Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
I am very impressed with the way the tool works for me I used it to air up my golf cart tire and car tires

My 18 volt blower is a wonderful addition to my list of roybi 18 volt tools. I selected roybi tools because od the past great sevice the tools have provided me with.

This review is based on a 40V 12' electric chainsaw. Locked completely up after a dozen uses. 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Ryobi customer service and I finally gave up (never answered). Tried the on-line chat with customer service, and got an answer in a lightning fast 40 minutes. Was told they only do warranty through 'service centers', and the closest one to me (I'm in SW Florida) is in Tampa (2 hours away). Called the service center and they gave directions to ship it to them (at my expense) with a $25 deposit. They will asses it and determine if it is in fact a warranty issue. If it is they will use the deposit towards shipping it beck to me. If it is not warranty, I will have the option of having them fix it for obviously more expense. I do expect good things from the service center as they were very nice and accommodating over the phone. MY PIONT IN THIS REVIEW IS THAT IF YOU INTEND ON BUYING RYOBI PRODUCTS, DO NOT PLAN ON A PLESANT EXPERIANCE WITH ANY WARRANTY ISSUES.

Very solid tool, no more pumping. Wish I had it years ago, super efficient. Runs smooth carry it from garden to lawn. No cords.

EdI currently have 24 battery powered Ryobi items just received 40 volt lawn mower. I can recommend all ryobi tools to anyone that wants quality.
