Except for having to charge the Battery 7 times not a bad lawn mower. I was just lucky that I own several 18V Ryobi tools and I finished my lawn in one day. Else it would have taken me 3 days to mow my lawn. Thanks for such a good tool. I was a bit skeptical about a battery lawn mower but not bad at all Wayne Perschbacher
I own about 7 Ryobi lawn tools. I took my mower to a repair shop (recommended by Ryobi) and it came back missing a tiny part--a small gray plastic piece that fits into the mower handle. I asked the shop if they found it and they said no. They also said they could not order it for me. I contacted Ryobi, they sent me a booklet and made me find and tell them the part #. I was promised 3 months ago that it was being sent and asked to rate the service. I gave them 5 stars. Well, turns out they lied and the part was never going to be sent. They told me today that they don't have that part and to go to the repair shop...folks we have too many negligent companies like this who commit fraud. I say enough is enough and I am never purchasing another Ryobi tool again nor am I ever shopping at Home Depot again.
Recently purchased the Ryobi 40V brushless snow blower. Very easy to assemble. Lightweight and quite flexible for tighter areas, even for my wife. Have used it for one snowfall so far and quite pleased with its operation. Will certainly consider other Ryobi products as the need arises.

Save up your money and buy a good trimmer every time they head goes out. All you can do is wait to see how much it will take to be fixed or you have to buy a new head you don't have a choice very poor design. The head's last about a year and then they are useless. Start buying just a weed waker. Just a blower and some hedge clippers. You won't regret it. The Ryobi all in one is a back breaker doesn't fire up well like better brands.
My 40v weed eater needed a replacement part and the process of putting installing the part is beyond my skill level. So I called Ryobi and Home Depot and was sent to places that no longer work on Ryobi products. The nearest one is an hours drive. I tried to contact Ryobi's chat help and after waiting a long time on 2 different attempts I finally gave up when no one came online. Every time I called Ryobi I always spoke to a computer never a person. A personal touch would have been nice at some point.
I've purchased just about every tool ryobi had made. The last 2 purchased were a battery powered pressure washer and a battery powered air pump. I'm not happy with either purchase. My hose has more pressure than the pressure washer and the air pump only goes to 20 psi before leaking. I bought the extended warranty on both but I've never had a problem with any of the other tools so I didn't bother to register. So now being passed the time to register I'm stuck with these 2 tools that I'm extremely unhappy with. All my other tools work 100% and I'm happy with. I literally have almost all of the battery operated line that they make. I tell everyone to buy because I've never had a problem. Won't make the mistake of not registering again
Tip for consumers:
Always register your purchase

I am a female, mid 60's. I selected the Ryobi 40V 20" battery operated push lawn mower and am totally happy with the purchase. Easy to assemble, love that is stores upright (saves lots of room) and is very easy to use. Simply push the start button and away you go. It's great not having to deal with oil/gas. Mower gets a full 48 min mow as advertised. Would highly recommend this mower.

Bought this for myself cause off the small trees on my property. The chainsaw is easy to start and light weight, I also enjoy the fact that it automatically oils the bar as you use it. I highly recommend any ROYBI product they are very durable and will continue to use there products
I recently purchased a battery-operated Ryobi weed eater at Home Depot. It was very easy to assemble (although I would have liked pictures), easy start-up instructions, and (for my very first battery-operated tool) worked beyond what I had imagined. I look forward to their emails about other attachments that can be used with this tool. This product did not disappoint. Even Harry, the Home Depot employee, told me I wouldn't be unhappy with this tool.

I currently have Ryobi weed eater. Received the Inverter from my son as a gift. I am on a Forest Service Fire Team out of Oregon. I spend my summers in a tent while on a fire. I use the inverter to maintain a charge on my cell phone and Fitbit watch at night. Sometimes we don't get a generator until after camp is setup to provide power.

I own a small construction company and all my cordless tools are Ryobi, they cost less, do the work just fine, last just as long as other cordless tools, I have had some of my tools for 5+ years and have never had a bad battery. I am very satisfied with Ryobi. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs cordless tools.

