Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
Nice design. I have white finger disease from running a chainsaw for 53 years, and the vibrations from the sander does not bother me. The RS290G is a pleasure to operate. It fit my hands, now if only I can get the sanding discs to last.
RYOBI really $#*!ed the dog on the 40v (power washer) omg this thing didn't hold together one use, I can't believe it's still a thing they are trying to sell. Word of advice to anyone even thinking of any type of power washer STAY AWAY! Biggest waste of money I have ever spent. RYOBI should be ashamed! Never again and this is only my first review

We purchased this mover, model RY*******VNM yesterday so have only mowed once. But really pleased with ease of assembly and straightforward direction. Lightweight and did a great job. We are very pleased with our purchase. Had a little difficulty registering our product but had fast and efficient service through the chat line.

My wife wanted a pressure washer to do work around the house, but she (and me too) didn't want a big gas powered one. I looked at some mid range electric ones, but after reading about it, it seemed that the small 1800 PSI one might do the job. We purchased the "RYOBI 1800 PSI 1.2 GPM Cold Water Electric Pressure Washer" and so far it has performed extremely well. While I'm not going to spray down a driveway with it, it totally cleaned up our sidewalks, brickwork in the garden, etc. The high powered nozzle is good for concrete, while the mid-range one takes care of painted surfaces, decks and so on. The only negative is that I don't love the soap dispenser, but you really hardly need it with the other nozzles. If you're a contractor it's not for you, but around the house, it's great!
I have a few different Ryobi tools. I'm sharing my experience regarding the 18 Volt chemical sprayer. I already had a 1 gal. Unit! While shopping Ryobi tools, I saw the 2/ 2 gal. Sprayer. This allows 4 gallons ready to go! Just remove motorized cap and add to other tank. Great time saver!
My quarrel with Ryobi is probably with the batteries more than anything. One quite after two years, and the others last so briefly I spend more of my time walking back to the house to put it back on the charger. The drill does the best, but the Reciprocating saw and Circular saw's lifetime is useless. You can make maybe five cuts on 12'' boards. Also, the one battery refuses to work on the Circular saw.

Works great, easy to use and handle. Light weight. Best hedge trimer I've ever had and the first electric.

I have a weed eater that I bought a brush attachment for. The first day I use it it flies off and breaks my guard off. It took me 3 days to finally get someone and it was through text not a phone call. He wanted me to drive 4 hours round trip to a service center to get it looked at for a problem that I fixed 3 times. I asked to speak with a manager several times and it was ignored. I own more than several ryobi one + products but, after my experience I will no longer be a customer
Purchased my first Ryobi battery powered snowblower last year. Initially, I was pleased.
However, the first time I used it this year, it broke down. The machine is less then a year old. Ridiculous.
I brought into be serviced and there is a three week wait. So, now I won't have the machine when I need it most.
Do not waste your money on this product.
My 40 Volt Leaf Blower has exceeded my expectations for power, ease of use and assembly, and longevity of battery strength.Debated getting a gas model and now my choice has proven to be exactly what I wanted.
I now own 13 of the best and most-used cordless tools, the latest which is the weed trimmer. I love them all, since they save me gas, which is more expensive than the electricity used to charge the batteries. They all also allow me to work any place anytime without an electric cord. Most of them are also lighter and therefore more efficient in time and effort. I always promote Ryobi tools to my friends. Yeah!
Tip for consumers:
The six most important aspects of these tools are: 1) they can be used anyplace without an electrical cord; 2) they are light; 3) they are powerful; 4) the batteries are long lasting; 5) the batteries recharge rapidly; 6) they are easy to spot because of their bright yellow color.

I am a firm believer in the Ryobi brand. As a senior with a huge yard that I maintain on my own they are a life saver. I own the chainsaw, blower and grass trimmer. The trimmer is definitely used the most. I own other trimmers but they are too heavy and awkward for me. Glad I can manage property on my own. I am surprised how long a charge lasts and with an extra battery no waiting. Love them
Our leaf blower quit working after ~1 year. Home Depot has shut down their authorized service centers, and the only authorized service center near Atlanta is 50-75 miles away. Ryobi will not pay for you to ship the defective/non-working product to their service center. The only alternative is to drive 100 miles round trip. What a sham! Do not buy Ryobi unless you want to incur a major hassle to get your product fixed at your expense.
My first one. Very pleased with packaging, instructions and ease of assemby. The anticipated power did not disappoint. Sound level was excellent as neighbors were appreciative. Great buy.
It is too heavy for my female garner to handle (aka spouse). It also could have had an attachment or two for crevasse type area.
I am headed out right now to do some areas waiting for me.

Recently replaced my old lawnmower with a 40volt battery operated one. Absolutely love it. Lawn mower is very light and easy to handle. Battery will last at least 50 minutes unless you have very tall grass to cut. Best decision we made.

I Have a Ryobi cordless stick vacuum cleaner still under warranty. It has a broken part that needs replacing. I've sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls over a 1 week problem with absolutely NO RESPONSE. I'll never purchase another Ryobi product again.

Don't expect any help from Ryobi if you tool breaks within the first months of your purchase they don't stand behind there products. The warranty work in my area is with Home Depot and they expect you to leave the tool with them pay a fee and maybe they will reimburse you. Extremely poor customer service.
My son bought me the outdoor leaf vacuum for Christmas but unfortunately I did not actually receive it till July of this year 2020 because we live live several hours apart and then the pandemic started. The item worked great one time then never worked again. When I checked with Ryobi on internet, it stated must have receipt. I had no receipt and my son had lost the receipt. I gave Ryobi a bad review because I was pretty upset, however, the next day I received a email from ALEX who manages online reviews and said he wanted to help me. He turned it over to Ryan the Product Manager. Both men were polite and professional and acted concerned. They had me do different things to help them troubleshoot what the problem was. I thought it might be the battery or charger. It turned out to be the actually leaf blower and end of story, Ryobi sent me a brand new one with a battery and charger. Its been awhile since I have seen great customer service like this. Thank you guys very much.

L am very happy with the combo i purchased at Home Depot in West Kelowna, B. C., Canada. It serves my purposes well. One issue with the blower. The end piece keeps falling off. Invoice *******/7032/0005 06/23/20

Unsafe and very dangerous batteries, and then the service was beyond bad. My 40V 6hr one month old battery and charger blew up and almost burnt my shed down, and after 4 hours trying to contact support through phone, email, and their text system have gotten no where. Look at the photos below and tell me what you would do?

Just got this saw for Christmas. Love that's it work with all 18 volt ryobi batteries. It comes with everything u need except bar chain oil. The Chain is manual lube by a push button on top of the saw. It's quiet light weight. And u won't have to fuss with mixing has and carburetor problem like your gas engines.
I currently own multiple Ryobi tools, in which I can not say enough good things about them. I currently have 2 drill sets, 2 chain saws 18" and 14" bar, leaf blower, weed eater, tire inflater and recently just brought the power washer. I used my chain saws to clear cut area to place home on up north 6 years ago and to this day it still fire's up on the first or second pull when a tree is down. I will continue to purchase other tools as projects come up. To the Ryobi team, please continue to make your A1 products and I will continue on purchasing the product line. Thank you again.
All battery tool i have are Ryobi these are drills, drivers, saws roters and blower have ordered on line and purchased at store only problem i ever had was a battery in 2 pack would not charge have bought others never happened again also get good life span from batteries thank you
