Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
I do not recommend using Ryobi tools. We had a miter saw given to us as a gift and I was super excited to try a new brand but I have been endlessly disappointed. This saw has given us endless issues. Finally I contacted support to look at the warranty and while this does come with a warranty, you need to pay $30 after you haul this big $#*! tool into a store just to get it looked at. I highly recommend Craftsman, Kolbalt, Black and Decker over anything Ryobi. I have had to deal with support a lot less and have always been happy with case resolution with those companies.

P2800 chemical sprayer uses 18 volt One Plus battery. It is extremely light weight, reliable, and provides continuous spraying of one gallon of liquid until empty. Very sturdy construction. I carry my sprayer on my atv. This sprayer is used primarily for weed killer. The size of the sprayer, makes it portable enough for spot spraying

I've had this expand-it weedeater for 2years,RY253SS upper shaft broke into at connection having a very difficult time getting someone to talk to me about it. Was wondering if this is a common problem purchased another really like it hoping to here from a person
Purchased a new blower about a year ago. It recently just stopped working. It has a 5 year warranty.
As required, I dropped the blower off for repair. It could not be repaired, and I was sent a replacement.
The replacement is a reconditioned blower but only has a one-year warranty. What a scam.
World's worst customer service
World's worst customer service, not to mention poor battery product quality. We bought a Ryobi electric lawnmower a year ago and while the mower itself is fine, we have already had to replace one dead battery of the 2 we bought. Now the 2nd battery has croaked. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the in-warranty battery replacement service by telephone or the exciting "new" live chat service they tout. 2x over 1 hour on hold before giving up, and the robot chat bot is a moron unable to answer any question after telling us "Thank you for contacting us. Due to high volume our SMS associates are not currently available. Please try again in a few minutes. Thank you for your patience." So much for instant results by chat! This reply was followed by stupid unrelated answers to our questions. Without a doubt the WORST customer service we have ever encountered, not to mention a crap product. Why on earth would we ever buy RYOBI again.

Ryobi redirected me to their service center Ace Parts and Service. Julia help me my Ryobi lawnmower within the same day. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. To all the consumers looking for Ryobi parts and service just contact them. I will be contacting them from now on. Thank you Ace Parts and Service Depot
Thank you for making tools light enough, powerful enough, and fun to use for female users. I recently purchased the blower, weed eater, basic tool group, and the small hedge clippers. I already had the small lawn mower. Each tool is light enough for me to use. My only problem is some of the batteries do not last long enough for a job. I even convinced the lady across the street to get the blower. Such Fun
A friend told me about his ryobi tire inflator that he really enjoys using. I went to home depot and bought ryobi 747 inflator and the battery/charger. I really like the compact and easiness using it. I tried it and was amazed how efficient and easy using inflator on my car tires.
I will let my friends and relatives about ryobi inflator on great performance it provides to inflate car tires. This is not my first ryobi took, I also have a ryobi lawn mower that is so easy to use. Its is electric and very efficient cutting my grass. Home depot is a very dependable customer service store with very nice and friendly workers greeting and helping anyone in store that needs help.
I am very happy with my new Ryobi Lopper. It is long enough for me to reach lower, droopy, in-my-face branches and strong enough to cut them easily. The Lopper is light enough for me to easily handle.
I should mention that I am a 74 year old woman who appreciates the efficiency of the Ryobi tool family. The Lopper gave me a way to trim the trees which I never would have been able to with a hand saw.
I own Ryobi Drills, Weed Whackers, hand saws, small chain saw, leaf blower, etc. I look for how heavy the tool is, how efficiently it does its job, and how big the hand grip is (I have smaller hands than men so I need a grip that I can grab and hold easily.
Love the interchangeability of the batteries.

I'm restoring a 1968 kettenburg 41 sailboat. A lot of sanding is required! I have to Ryobi cordless Corner cats and I use the multi tool as a sander set up. So far after a year-and-a-half of sanding and preparing on my boat oh, I have had no problems with those tools. The batteries perform amazingly well and last a long time. I also have the cordless grinder and vacuum cleaner as well. I can honestly say I am totally happy with their performance as well. I am so done Ryobi products! Well done Ryobi! George

My Ryobi snowblower came with two batteries and I have never run out of power with it yet. I use it mainly for cleaning sidewalks and decks and have been very happy with it. I wish it was self-propelled but it is not a big problem for my uses. I also like the light for those days I get up early to clean off the walks.

My karcher power washer wouldnt start on saturday when i wanted to get outside work done. This was my second one i had so, time for something different. I have other ryobi tools and like how they performed so decided to try this 1800 psi washer. Good thing i did, much supperior to karcher, lighter weight, easier to switch washer heads, much more power for those stubborn stains., smaller and compact for storage.im so glad i made the switch to ryobi, u will be too.

