Horrible experience here. Ordered two items which were xxs small. They're not true to size for America petite. Still very large at weird parts of the body like the chest and hips. When I wrote an email if I could get a re try to label it took them over 1.5 weeks to reply. Also, they mention that the return label would cost $14 when I noticed the amount of money that was refunded was incorrectly they said the return labels use to be $14 now they're $30. I'm confusion with the miscommunication they're providing their costumers. I will not be purchasing from here again due to lack of communication and slow shipping process. They should reevaluate their business because this process would cause a lot of upset consumers.
Sabo skirt is the absolute worst company. They ship items extremely slow from Australia, my item never arrived to me and Sabo did not help me at all so now I lost money. They will never refund you money if you don't like item they will offer you store credit. Beware of this site they are horrible.
Delivery came on time and products were well packed. The clothing items are a bit more on the pricey side but live up to the price- true to size, quality fabrics and have beautiful designs

The product videos are glitchy, wish there were more promos/sales, love when there are tons of product pictures and videos.
The designs, that they are trying to use more natural fabrics, they seem to be focused on their customers and to be a friend to them.

Ordered 2 of the same online because not sure what size. Then returned one in store to obtain refund. The whole experience was very easy and refund was timely. Very Happy!

My daughter purchased a dress which didn't fit. She emailed customer service and Lily responded with a PO box address to return it in Australia. We spent $22 to return it and three weeks later it came back from Australia as "undeliverable as addressed". We emailed again and Lily said to send a photo of the package that came back. She confirmed the address was correct and said to send it again at our own expense. Now we have spent $44 on shipping. Then weeks later it is returned again from Australia as undeliverable. I emailed customer service again and Lily said this is upsetting and confusing because they get hundreds of returns from the US from the US all the time and suggested we send to their street address. I asked if they would pay for this third round of shipping but she said no and "We suggest that you file a complaint directly with USPS and advise them of this information and request a refund for your previous return shipping costs." So for a third time we must pay $22... we have nearly paid for the dress twice now. Amazing that they would tell us to file a complaint with USPS when both times it was returned from Australia. In the end they saved the shipping fee but alienated a customer for life. They sign their emails with X's but in truth show no love for their customers.

The shipping to Canada was fast, but expensive taxes. And sizing didn't work so I sent back and it cost me 100$ for the tracked shipping back like they requested.

I wish I could exchange the shorts but I cannot. Shipping costs more than the price of the item. Signing a deal with DHL for affordable returns would be awesome

I think the clothes are great, but the shipping took forever, and it didn't update once it left California, so I was lost when it came to tracking my stuff.

The products I've ordered have all been extremely high quality. Shipping can take a little while but is at least well priced for out of country shipping. Return shipping is well priced too.
They were prompt in answering any questions.

I had not received my order after 11 days, sabo skirt didn't receive my first 2 emails but after the third were very prompt at sorting out the issue and my dress came 2 days after that.
They didn’t receive my first 2 emails so was initially quite frustrated but they replied very quickly to my third and my issue was sorted out promptly

I ordered a jumpsuit and despite covid times and Christmas coming up it came within 2 days! The fit was amazing and looked even better than the photos.
Sabo Skirt has soo many unique beautiful pieces that fall in the perfect price range, not cheap enough to be $#*!ty and fall into a ‘fast fashion’ type category but also not too expensive that they cost an arm and a leg
