Highly recommend. Had many dealings with other web design companies who overpromise and underdeliver. Not here! I have waited months previously for nothing tangible from other companies. Safnah designed and built our website from the ground up within two weeks! They are always at the end of the phone or on email for troubleshooting and ideas. I could not recommend them enough!

I migrated my website over to the cPanel server and had several glitches with my email. Ammar was very patient and helped me troubleshoot the problem. I called 3 or 4 times with different problems and he was able to resolve all of them. I ran my email thru several different scenarios since I wanted to deal with it now rather than find out there is a problem when I am traveling. I'm happy with the Tech Support service.

We are really old customers of Safnah and recently had an issue with the email. I called support and they suggest we switch over to the new servers and Control Panel instead of trying to fix the issue. I took their advice and made the switch. We worked with Ammar and everything went very smoothly and we had no downtime at all. All I did was set up the new account, repoint the domain name to the new server and change the email setting on our workstations. Ammar took care of everything else including moving all the emails over to the new servers. Emails work great now and our website is loading faster.
