Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
As a male retiree, age 78, I am now a proud owner of a RYOBI weed wacker/with a blower combination. It was ordered and sent to me for a gift, It is lightweight and easy to use. I highly recommend it to others.

I purchased the cordless weed eater and blower. They are great products. Plenty of power and long battery life. I'm very happy with my purchase. Well worth the money.

I have used Ryobi tools for years, I am an electrical contractor and I have a box truck that I work out of and I have a power cord -female end ran under my truck so I can charge all my tools at night by just plugging in a cord at my shop. I use your flash light and drills and hammer drill, going to get a batt. Saws all soon. Love the batt. Power tools and have used them for many years. Tom Bonnett — Bonnetts Electrical Services

Ryobi used to have the best edger/weed whacker with a 40 v battery. They discontinued it and went to a very cheap piece of junk with an 18 v battery. The thing eats up cord like you wouldn't believe. Very disappointed. Looking for a replacement with the same type of rotating dual purpose head.

Love these guys, love their tools. The 18volt system is great. I have about 35 different tools they make and I love most of them 100% and a few at about 85% such as the heat gun which is not bad but difficult to make as a battery powered tool but it's not bad. I have two businesses that use them as well as the ones I use for the house and I can't say enough good things about them all. Www.exitcleanup.com
I originally bough a Ridgid because I have just about ever tool they make in 18 volt. I was very disgruntled
With there 18 volt caulk gun as it wouldn't take all cartridges so I took it back and replaced it with your caulking gun At the moment I would put Ryobi at the top of my list for new purchases in the future. Im
Not big on writing reviews.
I have the 18V Trimmer/Edger by Ryobi and the P2660 Hedge Trimmer. I love the battery feature and no cords. Unfortunately, I have had these tools for about three years and am getting ready to replace the batteries again for the 4th time as they seem to only recharge for a few months and then the batteries become defective. Maddening. I tried to Contact customer service and registered at the Ryobi website, the the Confirmation Verification email was never received. So I called and have been on hold for about 15 minutes so far... not my idea of Customer Service. My caution: research the P102 batteries first as they are costly and don't last long.
They own several ryobi tools and bought us a blower to blow off patio and driveway and around the curbs. Not used it but for a short time to see how it worked, so far so good, although it was hard for us to take battery off and put on charger. Hands and strength was not good enough (to big to fit hand around to touch release buttons). Was purchased at local Home Depot 18 VOLT ONE + BLOWER
I bought a18 volt string trimmer/edger. I am a 80 year old woman and I put together and I am using in my yard. It is perfect for me because it is so light to handle. It came with a leaf blower and I am pleased with it.

So I did the right thing I went from gas to battery and it's been good ever since Lightweight and easy to use only had a few problems with it shutting off I called service and they were great they help me figure it out and it's been running great ever since
I have been a loyal customer for years and love or loved all of my ryobi purchases in the past including maybe 30 tools. Ever since the switch to brushless on the impact drivers the life span has been cut in half and they get almost to hot to change the bits or adapters. I have had a total of atleast four of the newer models including the HP version and they are not improving, unfortuanately i will likely change brands atleaast for this particular tool.
Tip for consumers:
if you are using this impact for work i would reconsider

I purchased a 21 inch 40V snow blower on dec. 17 2021 at our local home depot. We had a snowfall on jan. 16 2022. I got out the snow blower with fully charged batteries, turned it on and it ran for 5 minutes. I boxed it and returned it to home depoot and exchanged it for the same model. Brought it home, charged the batteries and tried again. 5 minutes later it stopped! I am not pleased with this machine! I have many ryobi tools. I don't think i will by or recommend ryobi tools to family or frriends, what will you do to get me to trust your product[s]?

I recently purchased a Ryobi edger and I love it! I have been a Ryobi customer for several years and I absolutely love each and every purchase I have made! I have 3 trimmers, a drop saw, and 4 different size drills, and a sander along with numerous bits and drill bits. Ryobi tools are very durable and easy to use. I do all the repairs around my home and sometimes for friends and neighbors. I wouldn't, want any other tools for my work that I do. Ryobi is the best tools for any job!

I recently replaced a previous edition (RY*******) power head; the Ry******* is the current edition. In the earlier edition the motor was lower on the shaft with the batter located at the end of the shaft. In the newer edition both the motor and the battery are located at the end with the motor on top. As I use the unit, my bare forearm frequently comes in contact with the motor which heats up with use causing a burning sensation to my forearm. The burn causes no "injury", but is painful nonetheless.
If you have the RY******* unit, I recommend keeping your forearm covered to avoid bare-skin contact with the motor.
I am very well please with our Ryobi 40 v string trimmer. It is light and has plenty of power. As a bonus the battery is interchangeable with our mower.