I have bought brands such as B&D, Milwaukee, Craftsman etc and considered to be OK, but then came along Ryobi and as quickly as they came out with a tool that was needed I bought it. I have purchased all of my Ryobi tools from my local Home Depot. They always seem to have some deal going on and very knowledgeable. Just recently bought a circular saw and was directed to a deal to buy two batteries and get the circular for free. I was going to purchase the circular only. I keep coming back for the deals, the product and the help.
I really love this product, very easy to use and to store - has more than enough power for my needs and is relatively quiet. Battery life is very good - I have a decent size yard and the battery thus far has lasted for two cuts before I have needed to charge it again - although I have only had the product for about a month. The one thing I would like to see changed however, is the addition of a lower height setting. The lowest setting is 1 inch - I would like to see a setting lower that this for very close cuts.
I bought a 40 volt lawnmower and couldn't be happier ( I now cut the lawn twice a week because it is so easy, No more cords) The mower does a great job and I can get 3-4 cuts or more / charge ( small yard) and I can mow any time of day as it is very quiet. I love the features of this tool and the fact it takes up very little space when not in use gives me more space in "The Man Cave". Lol

When I first tried it. I was disappointed. What the problem was that the edge of the input chute was putting a drag on the blower because it was rubbing on the ground and on the sidewalk. You had to push down on the handle to go forward.
My solution was to mount 3 inch wheels. One on each side of the chute. There is a screw on each side that you remove and replace with a longer one. You can buy any type of wheel. I bought rubber ones. Now when I go forward it is smooth sailing.
Hope this helps someone.
I bought the combo pack of 40v blower and weed whacker and wow for the the price it's absolutely worth it you would be stupid not getting it and the tools have been incredibly reliable definitely sticking with ryobi

Something new to me. I used to use the old hand saw to saw off limbs from trees and in the park but now I use the new small electric chain saw. Never knew it was so easy to handle a chain saw... and suggesting my friends get one instead of trying to borrow mine.
I recently purchased a battery powered Ryobi 8" chain saw and it has worked perfectly for what I needed. My confusion came, admittedly after my first use, when I installed the guard that was included with the saw to protect the tip of the blade. After I installed it, I then tried to place the sleeve that protects the entire blade. I was surprised to learn that the sleeve will not fit on the blade if the guard is installed! It seems like a simple matter of redesign of the sleeve shape in order to allow use of both of these safety features, thereby enhancing the overall safety of the tool.
Just added a PSD101 18 in belt sander to my tool list, which brings me to 32 tools, 9 charges and 17 battery. Can't tell you how much i love the product and use they all the time. I am a retired woodworker and cabinet maker. I work on small projects, home repairs and toys for the grandkids. Living in Florida we have hurricanes, The radio and area lights and the fan help me go 5 days without power. I sleep with a CPAP to help me breath, i used the power inverter to keep me going. Alone with the 18 volt tools I have same corded tools including my 35 year old BLUE 10 1/2 in. Surface planer. THANK YOU
I am 82 years old and LOVE Ryobi tools and currently have 14 of them. They are so light I can use them even at my age. The weedeater does a wonderful and I love the saw. I use the blower everyday with all of our leaves. I was able to let my handyman go since I can do the jobs by myself.
Tip for consumers:
I have never ordered online but buy at our local Home Depot. I LOVE the ryobi line of tools and at my age(82) they are easy for me to use. I like hoe easy it is to take off and put on new batteries. I like the warranty also and have only had to exchange the one battery that failed. no questions were asked and the exchange was completed without my receipt since it was a gift. thanks for such wonderful tools.

Purchased the 2080 trimmer with battery and charger. Great deal and it works so nicely. We had a little problem with a knife falling off and the company was gracious to deal with. It is so light and easy to operate. Thanks for making a great product

I have a old RY******* that one of the handle screws rusted through and the end of the handle broke off. The tool is pretty beat up from a lot of use, so I bought a new one with a battery and charger. A new battery alone costs as much as a new hedge trimmer with a battery and charger. That is totally weird. Anyhow, the new one seems to be a little lighter. Ryobi has put a "cutesy" turning handle on it that I deemed worthless and a marketing ploy. You only have to squeeze the handle for the trigger to unlock, rather than hold in a thumb switch. This I like very much. The blades have been improved and seem to cut a lot better. Overall, I like it more than the old one and recommend it.
Tip for consumers:
Buying the tool with the battery and charger is cheaper that just buying the battery. The battery is grossly overpriced.
