“Horrible customer service”

Horrible experience here. Ordered two items which were xxs small. They're not true to size for America petite. Still very large at weird parts of the body like the chest and hips. When I wrote an email if I could get a re try to label it took them over 1.5 weeks to reply. Also, they mention that the return label would cost $14 when I noticed the amount of money that was refunded was incorrectly they said the return labels use to be $14 now they're $30. I'm confusion with the miscommunication they're providing their costumers. I will not be purchasing from here again due to lack of communication and slow shipping process. They should reevaluate their business because this process would cause a lot of upset consumers.

Sabo skirt is the absolute worst company. They ship items extremely slow from Australia, my item never arrived to me and Sabo did not help me at all so now I lost money. They will never refund you money if you don't like item they will offer you store credit. Beware of this site they are horrible.

Ordered 6 sets, half came damaged. If you write a review under their clothing it magically doesn't show up if it's bad. Customer service doesn't have a number and takes at least a week to answer a single email.

The clothes are great quality. However, if you need to return from the US, don't expect your money quickly. I made a return over 7 weeks ago and have yet to receive my money back. Their customer service is very difficult to get ahold of and doesn't respond back timely so you wait days on end to get a response. Something I wish I knew before I made multiple purchases.

I ordered a dress for my daughter for her birthday and it took several weeks to get to her and I never got a confirmation email so I never had a confirmation number. They kept asking me for the confirmation number when I wondered where it was but of course I didn't have that then she sent the dress back when she finally received it because she didn't like it and it took many weeks to get $68 back when they charged me $98 something about the dress having to go to Australia or something? If you live in United States, don't use this company. They are terrible.

My order has been stuck win New Zealand since April 5th and has not moved since. I reached out through different channels but it seems like they have a habit of not responding to customers. Let's see if they will actually respond to my messages or send another message of their on going promotion. This is ridiculous and if this doesn't get sorted, I'll probably never consider buying again!

I kept seeing ads and saw positive reviews so I decided to try and I was honestly disappointed in the quality. The items didn't look like the picture or worth the high amount. (forever21 quality in my opinion) I bought 2 things and the return process as been a true headache. I will never order anything from here again or recommend that you do if you are in the US… 1. You have to pay for your own shipping. 2. If you use their shipping portal, it only tracks to their distribution partner (in The USA) but no tracking to Australia so you have no idea when it will be processed. It's been a month and I finally received a refund BUT for only one of my items. They were packaged in the same box. Customer service emails are slow to respond.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t shop here if you’re in the USA. Not worth the hassle

I bought a wicker bag from them, and the black clasp that closes the bag was crooked. It works fine, and it's only noticeable if you know it's there. But they literally glued the button off center...

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and asked me to remove my review in exchange for a new bag. I had read on their site that exchanges were not possible, so initially, I did not think that was an option. So I got my new bag a few days ago -- still crooked. I didn't update my review because I thought it would be pointless. They contacted me again and asked me to remove my review. Anyways, here is proof of the bag I got, which again, has a crooked clasp.

After seeing the images online I didn't mind paying that amount for the clothing however when they arrived they look cheap and not great quality at all. Had to pay an extra £24 for delivery as I'm in the uk. Won't be purchasing from here again!

Purchased a $100 gift voucher for our daughter online, never received confirmation but money was taken from our bank account 5 days later! This company has no phone contact info.on their website so I waited 4 weeks then emailed their customer service address provided and still no response. They have our money and we have not even had the decency of a reply. This is the ultimate scam!

Love the bikini. The dresses did not fit. When trying to return the items for a refund, I attempted to take the small envelope to several shipping options (USPS, UPS, etc) and was quoted $88-95 to make a return to Australia. This is ridiculous and costs nearly as much as the 2 dresses itself. We will give them away. I don't imagine we will gamble on Sabo Skirt in the future unless there is a different return policy provided (e.g. A US location that accepts returns for a reasonable amount, prepaid label, or something else)

Really cheap products, sizing is inconsistent through their whole brand. I tried to leave an honest review on the Taffy shorts I got recently yet for some strange reason it is not being posted and I have attempted it a few times, i gave it 3 stars. Surprisingly the only reviews on their sight are 4 or 5 stars, funny much

I live in the US so as you can imagine I paid a good amount for shipping. The items I ordered were terrible quality and fit poorly. I just about broke even in my expenses with how much it cost to ship it back. Return policy is terrible and they don't seem to care about customer reviews since they don't even have an option to review the item on their site- beware all! Save yourself the time and money

The item shipped when it said it would, everything was good. Just sad the dress did strap was maybe too thin and broke already. I was excited to wear it this Summer but unfortunately I'll have to find someone how is good at sewing. I'm not confident eve of fixed it won't happen again.

Really love the clothing, the shipping isn't my favorite. I've ordered from other Australian brands before and they get here to the US so much quicker than Sabo as well as the providers they use to deliver are much better at updating than the Australian post. Returns will also cost anywhere from 14-30 dollars if you have to return something from the states. So overall I would definitely order from them again but make sure to get the right size and order well in advance from when you need the items. I do think for how much you spend shopping there Sabo could consider other shipping options

Paid extra for postage... £14. Customs wanted me to pay £95 for 5 items of clothing... hardly heavy.

I contacted them and they said they would cover the fees but now they have changed their mind. They will get charged again and I'm going to loose an awful lot of money for zero clothes. The clothes look amazing, but seems to me run by clueless people.

I paid for Express Shipping to get the items before a trip. It showed up greater than 10 days later and the items missed the trip - so much for that expense. I am now burdened with paying for International Shipping back to Sabo with a cost of $200+, despite their 'miss' on the shipping to me and they expect it within 14 days. Completely unreasonable.

Overall, the product quality was OK (a bit cheap and many of the items were completely sheer, despite the product description indicating otherwise).

I have been trying to reach out about submitting a return and no one has gotten back to me, I have now missed my return window because of such. Absolutely horrible Customer Service for anyone purchasing from the US.

For someone purchasing in the US this was an easy buying experience but a TERRIBLE return experience. I tried reaching out the day my order arrived and I knew I needed to return the item, followed instructions, my order supposedly didn't exist and no one contacted me back when I sent an email to the CS Team. This brand is very hit or miss. Pilling on their sweaters, pilling even on natural fabrics dresses they've made. Lots of synthetic materials clothing, thin fabrics, loosely woven stitching. Very glitchy website sometime can't access your Sabo account or view orders. Sometime the website even tells me i don't have an account. Customer services rarely response to your emails unless they have a problem with you and needs to reach out to you about payments.
Not petite friendly. They used to offer few petite sizing, now to accommodates others request, their dresses are longer. I'm 4'8 and most of their clothes runs long in length, not narrow enough for the shoulders, so straps always falls off my shoulders. This is the brand lean towards the younger crowd. Provides something that last you couple seasons or trendy pieces that looks good for the moment. Occasionally they may have a good piece, but most my purchases has not been great.

If i could give them a 0 i would. It was my first time ordering with them and they sent me the wrong item. It was like pulling teeth to get answers from their customer service email. The worst part is i wasn't reimbursed for shipping the item back because of their mistake. I will NEVER shop here again. Complete rip off.

I went up a size to a medium get that "baggier" fit and this just fits me.

It's quite see through on the top part
The shorts are too short could be a few cms longer
The buttons are too far apart so side in you can see straight through to my bra.
Also postage took over 3 weeks, this is the second time iv ordered on Sabo skirt and the postage timeframe is off putting.

I sent it 3 week ago and it still hasn't arrived yet - no option for expedited delivery else the shipping would cost more than the item.
