I ordered Sunbrella material, binding material and thread. All of the product was high quality and at a fair price. The shipping was through the USPS and that caused a week delay for the delivery. We had to contact Sailrite and they helped to locate the order and we finally received it. The delivery was the only issue we had and I recommend Sailrite because of their product and customer serivce.
So far I LOVE the LSZ-1 sewing machine! I've gotten more done in the last two weeks on my camp storage equipment and custom tool pouches than I have in the last two months using a standard "heavy duty" home machine! The instructional videos produced by Sailrite are absolutely top notch! I'm looking forward to taking on more in depth projects as my experience and skills grow using Sailrite's equipment, materials and training videos! WELL DONE Sailrite!
It is easy to order product and my experiences in the past have been satisfactory. My last order of several yards of Sunbrella arived in a plastic bag. Not in a box. The bag was filthy and appeared to have been crushed at some point. This is not the way to ship product in my opinion. I have not used the product as yet. I hope it is usable.
This is the best machine that I have bought. Used in over 40 years. It is so heavy duty, I am so happy. I am telling everyone I know. May possible buy another one.
The only drawback, is I wish the base had a plug in, so that I could plug into the base to the outleg, and then plug the light and the machine into the base. That would be ideal.
Also wish that it had auto needle threader for old folks like me.
But other than that, this is the best.
Received my order fast! Used machine to make a couple quick repairs on my dodger. Looking forward to using it for the rest of the canvas projects I have planned.
Impressive machine and even more impressive customer service demonstrated by the best user guide I ever got with any purchase, inclusion of LOTS of needles and thread, and prompt and effective Zach help adjusting pressure feet. It IS a major tool and requires care and maintenance I would say equivalent to DIYER table saw. Adjustments in first week use likeky because transportation company does not have same customer service attitude as Sailrite. I have used to complete 3 large window seat cushions and am completely satisfied with results.
Arrived quickly and easy to install. Online guidance answered any installation questions I had. Put an extra slug at the end of the one full length batten on my sail.
