I waited a long time and I didn't receive anything until I contacted the website. Then I got the wrong shade of blue I wanted my saber part colored
I had a few questions about my order and some other things and Melissa A. From the customer service team was so amazingly helpful, she answered all my questions quickly, in depth and even provided me a photo of the hilt colours I was asking about, honestly a fantastic CSR and made my experience with saberforge fantastic, I expect to be buying more sabers in the future because it was such an excellent experience :)

I've had mixed results with electronics in previous sabers, but if you want hollow hilts this is a good option.
It's a really great lightsaber! While it's a little hard to get used to it, overall it's a good lightsaber that has a lot of features. It has a lot of bright color options and the sound quality is good! This is my first lightsaber ever and within ten minutes of opening, my sister smashed it into a wall but it's built to be durable so it came out totally unscathed!

I have gotten a saber from here before and I love the details that they put on them. Decided to go ahead and get a double blade one for my collection the wait was a bit long but it payed off in the end. The saber itself is great and Wirth the wait.
Was browsing through the website saw the one I wanted and the delivery time wasn't too bad. And I got notification when it did ship and when it did arrive which was cool.
Order came in 2 days after it shipped and very happy
When we placed our order it seemed like something was strange with the interface so I had to email SaberForge and it took a little while for them to get back to me. They must be very busy, but their email was kind and of good tone. It took about 7 weeks for our order to arrive, which is about what we were led to expect. We ordered about three weeks before Christmas, which must be a very busy time for them. My daughter's Saber arrived just as ordered and it's beautiful. Good work people! Thank you.

I only wish they would stock their parts faster. I am still waiting to get the rest of my items to complete my two light saber builds. However, I rather wait and get amazing parts then have parts stocked at the loss of quality. I started my builds about 1 year ago and I am still waiting for some items to come back into stock. But I find the wait is worth it to get exactly what I want.
As a side point, if one has little or no experience building electronics and custom items such as this it may seem like an intimidating amount of work. So before you take the plunge make sure you are ready for the challenge. If not use their build service and have the pros do it for you.

After 15 weeks, I wanted to cancel my order, so we were in dispute. After I sent them a request not to ship it until the matter was resolved, so rather thank keeping their word they shipped the item so I could not return it for cash.
Massively impressed, especially after everything I've heard from 2020. But it genuinely seems like saberforge has turned things around! I got my saber within a month and I love the feel of it! Cant wait to get it installed :)
Package was late but I received compensation. Product was excellent otherwise. Highly recommend for an affordable saber with good electronics.
Just keep in mind, you can't cancel an item even if done within a few hours.
The credits are very nice; metal and have a hefty weight to them. I'm very pleased!
Hilt arrived and is HORRIBLY designed. You have to remove a magnetic cover and insert a "kill key" to turn it off, but then you can't put the magnetic cover back on.
Blade arrived broken and won't light up.
Over a month fighting with customer service with no resolution. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible company. Avoid at all costs. The only way they could possibly have this high of a rating is that they have bad reviews removed. Lets see how long mine lasts.
Edit: Sabeforge managed to hide this review while they tried to send me a new blade. Eventually I got a new, working blade for my saber, and it turns out they had sent the wrong charger initially, so they sent the correct charger as well.
I feel this review still stands because even though it was eventually resolved, it took a lot of work dealing with their customer service just to get something that should have been included in the first place.
Buying was easy on their website. Lead times where advertized up front and deliveri took the expected time. Comunication was just right. Enogh to keep me informed on my order without excesive emails or advertising spam.
Purchasing process was easy, the shipping took a little bit of time. Regardless it was actually a good thing, Saber forge takes their time to ensure you receive a quality product. Shipping took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received it I was very pleased with the end result. It was worth the wait.
