Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
I own a remodeling business and I use many different Ryobi tools daily. Great tools. Very powerful. Batteries last a long time. Plus Ryobi offers such a variety of tools helpful for any project we are working on. I highly recommend Ryobi to fellow contractor or diyers. Plus they are sold at all home Depot stores. And they are bringing out new tools all the time. I currently own about 20 Ryobi products and I intend to buy more.

I have used Ryobi for years. They used to be very good tools. Not anymore. This is the second pressure washer I purchased. The first one didn't work so I thought it was a fluke. Nope! The second one does not work either. Even worse the charger that came with it overheats to the point that you can not touch it. I contacted Ryobi, Home Depot and Tool Direct. All of them say they will give me another one, which I do not want since the tool does not work. Think twice before you buy!
Tip for consumers:
You don’t find out that Tool Direct does not do refunds until you buy the product and it is on the receipt!

I use to use another brand cordless tool until they simply got too expensive to use. I bought a RyoBi to give it a try. This was about 25 years ago. I have yet to experience a single problem with ANY of the battery operated tools I purchased. As my electric or gas powered tools, like my chain saw, gave out I replaced them with RyoBi. I will continue to do that until ALL my power tools are RyoBi. I am that Satisfied.
Needed a blower with power for tree and grass messes on sidewalks and driveway. Have a lot of area so required constant power provided by corded blower. Ryobi blower met and exceeded my requirements. Easy assembly right out of box. I had the driveway free of acorns and other matter in no time.
I own drill set- leaf blower for yard work- whipper sniper- hedge trimmer. Now I bought a new all wheel drive battery operated lawn more for $ 998.00 at my local HOME DEPOT where I buy all my Ryobi Tools. I love the idea of everything runs on batteries. My wife needs no more gas for the lawnmower and trying to always start it. We have extra batteries so we do not have to wait for them to be charged when we do yard work. Excellent products. Keep up the good work. Prices are very reasonable.
The 1st 18v battery on the tool lasted about 2 weeks of light weed-eating. 2nd lasted about a week and that's it. I'm done with Ryobi. Absolute disaster and just incredibly frustrating not to get the job done and to be out the original cost of the tool plus an extra battery. Now what am I supposed to do? Just write it off to stupidity on my part for trusting RYOBI? From what I've read these lousy batteries are a constant complaint despite the glowing 5 star reviews obviously written by RYOBI employees with multiple email accounts. What a joke. Class action law suit anyone?

I'd love to write a review about the inverter I just bought but unfortunately I can't get through the damn packaging to get to it. Come on Ryobi, you don't think this is a little excessive? And I've got 4 of these packages to get through? I don't know...
I'm a first time buyer of the RYOBI Brand. I'm very satisfied of the product and very excited to utilize this machine, it's been very helpful around the farm and very reliable. I cant stress enough how much of an investment this is. Thank you and may God bless
RYOBI tools are the best I've ever used for over 15 years. I have about every tool they make. Wouldn't change anything on my tools. Warranty is best that you can find. Thank you RYOBI for such wonderful service and tools...
Ok j I just bought my 18 volt string trimmer/edger at Home Depot today... being a senior women... I must say that it went together easy... I thought it broke when I stopped it and it would not start... but the battery needed to be recharged,,,, lightweight... I was looking for 3 years and could not decide on what to buy,,, they had it on display and somehow it just felt right... we will see,,, I had two before and somehow they never lasted very long,,,, WISH ME LUCK,,, so far so good
I absolutely love my Ryobi leaf blower! I bought a new one last year and it didn't blow hard enough to do what I needed it to so, I bought the latest one that works as good as a gas powered one. Very pleased with the horse powder. Thank you Ryobi!

