Horrible experience here. Ordered two items which were xxs small. They're not true to size for America petite. Still very large at weird parts of the body like the chest and hips. When I wrote an email if I could get a re try to label it took them over 1.5 weeks to reply. Also, they mention that the return label would cost $14 when I noticed the amount of money that was refunded was incorrectly they said the return labels use to be $14 now they're $30. I'm confusion with the miscommunication they're providing their costumers. I will not be purchasing from here again due to lack of communication and slow shipping process. They should reevaluate their business because this process would cause a lot of upset consumers.
Sabo skirt is the absolute worst company. They ship items extremely slow from Australia, my item never arrived to me and Sabo did not help me at all so now I lost money. They will never refund you money if you don't like item they will offer you store credit. Beware of this site they are horrible.
Love the designs, hated some of the fits. Asked for help returning from the US given the quality of the clothes was so lumpy and received zero help whatsover. Customer service even lied about how much it usually costs to return shipment. They said $20 but when I checked with USPS it cost closer to $60 for my parcel... nearly 40% of the cost of goods I was returning!
I would be fine paying $20 for return if they (1) helped print a return label, and (2) had honest customer service.
Quality of clothes is too risky to buy from US if returns policy is so bad. Great designs but the company is NOT an ecommerce company.

One of the sets I bought the elastic on the arm was probably 3 inches wide. I have very thin arms and this was still cutting off circulation. So unfortunately I had to separate the set and return the top. I had to PAY $14 to return it. It's been over two weeks since and I still haven't received a refund.

I'm unfortunately between show sizes and therefore purchased 2 sizes. The items were received quickly and the return process was easy, even giving you an option of reason of return of ‘I purchased two sizes' which made me feel less guilty of returning an item. Refund was received in a timely manner.

Came across an add on Facebook actually of these amazing heels and I just had to have them. When they arrived they were better than I expected, comfy and well made.

Super cute clothing but it is somewhat false advertising because the dress was not flattering in the slightest. I am 5'3 and only weigh 115 pounds and this dress was a horrible look on me. Also, I tried returning the dress but they made me pay for shipping which is overseas and it became a way too expensive purchase! Just fyi

Never spent so much money on bad quality items that are unrefundable unless youre willing to pay. I was sent the wrong sizes, bikinis that once immersed in water are pointless in wearing anyway and clothing that must have been photographed by someone very well as they dont reflect themselves in the same way off the screen. Hopefully in time they will improve but for now I wont be trying again!

I'm really loving Sabo Skirt. Only recently found the brand while looking for some more on trend yet affordable clothing stores (sportsgirl and dotti just weren't cutting it). I love your designs and the quality is always great and it's fun getting kids clothes at the same time. Please do more kids clothes!

I purchased two maxi skirts, a brake the, and a black halter dress. The skirts were okay. The materials are poor quality and poorly stitched.
The bralette is poorly stitched together (I'm very gentle with it as I'm afraid it will fall apart) and the claps are made of cheap plastic fastening pieces.
The halter dress has poorly placed straps which cause the bra liner to rest above the breasts and below the collar bone. Myself and a friend of mine have both tried this same item, our bodies are both different shapes but we wear the same size and it didn't fit right in either of us.
My friend also purchased a maxi and we both tried it. The material is cheap and it looked nothing like what we saw advertised.
Poor quality, overpriced, deceiving advertisement. Will not shop here again.

Love your pieces and the quality of your store. Wish shipping was a little faster to US (but I understand). I also think your prices are super reasonable which is hard to find. I think your store is comparable - if not better quality than stores like Reformation.
I saw it through and add and fell in love with the dress. Didn't see a lot of info online - assumed you were a new company and decided to try it out because your prices were good for the items you were selling. My expectations weren't that high but I was amazed by the quality of your products!

Shipping time was standard approximately 3 weeks. Unfortunately the gold bangle I bought came completely apart the pearl detached and looked like it was hot glued on in the first place because the string was still on the item.

This skirt is very cute. I normally wear a 10 or 12 for pants, lately more 12 than 10. I bought a large, and I love the way it fits. There is elastic in the waist and two buttons for a snug fit. The material is cotton, which is nice for the summer. Bonus... pockets! Just my style.

I ordered a skirt from SABO SKIRT. The pictures made it look amazing, tight, short, and form fitting. I assumed I can't go wrong buying a skirt from a place with skirt in their name... I was so wrong... When I received my order the skirt was not even WHITE. I ordered a white skirt and I got a creme one instead. They clearly used heavy filters on the pictures online because it's no where near that shade. No only was it loose and baggy, the material was so cheap that even if everything was good besides the material I would still return it. Seriously, it's like Halloween costume material. Complete false advertising. The color, shape, size, fit, and material are nothing like what you see on their Instagram page and their website. I wouldn't want my worse enemy to buy from this place. Buyers beware.

Was good! Site is easy to navigate, I was looking into buying something for about a month but it was sold out and when I came back a few weeks later it was back in stock! So it felt like it was relatively quick. Great!
A friend recommended this brand to me! The amazing designs and look and options on the site are unbeatable and it also is VERY reasonably priced. Definitely my new go to!

Website is pretty easy to follow! I wouldn't mind if you added more currency's! I live in Canada, so have the price in Canadian dollars would be nice. I did learn that the Canadian dollar and Australian dollar are very close in price right now tho!

It was great! I had to return the smaller size as I ordered two just to be safe - ended up going with the medium. The only thing I would say is that shipping is quite pricey so it was expensive to send it back!

2 weeks shipping, 6 week return and impossible to reach anyone. This place is a joke. Also don't use Afterpay with them, i bought my 2 dresses with after pay, they didn't work out so i shipped them back. Got refunded for 1 payment of after pay which was 44$ and paid a total of 134. Never have seen a dime of the rest of my money. The quality and fit is not good. Just go somewhere else this place is a fuxking joke!

I had ordered two dresses from the site and paid extra to have expedited 2-5 day shipping. First they make it unclear that this is 2-5 BUSINESS days AFTER the items have shipped, but not only that my items came late anyway. I emailed customer service to tell them it was late and asked for a refund for the shipping charges and Lily said it's not their policy and "out of the company's control." I got store credit, but I would never purchase here again given how much of a fight I had to put up for a situation the company should have addressed the issue.
The dresses themselves I returned- cheap quality and not at all as advertised.

Bought a dress from this store and was extremely disappointed with the fit and quality. Looks nothing like their flashy photos. Emailed their customer care team and they didnt bother replying so I emailed a 2nd time and said I would report them and then they finally replied saying that they wanted me to return the product at my expense. Bought the Arden floral dress recently! I am normally a size 8-10 in most clothes and I ordered a 12 as the instructions on the site said get a size up! It would not even zip up the side! I thought for a moment I had put on weight but then I tried on items from sheike, Mossman and Zimmerman and yep still a 10! I took the dress to the lady who made my wedding dress and she said the zipper stitching on this item is terrible and made incorrectly! I should have read the reviews beforehand just wasted $88. Will def tell friends to stay away...

My first experience with sabo skirt was good, I emailed about a playsuit I loved but was out of stock and they were very helpful and said they had 1 small left and I could have it. However when it arrived it was ill fitting, completely see through and looked nothing like what it looks like on the model. I packaged it up and returned it, and have received an email to say they have inspected it and found some dog hairs on it and thus will not be giving me a refund. I didn't roll in my dogs bed in the suit, I tried it on, and then put it down to package up - it most certainly was not covered in hair! What a disgrace
