Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
My corded angle grinder needed extension cords for most jobs around the property which was always a hassle, finally quit. I needed a new one ASAP for an upcoming home project. I decided to check out cordless grinders mainly for convenience. I finally decided to go online after checking local establishments. Home Depot, had a Ryobi Model PCL 455 that came with a battery and charger that I finally ordered. The grinder arrived a couples days before the estimated arrival date. It was more than what I was expecting, it operated and felt like what a pro would use. This grinder was easy to put together and is far superior to my old one (and that of my buddy's cordless grinder). Living several hundred miles from a major city I was able to order this grinder on line from Home Depot and expect it to arrive on time. Most important my confidence in ordering products from Home Deport just when from a 1 to 10 for their quality and dependability. I recommend you try Home Depot online ordering.
Tip for consumers:
Delivery and quality of product was better than expected. Delivery was one or two days before estimated date.

1. Ryobi sprayer cap has broken twice and now the handle has cracked and leaks... on an item only used 4 times.
2. Ryobi lawn mower... only used 7 times last year; less than 1 year old. Just died. Starts runs 1 minute and dies. Tech says known issue... take it to local Home Depot to fix. If they can't repair it, they ship it back to factory for repair. Local guy says he can fix it same day. It's been at HomeDepot for 4 days and now they say the repair guy is off for next 3 days and no one can tell us if or when our mower will be repaired or even where it is, no status, no info, nothing! Now corporate is saying it'll be 3-4 weeks when/if home depot sends it back to them!? Sorry but my grass has not stopped growing and I'd like to at least know what the status is! NO more ryobi or Home Depot.
Just got my new 3000 PSI Gas Pressure washer. Because of the time of year I haven't gotten to do to much with it except starting it up. It started on the second pull first time using it. The unit seems very well built. I like the extra length pressure hose and the large wheels which making it move around very easy. The Honda motor was a very good selling point for me as well.

I bought this tho I saw on impulse. I was originally shopping for a different brand, but it was over priced. I decide to buy the ryobi mainly because of the price difference, but am extremely glad that I did. It waste money on the more expensive one. This is a great product and will purchase more ryobi products in the future!
Tip for consumers:
Great value and works as well as more expensive products.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with a Ryibi product, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to warn others. First and foremost, let me say that the quality of the product itself was disappointing. It broke easily, which was frustrating in itself. However, what made matters worse was the abysmal process for submitting a warranty claim.
There's simply no easy way to go about it. The phone wait times are absurdly long, to the point where you'll likely give up out of sheer frustration. It's almost as if their customer service is structured to discourage you from even attempting to file a claim. It's a deliberate tactic to make the process so cumbersome that customers eventually throw in the towel and move on.
I can't stress enough how frustrating this experience has been. Dealing with Ryibi's warranty claims is akin to running in circles. They seem to have perfected the art of giving customers the runaround. It's clear that their priority lies in avoiding honoring warranties rather than providing genuine support to their customers.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing any Ryibi product. Not only are they prone to breaking easily, but you'll also find yourself completely unsupported when it comes to warranty claims. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your tools and equipment needs.
Ease of assembly. No issues attaching my RYOBI router. Took some finagling to get the router bit at the debts I desired. Once set up it preformed as expected.
I would recommend.

Best buy ever, this pressure machine makes my job easier and faster. It is of excellent quality and strength and at an affordable price, it is lightweight and perfect for people with arthritis like me. I recommend this product.
I bought a new Ryobi push mower. Love the speed with which the battery charges and how long the battery lasts. Hate that I cannot use my mower because it came defective and will take a minimum of 8 weeks to "evaluate" and several more weeks to "order parts". So I have no recourse and no mower. I will pay more for someone to mow my lawn while I wait for my new mower to be repaired than I paid for the new mower. Ryobi products have been good so far but if you encounter a problem, you are stuck.

After purchasing the RyobiTools 6 piece battery operated tool kit I'm very pleased with the choice I made. Each tool is specific for my needs. I especially like that the batteries will hold a charge for a long period of time. I would recommend these tools purchased at Home Depot. Great job RYOBI keep up the great work.

Good investment for product review.

Got this to replace our gas trimmer which is hard to start. Big difference! Works great lots of power. I kept it on low speed which of all the power I needed. I will be looking at Ryobi tools to buy now.
In Dec 21 I purchased the 40 volt snow blower as we have a corner lot with lots of sidewalks ad at age 77 I am getting tired of the shove. Really surprised with the power this units has in powder and wet snow. It cleans right down to the cement and throws the snow a good 10 feet out of the directional chute. Light and easy to push - this is a real winner. In March 22 I purchased a 40 volt push mower with a 7.5 amp hour battery that can be used between the snow blower and the mower ( i have 2 other smaller amp 40 volt from a Walker and sidewalk blower). Have used the mower twice and it really costs nice and is easy to push. The battery after the first use was only down one light. No more gas/pulling rope/noise or pollution. This mower is a keeper.
Tip for consumers:
Easy to use.