We purchased our weed eater ( 18" gas straight shaft string trimmer) from Home Depot. Very reasonably priced as we had shopped around extensively. Two other trimmers we had purchased and returned had failed to even start.
This one started right up. It never faltered. It was light weight and easy to use and does a good job. Mode; number RY*******

I have a 40 volt weed eater, the strings break as they always seem to. So we purchased a ryobi plastic blade device to replace it. It broke the first day, I thought perhaps it was something I did, purchased another. It also broke in in the same place. Next day they battery died. 189.00 for a new battery or 169.00 for a whole new trimmer. I'll go back to the dewalt that never has failed me
I bought one the other day didn't get 10 minutes out of it an the housing for the weedeater busted. Sometimes you get a bad one it happens so I exchanged it for another it is definitely not meant for commercial use. I also got the plastic blade attachment with it. It doesn't stay attached it falls off every few minutes needs some sort of spring system to keep pressure on the clips. I have several ryobi tools and for the most part am satisfied with them but not so much with this one I'm going to try and design my own attachment keeper will let you know how it works
Hook it up and pull the trigger. Easy to use and understand. Fills tires rafts and sports equipment fast. Love the digital readout one tool does it all. On board storage tray is handy no complaints at all. Plus I got it on sale.
I purchased buy Ryobi Lawn mower from Home Depot in Oct 20 because it was on sale, I needed a mower and I wanted to buy electric, I'm sorry I didn't look further. This is my third summer and the mower is falling apart. I'm use to constantly tightening the screws on the sides but never thought I needed to look out for the screws holding the wheels in place underneath the back tires. Today I lost a plate when the screws fell out. I called Ryobi and waited for hours,11 - 1, before I spoke with a guy that said I had the wrong department, he transferred me to a number that didn't picked up by 3, so I called Home Depot. Who nicely stated that the item was too old to return when all I wanted was screws and a replacement plate to keep the back tires in place. I told him this and he promised to contact Ryobi and get back in 48 hours. Good luck with that.
Seems we have to vet everything anymore or accept that all manufactures are more or less a catch me if you can company

I Love these Tools. I started with the whole set in the hard plastic case 20 years ago. They Still Work and can be used with the New ION Batteries. I have since bought the Hedge Trimmer, another Drill, a Spreader, an oscillating tool, and weed eater. Now won't buy any other Tool. I used my old circular saw on my deck last year. Batteries are awesome, They lasted Hours. I am a True RYOBI Customer. Love their tools.
I recently purchased the Ryobi 10" 18V cordless Chainsaw for light work, pruning small fruit trees. If you are a home gardener, I highly recommend this product. It is lightweight. Easy to use, with important safety features. The convenience of being battery powered. Performance is more than adequate for home use. A very valuable tool added, to our quiver of Ryobi tools. Comes with a three year limited warranty. A measure of confidence!

It is very difficult to read the battery instructions showing which direction to insert the batteries. We could not find a serial number for the product. Also, being an older adult, I found it extremely difficult to read the very small print on the laser itself.
Purchase a power washer to clean the outside of my home. The machine is easy to use and I am please with the results. I also have other power tools from Ryobi and I have never encounter any problems with them. I do recommend their products.
As an 85 year old widow with four enormous deciduous trees in my yard, I had trouble starting, much less controlling, the gas driven leaf blower my husband handled with such ease. With copious leaves falling, and since I needed the exercise, I purchased Ryobi's cordless lightweight 40V blower. I had no trouble setting it up and find it works really well into moving leaves into manageable piles. Altogether a decidedly happy purchase.
Overall this nail gun is great. We have several Ryobi tools that are battery operated and use them most weeks.
My complaint is with the registration. I an not completely computer dumb but I cannot even get to "chat" to ask for help. I have proof of purchases but don't know how to upload them.

My new Ryobi Leaf Blower is very light and powerful. I purchased Model P*******, 18 Volt One+ Brushless Blower. No need to cover areas twice. This blower does the trick on the first pass with no problems. The Charger and Battery are also very easy to use. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed!
I have several Ryobi Tools at my home I used regularly. I like them because of their Pricing, they seem to be way more competitive in price vs. a lot of their competitors. Ryobi tools seem to deliver what they promise in toughness, and efficiency. Their batteries, which are very important to lengthy use of the tools are strong, and reliable. I have some other tool of the same nature that were more expensive, and their batteries were not only limited to they amount of time you could use the tool, but the price to replace their batteries were also high. It was very disappointing.

This is my second one gallon 18 volt chemical sprayer. First was purchased on March 2018. Disappointed that it did not last longer, however, it was so easy and convenient to use that I purchased a second one. Rechargeable battery is interchangeable with other Ryobi tools. I am a 72 year old woman so a one gallon sprayer, once it is filled, is about all the weight I can handle.
