Purchased a lightsaber from saber forge on January 15 2021 for roughly $300. It claimed the lead time was 8-10 weeks. I thought that was kind of long but purchased anyway. 11 weeks roll around and I still have not received it. I emailed them and they claim that the lead time was 15 weeks. I told them that the lead time I was given was at most 10 weeks. Their rep essentially told me that I was lying because their 15 week time frame was "on their site for more than a year". I am very disappointed with the service that I have received so far. I understand that covid has thrown a monkey wrench into things but 5 weeks past the originally promised lead time is excessive. I also prefer not to be called a liar. As I told the rep, I didn't just pull a lead time out of my butt.

Costs ad up to as Europe based customer

Shipping cost pus importtaxes and unexpected extra FedEx make it less fun for overseas buyers.
FedEx extra cost (as per arrangement by SaberForge) where sadly not (as noticeable) declared upfront.
Order was perfectly packaged and fast shipt.

Horrible Company!

Worst company I've ever dealt with! Placed my order for a Champion Hilt on 11/16/17. Received it on 12/27/17 and it was DOA. Took three days for Saberforge to reply to my email inquiry requesting an RMA and sent me a return shipping label.

Sent a few emails over the following weeks asking for status. Actually got an! Back telling me they already told me 1-5 weeks on RMA. Keep in mind, I'm out $400 on a saber that I've still not received!

I got an email from Saberforge on 2/3/18 with an USPS tracking number. Six business days later, it still shows awaiting pickup from Saberforge.

Would NEVER, EVER buy from or support this lousy organization again.

After 6 months of waiting I finally got my saber and the quality is terrible. The entire emoter section is loose as one of the screws is missing and the other one is broken. The buttons for the switch aren't even attached and when I attempted to attach them they didn't fit into the saber. I still have received a response to my initial email to customer service and I doubt I will anytime soon. I will never order from this site again and I suggest you do the same.

The title pretty much says it all. I purchased a SN-Pixel Prodigal Son THQ and it's an amazing saber, ESPECIALLY for the price. The only problem I'm experiencing is the fact that all the website tutorials don't account for this model having an auxiliary button. The videos I've seen only sow the sabers with one button, not two. So I've been having a bit of difficulty setting up the saber the way I would like it. Any help is appreciated. That's the only issue. I wish these had a comprehensive usermanual, or a designated page devoted to tutorials and troubleshooting. That issue aside, holy CRAP, it's a nice saber.

Lightsaber order

The lightsabers have arrived and were perfect for my Jedi cosplay. All 3 lightsabers where shipped in perfect condition and in a prompt manner. Overall, I would highly recommend both the lightsabers and the seller equally

Great saber

Love my saber! Looks awesome. Only feedback I have is that a lot of the edges have a sharp feel to them. Could do better to smooth that a little as this is one of your elite sabers.

From a beginner when it comes to lightsabers

It's a really great lightsaber! While it's a little hard to get used to it, overall it's a good lightsaber that has a lot of features. It has a lot of bright color options and the sound quality is good! This is my first lightsaber ever and within ten minutes of opening, my sister smashed it into a wall but it's built to be durable so it came out totally unscathed!

Decent product. Terrible experience.

Response times took at least a week. In additon, some emails took follow-up emails from myself after the week to get a response. My initial request to have my address updated was not even met after all the effort. My order took more than a month to arrive despite the parts being off-the-shlef items that the website said were in stock.
