Ryobi Tools

Bought the pin nailer from Home Depot in Dec of 2021. Returned it for service in Jan.
Ryobi tells me to take it back to Home Depot who doesn't repair them but sends it to a third party and charges me $32,00, (Refundable if found to be a factory defect)
It was mailed back to Home Depot March of 2022 and here we are May of 2022 and still haven't received it
Nobody answers or returns calls from Ryobi and Home Depot say's it's out of there hands.
Last Ryobi i will ever buy for sure.

I have received two Ryobi tools as a Christmas gift(s) feom my son. They include a leaf blower and recriprocating saw.I have used both and are fantastic. Easy to set up and use and long lasting 18 volt rechareable units. They ar perfect for my use on driveways, sidewalks, tree branches, and screende porch floor. I couldnd not have been more pleased for these gifts and how well they perform.

It works great, I go to use it great charge and does the job perfectly everything that I pull it out no problems, I love it

My wife and I power washed the whole house the white fences the driveway and a car During the stay at home time.It was light weight worked extremely well and we had a lot of fun doing this together.

I have had had many Riobi products over the past 12 years and loved them all. But this last purchase of the Ryobi One + 18V 1/2 Drill/Driver tops them all Wow! I can screw into wood without predrilling and the screws countersink themselves. So fast and so easy! Love Love Love it!

Just bought my first RYOBI Weed eater, only question I have why did I wait so long to buy one? I have used other brands and no comparison, RYOBI is the best. I'm sorry but I will not lend it to my friends anymore, so don't ask!

First of all I got the greatest Christmas present this year, a Ryobi Cordless Bug Zapper, we camp in our RV travel trailer quite a bit and enjoy ourselves with our only Grandson, this BugZapper will be great because we sit outside at night and enjoy the fire and campground, what a great new Ryobi Tool, thanks and keep up the great tools you come out with, Happy Campers!

I have purchased a few RYOBI products and have been generally satisfied. However, after using the Surface Cleaner a few times, the plastic holding the wand cracked and the spinning motion became unbalanced. It was outside the 90 day warranty (occurred within a year) and RYOBI refused to make an exception even to provide a prod credit. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A RYOBI SURFACE CLEANER

My first was a drill since then over the years I have added at least 25 tools to my list from tools To garden weed walkers to pole saws
Extra batteries the larger ones that tell there battery strength are great
They are great tools and never failed me in what ever job I was doing

I'm very happy with this sprayer. I've had no problems at all. I've been through several pump sprayers and two battery backpack sprayers this by far is very well built! Thanks

Ryobi is a lesser considered contender in the world of namebrand power and hand tools. They provide EXCELLENT power and functionality at a fraction of the cost of other brands. Their selection is second to none, and the battery platform CANNOT be beaten! Don't Sleep on Ryobi.

I have a lot of Ryobi tools would recommend to the average user good quality at a reasonable price i am not a professional but do all my home maintenance

The 1 star is only because the tools are cheaper to buy in a pinch, iv got multiple ryobi tools the 4 amp batteries are actually good i can say that much BUT. BUY at your own risk i bought a kit in January the kit consisted of 2 drills 1 impact drill and 1 regular drill a skill saw, sawzall, flashlight and 2 batterys, so far the sawzall has burnt out motors gone started smoking then it quit, ryobi claims the warranty is up its been 6 months iv owned it, so i bought a newer compact ryobi sawzall hp brushless and well the clip that releases the blade broke i just bought it 2 weeks ago well iv now returned it at home depot blade stuck in then sawzall still and all so for my 3rd sawzall ill keep youll posted on how long this 1 last, im a contractor so i actually use these tools daily impact gun works great not to fast not to slow, skill saw works great nice and light but dont trust the 3 year warranty its a lie...

I didn't want to use a liquid fuel(gas and oil) mix. The RYOBI 18V was economically *******@HOME DEPOT. Easily assembled and charged. Just the right tool to manage the grass and small weeds in my small dogpen.

Looking for a tiller to fit my weed eater. Finally found ryobi tiller and it works perfectly. Actually I haven't used it yet, weather has been bad. But looks good and I am sure it will do fine.

The shield does not fit properly. Took it back to Home Depot and got another on. Same problem. Called Ryobi and they are sending me another shield at no charge. Watch this space to see if it fits.

Excellent product, the switch is controllable, light weight, good for Around the house, powerful, I do recommend highly, as well as other ryobi products

I have several Ryobi tools. Was a bit concerned about buying the edger but gave it a try. Very happy with my purchase. Does an excellent job and easy to use.

I have been a Home Depot customer at the Hoover Rd. Location in Warren MI, since its opening approximately 30 years ago.
I purchased a Ryobi 18volt battery and a Blower and String Trimer on 06/11/16.
I then bought a Edger Tool on 07.27/20.
I just recently purchased a two 18 V battery and chose a 22" Hedge Trim Tool as a free gift.
I have had two hedge trimmers by two different companies, and none can compare to the design and quality of the Ryobi Heger. I loaned it to my neighbor to trim two large shrubs and he was excited over the performance of the tool. I would like to win the Home Depot Gift card for my review but other than keeping a folder of manuals along with the receipts, I do not know how to take photos and attached them to my review. I can only spread the word on my extreme satisfaction of the products long with the generous gift to my family and friends.

DON'T EVER BUY RYOBI, AND EVEN WORSE DON'T EXPECT THEM TO HAVE ANY LEVEL OF INTEGRITY, WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR TOOLS OR COMPANY!
I had a brand new less than 2 month old RYOBI battery and tools in my truck, not even charging and it burnt my new truck up before I sold the truck.
I tried to get a hold of Ryobi multiple times over the phone, emails, social media and everything; and they completely ghosted me about the whole thing. Wouldn't even replace the tools or anything!
*Luckily I was outside when this happened and heard the truck topper window explode and there was a hose near by to extinguish the fire before it was a total loss!

Love this mini fan. Light weight fairly quiet and a space saver. Able to get three mini fans in my regular fan
Bag. Recommend highly with a big smile.

Just moved into a town house condo. We have a small back yard so this mower will do the trick. Have a cordless blower now for 3 years, love it. Definitely would recommend your products.
