Just ordered a ladies velvet jacket that was valued at 588.00 on sale for 145.00 Iam so happy right now, not only arrived on promised date the fit is perfect and looks amazing on me. Will definitely buy again and tell my friends. Talking about looking fabulous to work.
I returned a purchase to Saks and received an email that it was received by August 6. When I called after two weeks I was told that I would not receive my money for 30 days. A new policy that wasn't on their website. Unbelievable and unconscionable!
I purchased online on 29th September 2022, When I placed my order online, I have checked the option to request for signature in delivering my package as a proof of delivery. Their carrier is CDL, it is also not reliable. In their tracking information, the status is delivered on 1 October 2022. I have requested to provide a proof that it has been delivered to my shipping address, but they cant provide it. I almost filed a claim for a refund. Luckily, my package actually arrived after 10 days.

If you are still buying from this store, please instruct them to ask for signature and ask to provide proof that your package has actually delivered to the correct address.
Saks Fifth is terrible. They use random shipping companies, and I've had a product not arrive. They told me that after 10 days, they can write me a ticket and resolve my issue. After calling them again, they told me they can't refund me, despite my product not arriving. I was on hold for 30 minutes, and they also proceeded to hang up on me. Absolutely unreliable.

I used a foreign country credit card to pay for my products. At the beginning, they emailed me and said they need more info and I have to call their customer service. I called and they literally verified everything I filled up, it took forever and they even asked me about the specific info about my bank. They didn't tell me they would cancel my order in the phone they just said that was all they need which is abundant amount of information. Later I checked on the website they just canceled my order directly without at least letting me know through email and they changed my billing address in that order which was originally correct. The customer service woman was also kind of inpatient and rude. For a company like saks it was such a horrible experience for me. I will never shop there anymore. At the end I got my product from bergdorf Goodman and I will even get my package three days before saks' promised.
So, trying to order from Saks website is a nightmare. I made 4 separate attempts to complete an order and got the same "Error with your card", using 4 different cards all verified by my bank. I called customer service each of the 4 attempts: a very polite individual from the Philippines answered after a 30 - 40 minute average hold time. As polite as the representative was, they were clueless and could not solve any problem. And my attempt to speak with a lead representation was futile. They promised someone would call me back within 48h. That was 5 days ago. I am so glad my life Is not depended on that call back. I cannot understand why Saks would be so reluctant to complete a $560 order. No wonder Niemann Marcus is in bankruptcy. It's this terrible strategy of making purchases difficult and on-shoring your back up plan.
Saks must get a discount for allowing low budget outside carriers to deliver orders customers make online. I've been trying to track down my package for the past week. I finally got somebody on the phone at Tforce this morning but he didn't even know when they'll deliver my package smh. I requested for them to just hold it and I'll come get it but I was told that they don't allow customer pick up. Extremely inconvenient

I had to contact to CEO President of SacksFifthAvenue to complain, because I wasn't given a chance to talk to the manager! Can you imagine how Bad they are?! Please don't put yourself through the gruel of having to purchase an item from Saks online. The store itself is great! The items and the range they have is great. BUT! DONT be trapped. "Overnight shipping" which you supposedly pay extra for may not come for a month. You should hope that you don't need to return it. It takes them over 10 days to send an RMA to you. The customer service acts sorry without a tip = patronising. For a person who does a lot of online shopping, I have not come across a worse online clothing store. Look elsewhere... net a porter, farfetch, browns, matches,... you can get the same things but soooooo much more efficient.
Even if I find what I'm looking for at Saks and I can't find it somewhere else... I still would nt purchase from them

I ordered online a top that was a final sale item. It was damaged. I called customer service online and they told me to go to the store. I went to the store to see if I could swap it out for the exact same top, that was not damaged. The store said that they could not help me with an online order. I called multiple times to online customer service and spoke to multiple people to try and get an approval for a return. They finally agreed and said that Fedex would pick it up the next day. Fedex did not show up. It turns out that the pickup request was never submitted. Another long wait on the phone to follow up. Super frustrating. There is a reason the majority of the reviews are negative. It is really too bad, as I really like their selection of clothes/products.
1st. Order was never delivered. Was told I'd be refunded in April. Come July I receive. Gift card instead.
2. Ok. Try to make the beat out of missing out on my refund. Use the gift card. Received the wrong item. Contacted saks and the agent kept ending the chat. Sent 2 emails and no response. Finally after almost 2.5 weeks I try to reach out again. Send proof that I received yhe wrong item. Yet 14 days to see if I qualify for a refund. Huh? Even with proof? I work as a customer service agent. I have no clue how they are in business. Agents suck. Company just send anything. And no refund. Never on my life shopping here again. Plus aren't companies getting sued because it's illegal to refund on store credit and not give the option for a refund to the original form of payment.

Ordered items for Christmas well in advance. Was told they were on their way. They weren't. Tried to return them (as I'd bought elsewhere just in case, fortunately), and they wouldn't return. Was on hold with customer service for over an hour. They refused to return the item, but wanted to give me a gift card worth less than the item! Customer service doesn't get any worse than this. My family and I will never, ever shop at Saks Fifth Avenue again.
I placed an order and asked for a refund. Instead they sent me a gift card. I called and asked that I wanted the refund in the original payment method, and until now I have not received it. It has been over one month and a half. Just spent more than two hours with them on the phone and they said that yes they owe me the refund but that it will take another 7 days to analyze the case and then another 14 business days for me to receive my refund. In summary, it will take around 3 months for me to get my money back. This is absurd. Do not buy there!
They have the worst customer service. Long waits to connect to guest services, once connected, their system is down. Not worth the trouble, they have lost me as a customer. It took them 2 months to provide me with a refund.

