My order was just a small roll of sail repair tape and some waxed thread. Had questions on the thread sizes available and chat support was very helpful finding information for me.
Had hard to find canvas fasteners with competitive price. Quick shipping. Only store with the long button fasteners I needed for my marine snap in carpet.
Delivery was not timely. After more than 2 weeks without receiving ordered items, I called and was told the shipment would be sent out the next day. I did receive order within 2-3 days after calling.

We live in Grand Cayman, which isn't the easiest place to receive items in a timely fashion:-) I have purchased fabric from Sailrite on three or four different occasions over the last four years with EXCELLENT results! They have always been extremely perfect and professional to work with, and even the shipping fees or extremely low (relatively speaking:-)

There is nothing wrong with this product. I simply bought the wrong size. I needed a smaller zipper so I had to find one from another website since sailrite only carries down to 4.5.