Half of my Ryobi tools and their batteries failed within a year on the tools that I have. Their warranty is impossible. You have to send the tool in with a $40 deposit. (So if they find that it is your fault they can charge you.). Try and call them for help and that's a frustrating experience. If you want less expensive tools than Milwaukee, go to Harbor Freight and get the Bauer stuff for half the price of Ryobi. For $18 more you can get a 2 year no questions asked warranty with them! All of my Bauer tools have out lasted the Ryobi stuff.

Just bought a lawn mower; it is a Ryobi,
And it comes with more than 1 battery
And a recharge that is very fast,
So good-bye to gas!
And hello to super cutting quality
With no missing debris!
A mower that is robust
And a tool that you can trust!
Assembly so easy
Push-button start so breezy
1 lever adjusting all the wheels
To any of the 7 cutting levels!
A catcher bag so big
You really don't need another rig!
It actually comes with a headlight
So, one can even mow at midnight!
Great upgrades all around
The Ryobi is the best mower I've found!
Cutting the grass no longer a chore
With this incredible power mower
A handle that folds back
Storage that is compact
Taking up very little space
Which has not always been the case
All of this without costing a leg and an arm
Yes, a reasonable price is no harm!
So glad Home Depot sold me a Ryobi
I am jumping with glee as it is maintenance free!
We now have 5 RYOBI tools total. Having good luck with them all, both gas and battery operated. Taking them out of the box and assembling them with the easy to understand instructions was very helpful. Will be purchasing another in the future when the need arises.
We own many Ryobi tools. Purchased this blower and it was broken. Ryobi is wanting us to take it to a service center to be repaired. Service center is backed up minimum of 3 weeks. We need blower now. DO NOT recommend. This makes us reconsider any additional Ryobi purchases.
The Ryobi 40v Lithium 15 inch cordless Trimmer is a powerhouse. On a full charge I would put it up against any gas or cord Trimmer. Its really fast and cuts fantastic. It has some weight to it but its manageable. Well made and comes with the charger and fan be switched out with other Ryobi tools. Great buy and I highly recommend it!
I was surprised at the size of cut, run time and quiet operation. Ordered on-line and received it 4 days later in perfect condition. I have a 1/3 acre lot and it completed the job on the 2 batteries supplied. I must say I was skeptical when purchasing but am now totally pleased.
After using only twice and reading and following the instructions numerous times, battery new, no wall paper or plaster and still get false readings or no reading at all. I'm a contractor and have used stud finders many times over the years and this was the absolute worse. This was a gift so I cannot return or exchange it to try another of the same. So I will purchase a different make and keep my fingers crossed.
I became a contractor over the summer of 2021. I've found the price of their tools to be in the middle of the road. The batteries are interchangeable from tool to tool which has reduced the amount of batteries needed and has saved cost. Ryobi also has a wide range of tools making the batteries even more valuable. I've found the tools are as good or better than top brand names and recommend the product to anyone who uses more than one power tool. I no longer look at other brands and only will if Ryobi doesn't have what I need.
Tip for consumers:
Hard to say. I wish I knew everything I described prior to purchasing other tools. I have a couple of other brand name tools that I wouldn't have bought if I knew more about Ryobi prior to those purchases. It's very tough to say how the company could have made me aware of that prior to my purchases. For me, I just had to figure it out as there is a lot of tools to choose from.

Bought a Ryobi 40V walk behind mower in April 2022...17 months later does not work and customer service sent me service providers, and closest to me is 50 miles away and they expect me to pay shipping costs there and they pay shipping cost...service provider has a cell number and voice mailbox is full and left SMS message and they have never called me back...explained my issues with Ryobi rep. And offered zero solution...last Ryobi tool I will ever own...and it's still under warranty...so do your research before buying...Richard in Florida
All your tools are reliable and battery power seems to last longer than all other competition.
I'm a licensed contractor and have used many other brands, but the variety of your complete tool packages have the others beat hands down. Thank You Ryobi

I reviewed and purchased a new, not refurbished, 2300 PSI 1.2 GPM High Performance Electric Pressure Washer from my local Home Depot and unit builds pressure for 20 seconds then stops working! Hose input connected to house full open. Hose connected to power washer? Yes! Oh, why does the picture on the box look different than the unit in the box? The hose inputs are different? I attached pics. Back to the setup install…. We have power! Yes! We have pressure for 20 seconds then it stops! Why? Two grown men trying to figure out a simple power washer and we are stumped on why it doesn't work. I'm not even putting it back in the box! Back to Home Dept for my $300.

I purchased my snow blower Summer 2021, and pulled it out for the first time in January 2022. There was a part missing, so I called Ryobi customer service to have this issue resolved. I received the best customer service experience, I was so impressed I had to leave a review. The representatives I spoke with Pam and another young lady both were excellent, they were very polite and were determined to resolve my issue. I'm very satisfied with the service I received, and will definitely recommend Ryobi products.

So far, everything looks great and I can't wait to get started, but it just started to rain.
I will start tomorrow. Ta Da! This trimmer replaces an old one that didn't work too well.