I purchased a dress on their site June 23rd hoping to wear it to an event 3 weeks later. The dress was still not here 1 week before. I called and they told me the dress is taking longer as it is coming from one of their stores. I continued to wait. Over a month later it still had not arrived. I called and was told my order was cancelled as it was not in stock. No one bothered to contact me. I have ordered from Saks before and the amount of time it takes for delivery is ridiculous! I can get clothing from the UK in 2-3 days. I would never order anything from here again.
I received 2 promotional gift cards that expire tomorrow. The numbers on the gift card are not recognized as valid numbers and the customer service numbers on the back of the cards are disconnected. The Worth Ave extension to help me locally does not answer. I am never falling for spending for a gift card again at Saks. Ripoff.

I, usually, purchase from Saks Off Fifth online. For the last month their online post, which arrives daily, cannot go beyond Page 5, while there may be 10 or 20 or more pages. I called Customer Service last week,, and the gentleman I spoke to told that he'd call me back at 2:15PM. Im stil waiting for that call. The online problem remains.
Today, I attempted to place an order for two items on this site. When it came time to put in my password, it was rejected twice; the same password that Ive been using for the last year. The customer service guy took the order over the phone, but, I see me and Saks Fifth parting ways because I refuse to change my password. If it was good for the past year, its still good, in my book.

I ordered with saks and they sent me the wrong item, my item was $295 dollars and they sent the complete wrong item. I called them they told me it was nothing they could do except issue a refund in which case i had to go to fed ex mail off the incorrect item back to them then wait for them to receive it then wait up to another 10 days for them to issue a refund. As i waited for a mistake that was made on THEIR part, the item that i originally ordered sold out in my size and they have nothing to say except this is their return policy.
They sent me the wrong shoes. I called them and they made me pay for another pair before they would send them out. I needed them asap for my wedding, so I paid the for 2 day shipping. I still not have received my shoes and it says still in possessing. I called and asked what was going on and got no answers and they won't refund me. So now I'm out 2,000 and I have to go find shoes for my wedding some where else.

Placed an order for wrong size. Contacted customer service within 15 minutes. Was told it has been 20 minutes and they can't change my order. I stated this was ridiculous and was told I was ridiculous because I ordered the wrong size. Never will buy from Saks again.
I had been a Saks customer for years and then had issues with my account being hacked. I called them but they didn't really care so I cancelled my Saks store credit card bc I was afraid whoever hacked my account would use my card. About three months ago, I decided to try ordering from Saks again (only paying with a regular visa, not Saks) and had no real issue with my first orders. Just placed an order for 2 tee shirts this afternoon for $x and was charged *5 times* in an hour for the one transaction: twice for $x, twice for a different $amount and once for another different $ amount. I called Saks and got some flunky customer service agent who after I explained the above asked me if I'd placed an order with Saks (eye roll) and then after I confirmed I did, said I had to call my credit card company - in other words, he could care less that I and ultimately, Saks, was getting ripped off. I ended up calling my card company and they cancelled the 4 charges I didn't make but I will now not have use of my card for a few days, and also Saks is probably busy sending out merch to some thief that charged my card but now Saks will be holding the bag. No wonder they are going bankrupt. They are probably getting stolen from daily and they don't seem to even care.

Ordered a bag from Saks, when the bag arrived it smelled strongly of smoke and had visible damage. Saks agreed to provide a full refund, sent back bag and they deducted $10 for shipping (after promising not too) had to call to get that fixed, they sent a replacement - they sent the wrong item. Each time they cannot do a replacement and require to refund (which takes 14 days) and then place a new order which takes another 14 days to ship (and they try and charge you shipping fees each time).

I order some versace sunglasses for my mother for mother's day. The same day it said my order shipped and a label was created. A week later I track my package and it still says shipping label created only. 2 weeks later (AFTER mothers day) still says shipping label created. Customer service says it's probably lost in the mail and to get refund. They approve me to get a refund and says it will take 10 business days. It has been 12 days and still no refund. Customer service says to call my bank. I do and my bank says I should have received the refund by this time in my account. So as of today, I still don't have what I ordered and still don't have a refund. A month later! Smh and 50% of their customer service sucks. Going to have to dispute the charges with my bank

The customer service tried but it would not get through. I then requested to talk to a supervisorafter 15 minutes waiting. He blamed the saks credit card service for not going through. With my request, he brought the saks credit customer service on line to have 3 ways communication. They told us there's nothing to prevent me using my credit card! The supervisor couldn't help the issue and insisted that the best thing is to cancel the transaction. He also promised the 3 items will go back to stock in 20 minutes if I keep checking the availability of the items! That was a lie from the supervisor! I called back in the afternoon to let them know that there was no cancellation. The customer service kept me waiting for 50 minutes! I gave up and hang up! Saks.com should be ashamed of themselves by mishandling everything!
