Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
Just bought this tool today and brought it home to try it out. Works great for me for these reasons: easy to move around (on wheels), light enough that I can easily take it onto my concrete roof top for water blasting. Great for those jobs around the house that need to be quick to pull out, use and then put back. Can't wait to try it out on our concrete patio and on car and lawn mower washing,

I have used an electric lawn mower made by another manufacturer for 18 years and it is now worn out so, after researching current products, I decided to purchase a 16" Ryobi cordless push mower and it has exceeded my expectations! Not only does it have more than adequate power and battery life and a relatively light weight, but the "gear-down" feature when mowing high grass was a stunning and pleasant surprise! So far the mower has performed beautifully! I highly recommend this mower!

I am a rank amateur woodworker and purchased the miter saw a couple of months ago. So far it has done everything I need, much better and faster than a hand saw, with great accuracy. Its dust collection system is also very good. I bought it at Home Depot and registered it soon after that. I'd recommend it to anyone serious about making accurate cuts.
Owning a beach house requires constant cleaning and sweeping outside. Being that my wife didn't want a heavy or bulky blower we chose the 18v RYOBI. It performs to our expectations to a tee. Light weight but still powerful to get the job done quickly.
The Weed string trimmer/edger was easy to put together. Only three screws. I am a 69 year old women, in shape, and found it was light weight enough to work for almost an hour. Just make sure the string cutter is screwed in tight on the deflector as mine became loose and allowed the string to come out too far. It got all messed up. But beside that I really like the trimmer.
Great for work around your house & also for job site cleaning/clean up. I deal with a lot of dirt/mud which goes from boots to sidewalks, driveways, siding, exterior walls, ect. & it cleans all these areas without any damage to property, so it looks like we were never there. I recommend it to anyone looking to preform similar work.
We bought an expensive battery operated lawn mower 3 years ago and the self propelled stopped working. We contacted CS on 7/5-9/22 and 9-23 and told them we could not find the receipt and we gave them the serial number as requested. We've heard absolutely nothing back from them. We buy a lot of Ryobi tools but not anymore! They do not stand by their products.

Battery powered tools will set the standards for the future. No gas, heavy equipment. Mixing of gas and all the other choirs of gasoline motors. So many times I just couldn't get those things started. Now I can actually do my own lawns again. I've been fighting cancer for over 6 years getting weaker as the battle continues. I now don't have to worry about getting my equipment started. THANK YOU RYOBI!
Santa brought me the Jet Fan for Christmas and is the best present this year! I can now throw my rake away, well... It'll be a great tool in maintaining my year 'round landscape here in Phoenix where leaves and blossoms are dropping all the time. I can now keep the gravel ground cover around my plantings debris free. My initial use this week was quite satisfactory in efficiently removing and consolidating plant rubbish. The Jet Fan quickly removed daily fallen tree blossoms from the front driveway and sidewalk... Phil Davis
This is an excellent, well designed mower. It's so easy to use and doesn't wear me out. When using the bagger, as it fills up, it gets light in the nose and the front wheels will come off the ground if you're not watching.
Hi My name is Russell Baker: I have had RYOBI tools for so long --maybe 15 years or a little less. My tools include 4 drills all in good working order. The saw has been very well needed in some portable area when needed. Trimmer has been a real winner, never let me down until this year. It has been a work horse every summer for as long as i can remember. Not good at taking pictures. They are super tools. For use in in portable needs.
I like my Ryobi tools for the same reason many have already mentioned. I like their lightweight. I'm 61 years old now, with a bad back. The light weight allows to continue working on my yard or, house. It provides me the independence that I want. I like the displays at Home Depot. I can quickly scan through the various products available. I am impressed with the durability and, power of these battery operated tools.
Just received a new reciprocating saw for Xmas. I already had one but it was pretty well worn.
I have several Ryobi products and they have always worked well for me.I have at least 12
And even a cordless sweeper that my wife loves. I highly recommend Ryobi as a superior
Product. The batteries seem to last forever.

Very strong tool, has worked on all the things that i have tried. Heavy duty, must be careful or you could break a bolt off. I use it on small engine stuff and its doing a great job. Had one fail and Ryobi stood behind it great.
I bought the PSI 1900 pressure cleaner. The unit itself is great, lightweight powerful and efficient however the hose is garbage quality.it broke after only four uses. I called customer service and they immediately said they would send me another one free of charge, to their credit

On one battery trimmed all areas of 7 acres and still had battery left to clear 600 foot driveway. With my 2 cycle string trimmer I would have used a couple tanks of fuel

I bought the electric blower and paid less than $40.00. It's the most powerful blower I have ever used and I've been in the construction trades for over 45 years. I will be buying more Ryobi tools in the near future. Thank u for such a great product! And very affordable too.
I just retired and took over a lot of our yard work. I could not handle my husband's commercial grade trimmer & blower - they were way too heavy for me to handle. I purchased the battery operated light weight trimmer & blower. Best purchase I have made in a long time. I can now mow and finish up with the trimmer & blower. Before I had to rely on my husband to do it when he had the time since he is still working. Both do a great job! Would highly recommend!
I was literally born into the construction industry. I age 54 now, the watch started off with a spackle knife and pan and some hanging tools I am now in general contractor. I've been using Ryobi tools now for over 7. 8 years. I know that Ryobi tools are qualified like some of the bigger high-end brand; I'm not treating well before life thanks guys

Since I retired recently I've purchased quite a few Ryobi tools and very pleased with the quality. I'm not someone that uses the tools daily but they are getting the job done without any problems. I like my table saw and the router bits stand up and stay sharp. My most recent purchase was the 9 inch band saw. I know it's not for re-sawing logs but it's actually pretty robust with the 1/4 inch blade it came with. Dtarting to figure it out and I know there are other tools I have my eye on...
Bought another brands tool for more money, it broke inside of a week. Exchanged it for a ryobi on the recommendation of the sales clerk. I gotta say it's turned out to be far superior. Great tools, now I have a green fleet.
This has to be one of the best tools that I have ever bought. It is powerful, and quiet. I can cut my entire lawn on only 1 charge. I bought the self propelled model with a speed control. I use the mulching feature, and don't have to keep emptying the grass catcher. Very convenient. Being light to begin with, cutting my grass is no longer a chore, but an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this lawnmower to anyone and everyone. Stephen Curcuru

I'm completely satisfied. I didn't want a pneumatic nail gun that had to have a compressor. This battery operated nailer is perfect for my home projects. I just put wall boards up on a kitchen wall using it. Lots of power and the battery lasted through the whole wall!
Try the various means of contact. You will discover that Ryobi is completely non responsive however long and hard you try to interact with them. So sorry because I do like their tops and other products. I
Your warranty is basically meaningless. They will make you go to a Home Depot location to begin the claim. Most times HD will not be able to fix or replace. They will then send it out for repair which will take months. These repair centers are extremely incompetent. Its a crap shoot that your issue gets solved. They will not just go ahead and send you a cheap replacement part. They will make you jump through hoops. Spend some extra cash for quality and peace of mind.