I have purchased a Ryobi battery powered lawnmower unit for the first time. My front & back lots arelevel &are about 800-1000 square feet. It takes me about 45 minutes to cut. I have used the unit 3 times & found that the 20" mower is easy to operate without a need to recharge the battery during the cut. So far, so good!
As a 1st time buyer I had no idea how easy it'd be to assemble my Compact Ltwt Leaf blower. Once I bought it a day ago I was very surprised ate putting it together, especially since I am a disable veteran and have an extremely hard time working on things with my hands. I was also very surprised on how light weight the blower was. After charging the battery and using my blower to clean out my driveway I highly recommend it for anyone who may be disabled or even just having problems with their hands.
Just purchased this unit and was really pleased with the performance and power of it. Light weight and easy to use. Really liked the auto string feed. Battery life appears to be good although I didn't use it long enough to drain the battery.

I borrowed my brother in law's RYOBI Pressure Washer to do my driveway. It did such a good job that I started on the 2 year old fence. It worked so well I asked my wife if she would get it for me on Father's Day.
Now I'm the proud owner of this great machine and I couldn't be more satisfied with this product... oh wait, it came with a 12" Surface Cleaner as a Father's Day bonus... Priceless.
I would recommend this product to any homeowner or for your business. YouTube will be satisfied.
I purchased an Electric Ryobi Weed Eater and a Ryobi Blower today & can't wait to use it! I have several of your products but this is my first time buying electric ones. I did start it up and it feels and sounds great! Can't wait to use it on my lawn!
We have 2 homes in southern CA and each has a blower RY*******vnm models.
We have a tree trimmer and a string weed whip that we use in our avocado orchard. The adjustments for length are easy to do and make my jobs much easier. Thank you for not making them too heavy, to handle all day long.
I have a number of Ryobi tools so I as not surprised that my new hedge trimmer was well made and worked as expected. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was powerful and the battery life was excellent. Speaking of the battery, i suggest you buy the tool and battery together as it is a different battery and configuration then my previous Ryobi tools.

I purchased Ryobi 4V 20 inch Electric Push Mower last Saturday evening and have used it every day since and today is Tuesday. I am a 72 year old senior and could not get either of my gas mowers to start in the last week. This mower is light weight and such a breeze to use. I have a large front yard and back yard and finished my front yard on one charge. It charges faster than it says. I would highly recommend Ryobi power tools to anyone, my first but not my last.
. If you are like me and have a difficult time holding a tool and pull starting it, then this is the one for you Its lightweight, easy to manage and starts right up once the charged battery is in place. Its not for a commercial job but is just what I needed for around the house. This is an honest sincere review. It does not matter to me whether you purchase it or not. I am just telling you as it is.
We had a major ice storm in TX, many tree branches were damaged and we did not have a chainsaw. The shear volume of branches meant we could not use an axe or saw to cut all down to size. We chose the cordless model as we have a complete set of yard tools lawn mower, weed eater and blower already in cordless model so our chose was an wasy one to make. In now time we had all cut with some of the wood stacked for firewood. Meant we were done in short order using our blower for final clean up. Great product and performed outandingly. Thanks for another fine tool.
My first one lasted about a year. I couldn't get it to run, would not even start. I thought it might be just a lemon so I bought another one like it. It lasted about 10 months. Same crap...wouldn't start. Kept flooding the muffler and poor sparking even with a new plug. I decided then it was nothing but junk and I advise all of you to save your money and buy something else. I'm through with any Ryobi product period. Junk junk junk!

Purchased January, 2021. Didn't use until December 2022 because no snow. Worked great for about 1 hour, then died. Re-charged batteries and tried to start again. No luck. Returned to Home Depot. Since over 90 days old, they wouldn't replace. After calls with Ryobi, they sent me back to Home Depot, which was 80 miles from my home. Home Depot finally agreed to send it to Arizona to repair, but I had to $30 freight. Needless to say, I won't buy from Home Depot or Ryobi in future.
Tip for consumers:
That there was 90 day warranty regardless of use

I own many cordless 40v Ryobi tools, lawnmower, trimmer, leaf blower, snow blower... and I have absolutely zero complaints. I would recommend Ryobi products to anyone unsure of which brand to buy. Makes yard work much easier. Thankyou Ryobi!
I called Ryobi about a 3 year old battery that would not charge. They told me t was out of warranty and they could not help me. They told me they do not sell batteries! Home Depot wants the same money for a replacement battery as the whole product. Never going to buy Ryobi again
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy RYOBI TOOLS
Waited several hours on hold for a replacement part that was missing at purchase. I was then told it was not their problem and it needed to be returned to Home Depot. When I voiced my frustration with the hold time and their resistance to send a $.30 part that was missing, the associate was rude. Would not recommend based on customer service practices.
