This is my first time buying a gun and this company gave me just my choice of gun. I carefully followed all the steps especially the instructions given to me on their chat support. I ordered the SPRINGFIELD RANGE OFFICER ELITE OPERATOR 1911, 10MM, 5″, 8RD, BLACK STEEL, paid for it and was sent a tracking number after four days i was called by FFL to pick up my gun. Thank you SAFE GUN SHOP.
Similar to another review, I picked out a firearm, got a confirmation email and paid; they promised follow up with shipping info etc. It never came. I tired their web chat multiple times and no response. STAY AWAY!
May 2022 paid $800.00 for two pistols they said was in stock. Took our money and never sent guns to our FFL dealer. THIS IS A TOTAL RIPP OFF. Money for nothing. Reported to law enforcement. Phyical address does NOT EXISIT in DAVIE FL. Check it out! Give your money to the home less you will get more for it.

I was going to buy a gun here and decided like I always do to research an online company and once again it's saved me an upset stomach. I found reviews saying it's a scam, so I went to the positive reviews and noticed that they were more of a company paid type of review where every little detail was mentioned and lingo that no one really ever says. (Companies will write their own reviews and overly praise the site. Red flag there) anyways I decided to do a quick apple map search on the address. Well there's is a Buddy's gun shop with a 3.5 star rating but it's on the other side of the street which would be the even numbered addresses. The gun shop that's there isn't the rite gun shop or address. The address listed is in between 2 fast food restaurants (los Paisanos and Burger King) whose addresses are 3995 Davie Rd

Now saftey gun shop says it's in the middle of these 2 buildings but the maps don't show anything except these 2 properties but up against each other by parkinglots. So unless they have their address mixed up in maps then I'm gonna have to say this shop doesn't exist.

Money. After money was sent they have not supplied shipping information. Definitely a Scam.
Item on hold until $ 1,000 refundable insurance was received. Phone number is a text now #. Complete scam.
At their insistence, I paid with the CashApp to $LindaGrantham for what I believed to be a legal purchase that would be shipped to a FFL near me. They took my money and have ghosted me now.

They have a website that looks legitimate and you have the option to live chat with a representative immediately. I had a conversation with ‘Tyler Jay’ and he answered my questions. I trusted that I would go through an FFL near me to legally obtain my purchase. Now that they have my money, they will not respond. I am livid.

I had been looking for a specific model Mossberg shotgun for some time without finding one available anywhere. One day, during yet another online search Safegunshop.com showed up as having one.
An online message "popped up" asking if I had any questions to which I asked if they truly had the gun I was interested in. To which the response was yes, it was in stock adding that I could order it online which would complete the purchase and "lock-in" my selection. I thought it unusual their payment options were either bitcoin or Zelle no credit cards. I received a confirming e-mail the following morning advising me to let them know when I had the Zelle payment set up (as I told them I did not have a Zelle account). When trying to process the payment my bank required a name, address, and contact information in order to process the payment. After advising Safegun that I was ready and requesting the information required by the bank it took them several days to respond with some, but not all, of the required information. During that delay my frustration made me begin to question how valid this company and purchase may actually be.
After doing a fair amount of research and finding unfavorable reviews with BBB and other websites I tried to play them along and offered to make a COD payment if the gun was delivered to one of three FFL dealers to which I provided contact information.
After waiting an additional week, without further response, I sent them an e-mail canceling my purchase and informed them that because of their delay I was able to determine that they may be a scam which they proved by their lack of response (after reading that they frequently "ghosted" others that had fallen for their scam}. I had been saved by the research in looking at reviews and my bank.
