WOW i was shocked as to how easy it was to put together and use, I have owned a lot of equipment over the years but this one pretty sharp. And the price really cant be beat, I dont work for this company but I sure

I purchased a pressure washer from Home Depot and the washer was missing the Turbo Nozzle, so I called Ryobi customer service and was on hold for two hours. I then left a call back number and was never called.

So then I went on chat and after 45 minutes the chat lady said she would email me the forms to get a nozzle, but she sent it to the wrong email address.

The following day I tried again to get the issue solved, but no such luck.

I give up and I will never buy a Ryobi product ever ever ever.

I am happy with my Ryobi 20 inch lawnmower. The mower is lightweight but it has good power and automatically increases the power in heavier grass. I have a 1/3 acre yard with slopes. The Ryobi mower is superior to the Worx mower I previously owned. I like the adjustable handle and the easy-to-use upright storage position. The Ryobi is a good mower at a good price.

I had a Ryobi leaf blower for about 5 years and it finally quit (the fan disintegrated) last month.
I bought a competitors blower & returned it with in a day as it did not measure up to the Ryobi. I am glad that I did as the new blower is a newer model (naturally, after 5 years) & has better power than my old one & works well on wet & dry leaves. Because I also have about 16 other 18v all in one Ryobi tools I now have another spare battery. Love the product & make good use of all of the 16 tools I have

I bought an electric lawn mower and electric pressure washer in 2020 During COVID. I am already having to have a new batter sent for the lawn mower and the pressure washer trigger handle is not working. I was told the part number to order myself. Both are just two years old and I am already having to deal with defective products. I have a lawn mower Gas that is 20 years old and still runs. Live and learn get gas and not electric as they do not hold up like gas products do. Think twice before you waste your money.

I have been buying Ryobi cordless power tools including lawn tools like grass trimmers and for the most part have been a great value... BUT when the time comes to service one all I can say is pack a lunch or a tent and be prepared to travel... I live near Burlington and the Ryobi rep for Home Depot Burlington just told me I had to travel to St Catherines or Toronto for repairs... so I called non affiliated local repair shops and they said they couldnt get Ryobi parts... so today is the last day as I move to a brand that is supported locally.

I purchased the Ryobi battery powered bard Nailer and will tell you this product is up to the task. From thin, soft wood to hardwoods. I have used this on a dozen product and would not have been able to complete the "honey-do" list with out, not to mention my wife is able to operate without and difficulty.
Highly recommend.

In purchasing several Ryobi Tools from Home Depot, I find that competitive prices are no match with the Ryobi Tool manufacture. The value, and economics of the Ryobi Tool manufacture since incorporating with Home Depot exceeds and surpasses the competitor by a long shot. They are motivated by their own design engineers and by the company that sponsor's them. Not only the satisfaction that the customer obtains from the tool design, and its function but it outlast the competitor of its retail price. No complaints - Very satisfied.!.

I just got it today i will keep you inform on how it work so pass it on to everyone asap i have a snow joe blower i don't like snow joe snow blower any more so don't buy snow joe snow blower at all they can't keep there safety key in if you lose it

This Ryobi electric mower with a Lithium battery pack replaced another brand's electric mower with a sealed lead-acid battery and it out performed and the battery has a longer duty cycle. Great value for the money spent.

I like the blower and weed eater so much.The weed eater did a good job cutting the grass i was so happy with the tool. Also i blew the grass off the walk and driveway with the blower that it did a good job. I am glad that i brought the products that i would not trade them for anything else.

I am happy with the small bench grinder, but have one concern. The holes for mounting the spark shield assembly were painted over and would not allow the screws to go in. I had to tap the holes to allow the assembly.

Just purchased a Ryobi 40V weed trimmer and am unable to get it registered. Even the chat service is completely moronic. The automated robot responses are completely irrelevant and the "human agent" is worse. I really hope the trimmer is better. I will NOT be purchasing Ryobi products in the future.

This stick vacuum is, light weight, has good suction, is great for dog hair. The filter and roller brush are both very easy to clean. The vacuum was a good price. The vacuum comes with wall charger and 18v battery, as well crevice tool and brush.

It is a great a lawn mower. It is easy to use and to clean. Running fantastic. The price is very good. I wold like to buy 3 to my sunes house. It is a brand name a bout my opinion. Also it is easy to keep it no red a big place.

My last 2 packages of line have been defective. The line is not separated. So, it stops feeding and cannot be pulled apart to use. I have written to them but they are so concerned with me providing the serial number of my trimmer to assist. I have told them 3 times the sticker with the s# has fallen off.
They tell me to spray the line with WD40, unwind and rewind the line.
The trimmer uses a lot of line; which is very expensive. The Customer Service is terrible!

As the family handyman you need good tools Ryobi fills the bill. The family thanks you. You can never have enough tools for handling home repairs and improvements and Ryobi makes the job easier and better quality.

Purchased for my wife to use - very light weight, easy to use, easy to put to charge and very quiet. Very maneuverable and easy to direction - good power really helps. Price was under my budget for like brands.

On September 28,2021, i purchased a Ryobi Pressure Washer (RY*******)@ Home Depot in Orlando, Florida *******. I was amazed with the quality and workmanship of the product, it was very easy to assemble. Won't need another pressure washer for many years to come.

I'm so pleased with my new 38CC RYOBI 750cfm backpack leaf blower. It exceeds all expectations, easy starting, hate to put it down! Having a one acre yard, it took me two days to rake, now I'm done in two hours!…"No more Bengay…Lol!

Bought circular saw with laser. Mode no CSB144LZK. Work perfect for all household stuff! Done my fence and done my garage drywall installation process with help of this product! Cost is better and quality is also better

Ryobi 2000 pressure washer This is my fourth pressure washer.# 1& 2 was from Wal Mart # 3 from Northern Tool This one was very easy to assemble, but best part is its the only one of the four that when you connect the hoses up I did not have to go back and tighten again. It was very easy to move around, the turbo head does a great job It did a great job cleaning the drive way. I love it and I am glad I bought it in place of something else I can recommend it

All my work shop tools are now RYOBI, drills saws planer etc. My yard tool are now all RYOBI trimmer edger and blower, because of the lightweight design, ease of use and long lasting battery power. Highly recommended for any type of work. Also their durability is a great asset.
