Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
I use the Ryobi reciprocating saw for tree limbs and cutting trim up to fit in dumpster. Great tool and I will probably get the blower now. My cousin from Ca has been getting all the tools to send to IL his Dads place for when he comes. I can't find receipt bought at home Depot west lane rd Machesney Park IL Thank You Katherine Kliebe
We have a few Ryobi products. Our firsts were a 18v cordless drill with batteries and a 10" sliding miter saw. We built a deck and rebuilt and porch. Then we bought a 18v trimer/ edger. My husband like it so much I bought him one. Our next product will be a table saw. We love Ryobi tools.
Received gift on Fathers' Day and immediately charged battery to try my 18 volts hedge trimmer. It is more than I expected, cuts beautifully, not too heavy or noisy. Recommend it for sure.
Used ryobi tool from day one, everyone told me you are throwing your money away. So i threw my money for a home run. And still have some of the orginal tools
Thanks
The Weed eater works great and is lightweight but I have to give her a boo-boo for edging because when the string breaks it doesn't feed that's my only complaint
Tip for consumers:

Purchased a Ryobi sting trimmer at Home Depot two weeks ago and could not be more pleased. Easy to assemble and performed exactly as advertised. Did my yards in no time and they came out perfectly.
Love this mower! Powerful yet quiet. Push button start is a game changer. Short learning curve for self-propelled but it is so much easier navigating the slope of my lawn. Highly recommend.

My 92 year old mother ask for a lightweight blower and weed eater that was battery powered.
The Ryobi 18v one plus was a great purchase from Home Depot.
Very senior friendly.
These tools are pro grade.Absolutely the best combination of color, style, easy to use to change out batteries, blades, bits, etc. I highly recommend owning as many as you can get.
So happy I finally bought my garage/driveway blower! I don't have to find an outlet or fill with gas! Light weight so a "Senior" can use and even enjoy! Thank you!
Great for elderly, light weight, easy to handle. Can cut weeds without having to stop and recharge. Did my whole yard. Just love it. My next door neighbor bought one.
This is my second RYOBI blower I have purchased in the past
Three months. I have a home in Florida and NY State and would not be
Without these. I left my one in Florida and purchased my second one for NY State.
I tried a Craftsman and also had a older Black and Decker. These ROBI products
Have others beat ten fold. The RYOBI blower is the absolute best and powerful.
Other blowers don't hold a candle to these. I'm sold on these products and will
Not have any others.

I have been using Ryobi Tools for a Long Long Time Now and they are Grate. They Last and Last. I use Ryobi on any thing when I can. The House, Yard, in the Garage, on my Truck, Car and My Motor Cycle and my Golf Cart and they work Grate. As for me, These are the Best Tools for the Money. Try them out you will see how Good and Safe they are. Thank you J. C
Ryobi is my right arm! I am an "older lady." Each type of Ryobi I have used to custom build/update my home, has been excellent! The outside tools from tree saw to trimmer and air blower have been perfect for me. The saw trimmed large older Crepe Myrtle trees to a "professional" groom. Neighbors seeing me using them have immediately become interested and either borrowed or purchased their own having been so impressed with the ease and effective use of each Ryobi. The power washer immediately took years of built up gutter spill green moss and mold off the brick easily. Intending to only do the house, i was "enticed" to start on the aggregate drive. I never knew the 20 year old drive would look brand new! That lead me to the curbing and immediately made "my" curbing white as snow. That got the attention of close-by neighbors and soon, neighbors farther away, due to the stark difference in mine vs all the rest. The cost for the product makes each tool quite inviting. Then finding the ease and effective use is the best product for me. Large projects like remodeling a master bath to actually change the configuration of a room and totally building a custom office/craft/sewing room, were all done with Ryobi. Like i said: Ryobi is my right arm!
Tip for consumers:
Ryobi is excellent for any need.
Products used:
Several drill sizes, saws, (miter, table, jig, hole) pressure washer, tree trimmer, compound drill, several different lights, yard trimmer, edger, blowers, hedge trimmer, hand trimmer, battery dock, air pressure tire care. /and some not remembered right now
Purchased a combo tools package at Home Depot. Battery lasted about 3 months of VERY LIGHT USE (I have a tiny yard.) Every attempt to convince their warranty and customer service folks to honor the warranty has failed. They have promised twice since March (it is now June) that "it was on the way- 7-10 days." They also promised an "apology gift" which must have traveled the same route as the non-existent replacement battery. I now have two Ryobi tools and no battery. If I must purchase another battery to replace the crap one it came with, it will be with a reputable manufacturer and NEVER AGAIN RYOBI. Their website is awful and I truly believe is designed to make it impossible to actually connect with a representative (every email has been ignored, Chat function is worthless (every promise made on the chat has been empty.) Forget trying to call (hours on hold only to be place in endless circular holding patterns.) BUY RYOBI AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time. I didn't keep the receipt for the purchase and now that is apparently a limiting factor for being able to leave a review. Ryobi strikes again!!!!.

