Just ordered a ladies velvet jacket that was valued at 588.00 on sale for 145.00 Iam so happy right now, not only arrived on promised date the fit is perfect and looks amazing on me. Will definitely buy again and tell my friends. Talking about looking fabulous to work.
I returned a purchase to Saks and received an email that it was received by August 6. When I called after two weeks I was told that I would not receive my money for 30 days. A new policy that wasn't on their website. Unbelievable and unconscionable!
They will not let you know what company they use to ship and proper tracking information if something is misdelivered they will not refund! So to be safe DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE!
Tip for consumers:
I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!

Everytime I ordered from here I always have to deal with customer service. Very rude and they just hung up on you. Will not buy anything again.
Saks sends out emails advertising 25 % off only include a "excluded list" of every designer Saks sales. The codes are useless.
Hello, I am a customer who made a VERY expensive order on 2. 11. 15. I went onto your website and ordered a mens prada wallet for an anniversary gift and I paid $32 extra to have next day delivery. However, when I received my confirmation email and shipping and tracking ifno it stated that my expected delivery date was Monday 2. 15. 16. Confused I went onto the chat services where I spoke with " JAQEULINE THOMPSON". She went on the tell me how WRONG I was and that I ordered too late in the day therefore that's why my order could not be delivered by the date I needed it by 2. 12. 16. She then spoke to her manager which essentially told me the same thing, I ordered too late. When I went onto the website there were 3-4 options on shipping- right next to the shipping option and ridiculous price it stated the date in which it would be delivered. I chose "next business day $32 (expected delivery 2. 12. 16). I am honestly DISGUSTED in the service I received and the way that I was spoken to by he chat associate. I will NEVER be shopping from here again, not that you care. I work for a very large corporation and we would NEVER in a million years talk to treat or convince our customers they are wrong. Im sure this email will be laughed at and go un noticed but im sure if something similar happened to you, it wouldn't be taken lightly. So now for my 3 year anniversary I will not have my special gift, thank you so much for ruining my special day and you are welcome for the almost $40 extra that I provided.

Other than delivery time since its ship from US, products received were authentic and in good quality and packaging.
I returned 4 items (2 of which arrived badly damaged, unbelievably) One was a Burberry turtleneck with zipper torn out past bottom n zipper pull missing. Only 3 of 4 items were credited back to me. The Burberry turtleneck was not credited. I called sacks 2 minutes after 3 return credit emails came in n told them there was a 4th item in box, with all the receipts and a big note stating "4 Items in Box"- I'd taken a picture of the note and shipping label. BECAUSE THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE! LETS GET RIGHT ON THIS! I implored, we can source that return in real time while it's happening! The lack luster response was "We'll put in a warehouse search it takes about a week. I was very insistent that this was not good enough, they "expedited a 3 day search" I called the next day for update n no-one had initiated any search at all. This went on n on, Incredibly rude supervisors, inordinate times on hold, and then someone nice put in a claim which the next day was refused. After "careful consideration" I will not be getting my money refunded. So maddening! So now I dispute their refusal to credit me. And dispute w credit card. HORRIBLE, rude non existent customer service. And a THEIF, in my opinion, or at best incompetency at every level goes unchecked. I will be writing to corporate office, CEO etc. etc. To continue this fight. BTW the other damaged item had the neckline torn away from the body of the dress in front, clearly visible. Further proof of warehouse negligence and slop. Shop with Niemans, Net-a Porter, Moda!
Don't buy Dior online from them. They will not ship the item out and NOT refund you either. Go to Dior directly, SAKS will steak your money
I spent hours shopping, placing many items in basket, checked out using my Saks cc, and waited in anticipation to receive my order. SAKS CANCELLED MY ORDER! I called immediately and was told that it is merely a security check and the call center would let them know and they will contact me. Needless to say, I did not hear from Saks. I called again, receiving the same message and sent TWO emails over a 48 hour or so time frame. Each time I requested they reinstate my order. After each time I received a "thank you" with a message that I will be contacted w/in 24 hours. So, after shopping for hours, calling 2 times, and emailing 2 times, all over about 4 or 5 days, I HAVE NOT YET HEARD FROM SAKS, and NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! There are so many companies that NEED our business, now more than ever. SAKS DOES CARE ABOUT ME AS A CUSTOMER, and based on their action, or more importantly, their lack of action, does not need or want my business. Please know that while I do not want to disclose personal information, it would have taken 2 seconds for Saks to verify that I was indeed the customer that placed the order. I don't recall ever writing a BAD REVIEW, but do NOT WANT ANYONE TO GO THRU WHAT I DID.
I will never order anything from her the service is horrible I never received my items and it's taking too long to get my money back

