Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
The tools I got for Christmas are like nothing Ive worked with before. Light weight durable and the battery is interchangable for all the tools. Its great
Great features and very easy to use. The gas yank needs to be bigger and runs out of fuel within an hour. Very easy set-up and runs very well. Good tool to have in yout garage or business.
Plunge router RE180PL1G came complete ready-to-run with two large screws, 1/4" & 1/2" sockets & tightening wrench plus a useful manual. Freehand use requires a strong grip for this 8.2 lb. unit. The soft start feature is smooth and welcoming at all speeds. For a long 2 foot plunge cut I wanted an edge guide, but non seems to exist. For the plunge mode I found it difficult to overcome the strong plunge springs and maintain the full depth. Using the plunge lock, then starting the unit was a workable solution. Two vendors sent me edge guides that didn't work because the mounting rods need to be 3.5" apart to mount to this unit. Home Depot has the missing hardware (to anchor the rods) if you find something that fits: Cap screws M5-0. X 16mm & nuts M%-0.8 mm. At Lowes I found The Milescraft 1224 Edge & Mortise Guide $38.98 that mounts to the router (without rods). Ignore instructions to remove the base plate of the router, just use those two large screws (in the router kit) to anchor the center plate to the base. Works well together.

I had used an old model with a plug in cord. It burned our so I bought the p305. It is so much easier to use, no cord to fool with. The nozzle is more exact then my old one.
Missing battery & charger from combo set. Called Home Depot & Ryobi. Was told would be replaced. 2 months still nothing.

I really like me RYOBI tools they work very well and are very tuff tools and the new Batteries are very good and last a long time, plus the new Batteries work in some of my older RTOBI tools which is saving me some money, being a retired senior that really helps.
I am a 68 yr old female and I have a radio has blue tooth and can charge my phone off of it also have handvac -a nailer-a whipper sniper-and just purchased a jet fan blower theses products are amazing I strongly recommend to ladies that do yard work to check The Fantastic Products they have.
Just bought 2 18 volt batteries and 2 of the 4 were not charging. Pbp004. Not sure why this. This is the second time this has happened not sure if i will buy anymore
Two weeks ago our bathroom toilet started flushing slowly, and within a few hours stopped flushing, It appeared there was a blockage somewhere. We tried several different drain cleaners to no avail. I was about to call a plumber when I found the Ryobi 18 volt One+ augers on line. I already have several Ryobi One+ tools so took a trip to the Home Depot and Picked up the P4001 drain auger... Got home, read the manual, popped in a battery and gave it a whirl. After two tries I hit what seemed to be a blockage, and suddenly the auger seemed to grab onto something, I gave it a few more seconds and reversed it, When the cable end became visible there was a large clump of what appeared to be a wad of toilet paper caught in the end. I pulled the remaining cable back, with the obstruction attached and gave the toilet a flush... It went without any problem, one more flush and the same result, flushed easily.,,, I was very impressed with the auger, It did the job with very little efflrt on my part, I would definetly recommend this product for the home owner. I have several Ryobi tools in my collection and each one has proven to be excellent, I've tried other brands in the past but Ryobi and surpassed them by miles...Thanks Ryobi for all the One+ products you produce. I'm definetly a Ryobi fan and happy owner of their tools. Kudos and keep innovating.
I have purchased not 1 but 2 of the Ryobi One + 18v 6pc combo kit for EVERY tool to have a problem! Not to mention I've purchased the Ryobi 7-1/4 Circular saw with laser and paid EXTRA for the 2 yr warranty which is now GARBAGE! When I take it to home Depot for the 3 yr warranty, Home Depot and Ryobi wants $20 per tool (refundable if the problem is covered under the "limited warranty) to look and see if the tool is broke and covered under the warranty. 2 combo kits = 12 tools = $240 They want me to leave with them when the hole kit is only $299 at Home Depot. I will NEVER in my life but another Ryobi tool if this problem can not be fixed!

I really enjoy using my shears and Shrubber. I will be using them all summer in certant places in the yard. Would highly recommend this to anyone that likes being outdoors working in the yard
I love the weight and power of the blower The only issue I have, since I am starting to get arthritis in my hand, it is difficult to hold both of the buttons at the same time to engage the battery
I have been a RYOBI fan from day one. I bought the RYOBI drill a few year ago and still have yet to charge the battery. And I know my power washer will stand up to the test as well!
Nice little chainsaw, perfect for cutting logs for the solo stove fire pit. Light weight, plenty of power.
I went down to my local Home Depot to purchase the 3 "High Performance" battery bundle which includes a 2ah battery, a 4ah battery and a 6ah battery plus a charger and a carry bag. I certainly did not need yet another charger nor the bag but, the price was right and after doing some math it was a pretty good deal. Now... with this purchase I was entitled to receive a free tool that I could choose from a predetermined list. I chose the 1/4 inch ratchet because I thought it would be a handy tool to add to my arsenal. As it turned out my Home Depot did not have one in stock.(imagine that). So with battery bundle in hand I sauntered over to the dreaded SERVICE DESK. There I explained my dilemma to the clerk and she said that there was nothing she could do. They did however have a 3/8 inch ratchet in stock and it was $10.00 less than the 1/4 inch one. I asked if she could substitute the 3/8 inch ratchet for the more expensive 1/4 inch ratchet. She just shook her head no. No sorry, no let ask my Manager, nothing... just no. Long story short I love my Ryobi tools (and I have many) but, it's The Home Depot that I detest. I did end up with a cordless rotary tool that I do not need so I will give that to my son. Sorry for the rant.
My husband got us the Ryobi combo. Its light and easy to hold. I got the weedeater edger and blower. I AM 72 and I NEEDED A LIGHT WEIGHT easy to hold unit. I LOVE them both and would tell anybody who is looking to buy a ryobi
Bought an electric Ryobi miter saw at Home Depot. They were a great help and kept within my price range. The saw has made my repairs so much easier!