None- the products won't work without the battery.
I wasn't sure about trying a battery operated sprayer so I held off for a while. But I purchased the one gallon and used it four times in one day and was amazed by the power and ease of use. NO more PUMP PUMP. It was such a joy I purchased the four gallon which really cut my application time in half of more. I highly recommend it and it is also a good fit, battery wise, with my other 18v Ryobi tools.
L was never a big fan of ryobi tools untill my son inlaw brought his set over to help me on a project and i saw it in action, and convinced me to buy a set of my own and now i keep that set in my truck so i have it to use when ever the need arises.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PRODUCT I PURCHASED FROM RYOBI. THE MOWER WILL BE 3 YEARS OLD IN JULY AND THE BATTERIES ARE HAVING ISSUES, INSTEAD OF BEING ABLE TO CUT UP TO 2 ACRES, I AM RUNNING OUT OF POWER IN LESS THE 2/3 OF AN ACRE EVEN THO THE BATTERIES AND MOWER HAVE BEEN MAINTAINED AS PER THEIR GUIDELINES. THE MOWER HAS A 3 YEAR WARRANTY BUT THE BATTERIES ARE LIMITED TO 1 YEAR YET THEY ARE ADVERTISED THAT THEY SHOULD GET 5 YEARS PLUS... I BOUGHT AN ELECTRIC TO MINIMIZE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE, AT THIS RATE I COULD EASY HAVE MY GRASS MOWED FOR 4 YEARS PLUS AT LESS EXPENSE. IT WOULD BE NICE IF RYOBI WOULD STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS AND REPLACE THE BATTERIES.

RYOBI ELECTRIC RIDING MOWERS ARE JUNK - BATTERIES ARE EXPENSIVE AND DO NOT LAST
I got a backpack blower from ryobi- was super excited. Less than three months in and less than 3 times of use- THE PLASTIC which carries the motor BREAKS. Fine, i'll send it back to get fixed. HAD to go to HOME DEPOT which is where their service dept is-I don't even want to get into the home depot service. 4 months later they still have my backpack with no communication except from my end asking when it will be fixed. They say the plastic is not covered- of course because they use cheap plastic for a heavy backpack. On top of all of this, they tell me to get a third party to check it out -what does that even mean?! So frustrated I am never buying from them again in case it somehow breaks, FYI- I am extremely delicate with all of my tools and extremely OCD.
I purchased a Ryobi Inflator, mainly because I am having an issue with one of the tires on my John Deere lawn tractor. It has a slow leak, and until I can get it in to get it fixed permanently, I have had to plug in my other inflator to pump it up. The advantage of the Ryobi is, since it is battery powered, I can keep it out in my storage barn where I keep my John Deere. So far, so good!
I just bought a blower from home depot in melboure fla. I had a youg lady help me, when I saw the price of all the ex. I had to buy, I was I cant afford it.
So the young lady name Celina pou. Threw in the charger for me. I can say enough how much that helped me. She went way about for the help.
We need more Celina pounds in this world.
She has really helped and made my day
Thank you and bless you
Mary from melbourne fla.