If I can give negative stars, I would. I ordered a jacket on 12/5 and I was notified it was delivered on 12/11. I didn't get the delivery and notified Saks right away on 12/13. The item was not in stock anymore so I wasn't able to get an a replacement. Instead, I was told that an investigation was started and that an refund will be issued 7-10 days after the investigation was complete in about 2 weeks. I forgot that it was going to take so long and called Saks again on 1 2/21 asking about the refund which they told me would be issued in 7-10 days. Come January, I still haven't received my refund. I called 1/18 and asked about and was told that my claim was denied and that I wouldn't be getting a refund for the jacket that they didn't deliver!
I'm so confused. This is supposed to be a luxury department store? What part about is luxury other than selling luxury goods? They treat their customers like incompetent liars. Furthermore, all their customer service needs to do is file a claim with Fedex and they will get their money back (and return my money) but they are refusing to do this step. The recipient, can't make the claim without their authorization to do so it's extremely frustrating and very ridiculous. NO OTHER PLACE MAKES THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS DO THIS! You can also see from previous reviews that this is a pattern. Saks doesn't fulfil the shipment/delivery and instead steals customers money. BUY AND SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will now make sure no one around me ever shops at SAKS again!
Tip for consumers:
dont buy from here. never arrives snd you won't get your money back
I bought a pair of designer boots from Saks. At the time I also purchsed a pair of leather pants. This gave me a gift card, which I used to buy two sweaters.Due to the sizing issues with a French designer the boots were too small. They were returned. Saks subtracted the gift card from the return. I received all items and chose to return all of them as the quality was not there. I sent the items back expedited shipping at my cost! Took photos of all items in the box, stapled all documents together to show which were returned and the reference of two order numbers on the ship label.Have the name of the person who accepted my return. When the items were refunded they said the leather pants in the garment bag were not there. This is an issue I read many times in reviews now that it happened to me. I have called 9 times each time will be at least one hour long to make customers give up! I was issued 5 gift cards to make up this error and each one was approved by a supervisor then some mysterious department would email that it was declined! Finally, I had completed what I thought was my refund nightmare when I went to the Boca store to make a purchase the largest of the cards was declined and I was told it was shut off! This is ricidulous! My card good for the money I was due as a refund was shut off? During this issue I was advised to open an account to provide me a discount to help make my first purchase with my refund gift cards a better deal. Well, the new boots I purchased needed to be put on my Discover card as their system approved but could not authorize a first day purchase for a few weeks. REALLY? Every store does this in a few minutes of time. I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Saks does not realize their are other retailers who do not cheat their customers! NEVER buy from them! Had to give one star per this site please know I really give NO stars to Saks 5th Ave!
I am a 49 yo nurse who works nights and I am a longtime customer of Saks. I have bought and returned many things over the years, so this entire ordeal came as a complete shock to me...Going forward, I returned a clothing order valuing $336.00 to Saks.com using the FedEx shipping label Saks.com provided me with through their return link. I gave the return package to a FedEx driver Monday, July 31st. It was August 5th that I finally reached out to Saks.com, when I never got a refund and saw that there seemed to be a problem using the FedEx tracking numbers from the label Saks issued me. Several of the Saks agents I have since spoken with, contacted FedEx where they were informed that the label & tracking numbers were invalid. Each Saks agent assured me the package was insured and a refund was on its way. It's now been several weeks without them issuing me a refund and this morning I received a generic form letter from Saks.com that my refund was "not approved." I have emails of proof, that I was promised "in writing" a full refund from a Saks agent, as well as an email between a Saks agent and FedEx, where it is clearly stated that the label itself was "invalid." This has cost me a great deal of time & energy, as every Saks.com agent I have spoken with has assured me that the package would be written off as "lost" and that I would be issued a full refund within 15 business days... only to have a generic "Saks does not approve your return" email sent to me at 4am this morning. Saks now says it's FedEx's fault for not scanning the package, while FedEx says it's Saks's fault for issuing me an "invalid" label, both leaving me (the customer) paying the $336 cost for lost item. From a customer standpoint, I have wasted countless hours trying to resolve this with Saks & FedEx agents. This is an absolutely horrid way to treat customers. Nordstrom carries many of the same brands / items and I'll be shopping with them from now on.
I have ordered from this site to be shipped to Australia. I have had no problems and found the shipping rates very reasonable.
I purchased over twenty five thousand In jewelry they haven't delivered can't get anyone on the phone
Placed an order. It never arrived. Will not refund my payment. Non existent customer service.
Don't even think about shopping Saks!

