great. It did a super job and was very easy to use and control, it clean wonderfilly

We have used a Cordless mower for over 3 years. This one has great features and easy to use operations. We bought one and my sister in-law also bought one

I've had a lot of power tools and payed the higher price for Dewalt, Then working at home and doing small projects I got to depending more on Ryobi, I noticed the reviews in Consumers Reports and so I bought my Ryobi generator over the more expensive Honda, The Ryobi is as good in every way and cost me several hundred less. Their power tools are in every way as good as Dewalt IMO, The most important thing is I can afford to have more power tools by using Ryobi and I get everything I did from the more expensive brands. I have not been asked to give a positive review I just think everyone likes to save money

I am 70 years old and my hands are not what they use to be. I do a lot of electrical work and when using a regular screwdriver my hands cramp up. This tool takes care of that problem

Cordless blower is light, powerful, and just what we needed for blowiong out the carport without dragging cords around. It is light enough that my wife has no trouble using it.

Purchased a trimmer with the online App.
Found out later that the battery and charger didn't come with it. Now need to make another purchase to get the items to run it.

Was affordable, easy to assemble and works great, a great buy for the money. The rotating head makes the job allot easier when you need to edge a lawn

I have been using ryobi tools for years, and wont use anything else. There tools make yard work so much easier for me to use.and so does the inshop tools look e them thankyou ryobi

I will never buy another RYOBI equipment again I bought a rm480e in 2021 and the machine literally has 30 hrs of run time on it and the batteries are junk! I have a half acre area that I mow and I have to charge 4 times to mow it! In the beginning I could do my lawn 3 times over on one charge. RYOBI won't do anything about it and neither will Home Depot this absolute bull$#*! after paying 3,400$ for the machine with the bagger kit and now it's a 900lb paper weight in my garage! RYOBI will never get another dollar out of me! False advertisement and the products don't perform as advertised way to screw your customers over I will shop at Lowe's from now on and I'll never waist my money on a greedy company like RYOBI