I recently purchased a pair of Valentino boots for $1853. 44 CAD from Saks. I attempted to make this purchase online on the Saks Canada website on three separate occasions but the website would not let me check out due to a "technical error".
The first time I was told that the currency settings on my computer were wrong and that is why I couldn't check out. This was incorrect, all my settings were configured properly, I had the CS agent walk me though it step my step. Out of frustration I decided end their conversation with their customer service and purchase the boots elsewhere. Sadly, but couldn't find them so I sadly returned to the Saks website two days later to make the purchase.
I received the same technical error upon checkout. I tried on my mobile, on a different computer and in a different browser and it still didn't work. I contacted customer service and they told me they were having server issues and to try again in an hour.
A few hours later I tried again only to get the same error. The customer service agent told me to try on a different browser, after explaining how many different ways I tried to make this purchase she finally agreed to complete my check out.
When I asked if they would wave the $25 dollar express shipping fee as a sign of good will for all my trouble they refused. On a nearly $2000 item Saks was not willing to give me free express shipping even though it took multiple conversations with their CS team and unnecessary time out of my schedule to make a purchase because their own technical issues. Worse yet, no one seemed to care how complicated this process was and it appears as though they aren't taking any steps to fix it in a reasonable amount of time.
This is not the luxury experience, this is not customer service and this is not what I would expect from Saks.
I ordered 2 pair of boots. One was delivered and I waited at home all day on 9/25 to receive the other pair. I got a notice via email that the package had been delivered even though you have to buzz my apartment in NYC to get into my lobby. The notice from their delivery company called T-Force (not listed as one of their shipping vendors on the Saks site FYI) said it was delivered to the door man and there was a picture of a generic brown box but the address label was blurred. I don't have a door man so I went downstairs to the lobby and the package wasn't there. I notified the T-Force immediately and they said they would look into it. I made the mistake of saying I don't have a doorman so when I looked at the tracking info again it no longer said delivered to door man it said delivered to the lobby and there was no longer a picture of the box, it's just a black square. Saks will not let you file a claim until 7 days after it's missing so I waited the appropriate amount of days and then filed the claim that I never received the boots. SHOCKER - they denied my claim and said they would not issue a refund or replace the boots. I called and opened a case with customer service so they would contact T-Force (a shipping service I've NEVER even heard of) and SHOCKER #2, I called back after waiting the 48 hours they said they needed and was denied again. Now I have paid $134 for a pair of boots that I never received and have zero recourse. To me - that is fraud, to them, that is clearly just business as usual and profit over service and delivery of goods to their customers. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge, but have no desire to file a case since I know I will spend more than the cost of the boots to do so. My satisfaction will come from never spending another dime with them and knowing that Karma will eventually catch up with their shady policies. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Buyer beware!
Tip for consumers:
The worst customer service experience I have ever received. I am not a complainer, nor was I ever nasty or unkind to any of the customer service representatives that tried to help with my case. I feel terrible for them that they work for such an unethical company, but its not their fault that they were unable to resolve my case. Again, I depend on karma and other customer experiences to eventually show how fraudulent they are being toward their customers who paid for items they never received.

I only received 1 of 2 pair of boots I ordered. SAKs has denied me a refund or a replacement for the boots I didn't receive.
I used to enjoy shopping at Saks but now their customer service (in store and on website) and technology are abysmal. I placed an expensive (to me, at least) website order five days ago. Tracking from the order confirmation email shows a label was created but not shipped and says the the item will be shipped WHEN IT IS AVAILABLE even though it showed as in stock when I ordered it. I clicked a customer service link on the order confirmation email that led to a web page that says ACCESS DENIED. So I went directly to the Saks website and looked up the order status and it had NO RECORD OF THE ORDER. I contacted customer service via chat and I was told that the order shipped and I have to wait 10 DAYS if I have not received the order to REQUEST A REFUND. The representative could not address why tracking show that is hasnt shipped at all, that they dont have the product in stock, and their website has no record of the order. If you want to tie up funds by ordering from Saks and risk an uncertain outcome go ahead and shop there but I dont plan to in the future. (I tried uploading some screenshots to support this review but received a message that the images need 300x300 pixels. I dont know how to correct that, sorry)
Tip for consumers:
Dont trust that items are in stock even though you have paid for them. Dont trust that you will get an honest answer about the status of an order; you may get several very different answers about the order status. You may have to wait quite a while to request a refund even when the error is theirs.
