Just ordered a ladies velvet jacket that was valued at 588.00 on sale for 145.00 Iam so happy right now, not only arrived on promised date the fit is perfect and looks amazing on me. Will definitely buy again and tell my friends. Talking about looking fabulous to work.
I returned a purchase to Saks and received an email that it was received by August 6. When I called after two weeks I was told that I would not receive my money for 30 days. A new policy that wasn't on their website. Unbelievable and unconscionable!
I purchased an item at Saks online. The item was undeliverable and rerouted back to sender with in a week. I called to check on the item. I was told from the first call the item was received and I could expect a refund in 14 days. Fast forward 2 months and countless phone calls and I'm still receiving the same story.
They offered nothing to me except more false hope regarding a refund and a corporate email.
I returned my items later than 30 days policy store is listing. Due to COVID I was unable to return my items on time. I was only 15 days late but my return was not accepted and mailed back to me. I will never ever buy from them anymore. Very disappointed that such expensive store has so poor return policy
Don't order online from this company. You will not get what you think you're getting. I ordered a $300 watch band and it arrived in a mangled box which mangled the contets in the package. It was poorly packaged. The band itself was enclosed in a plain white box that looked like it came from China Town. I wanted to gift it in a nice package that had the Saks logo. I called customer service who offered to overnight a new one but could not guarantee what condition the box would be in, could not provide me with a gift bag or box that said Saks, and no refund of my $15 shipping cost. I could bet this was delivered from Somewhere Not in the U.S. They had no explanation as to why they couldn't send it with something that showed the gift was bought from Saks! I would have bought it for half the price on eBay but can't because now it's 4 days until Christmas and I'm scrambling for a gift.
I placed an order on 7/10/2017 for Juliska dishes. They were on sale at an incredible price so of course I bought. I myself have ordered (from manufacture to store) and sold JULISKA at a different retailer and am quite familiar with the brand. Two days later Saks cancelled my order saying that it was no longer available. But, I looked through their regular price items and there my items were, ready for sale. When I called Saks to complain at first I was told if I ordered it at regular price they would refund me the difference (ridiculous). So I did that and called back and was told that the item numbers were different (although exactly the same product). This is the shadiest dealing in retail I have ever seen. Clearly somebody sckrewed up by putting this on sale and Saks doesn't want to honor sales made under the error. Instead they change the item number and tell you too bad. I am a familiar face at the store down the street. No more.
I recently moved to Sarasota Fl and shopped at the new Saks store at University Towne Center. I was shopping. In Eileen Fisher dept. I opened a Saks First charge account spent $1000 and asked to receive emails from Saks I have never been contacted. I went again spent another $600 in Eileen Fisher explained the situation about not receiving emails she said it would be taken care of. I also wanted to be contacted when new merchandise arrived... nothing. I am shocked When I shopped at Neiman Marcus I always got a call when new merchandise from Eileen Fisher was in I also get emails even now and I am 2000 miles away. I moved to Florida just over a year ago and I my original purchase was probably nine months ago
Received a Damage Clutch and now being accused of it
Every year my husband has an annual company trip in January. I purchase a plethora of items online from various retailers and return everything I end up not using. Long story short, I purchase a clutch from Saks on 1/17 and it gets delivered on 1/19. However there is a huge stain on the inside of the purse! So I go online that night and immediately put in a return request and select the product is damaged reason. We have to leave for my husband company trip on 1/21. Since I have so many other errands to do before we leave I decide I'll return it when we get back on 1/25. On Feb 12 I get a refund for heels I returned with the clutch. Which immediately I think is odd since the clutch was returned in the same box as the heels. I contact customer service online to inquire abs the say it's still processing so give it the full 14 days. After 14 days I contact customer service again online to inquire about the return and they say it's still being processed and to wait the full 21 days! It was first 14 days now it was 21. Before the 21st day I get a package in the mail it the damaged clutch and letter in the box saying they could not accept my return! I am upset at this point so I call Saks to explain I did not damage the cloth and ask them why they didn't do any due diligence before accusing me of damaging the clutch that I received damaged in the first place. I was frustrated and upset being accused for something I didn't do. I asked them to track who purchased the item before me because they failed to inspect the item before sending it out me. I went through my emails to explain the date sequence of when I received the product to when I went immediately after I received the product to request the return because I noticed it it was damaged right away.
My frustrations stem from the fact that Saks never reached out to me once to investigate and do their due diligence before making the determination that I was the reason for the damaged product. I reached out multiple times and kept being told to follow up on another date. And the sheer fact that I am being accused of damaging a $400 clutch that was sent to me damaged in the first place is appalling!
I purchased several items online. One item I returned the same day I received it. The have received it but didn't issue refund. I used chat feature but customer rep dropped the chat without resolving the issue. Then I called and my call was dropped in the middle of conversation. I called back and finally was able to talk to a rep who promised me that refund will be issued by a certain date. No refund has been issued. They basically stole my money. I filed a complaint with BBB but not sure what good will that do.
I received the wrong order from saks. I returned the item with the label they provided and Saks refuses to issue a refund because I didn't snap a picture of the tracking number… that they provided. They said it was my fault even though they sent me the incorrect item and I returned it back to them. I'm on the hook for $300 for an item I never received. Customer service was so rude too. My neighbor received a dress that was worn with makeup stains and they wouldn't accept her return either. Do yourself a favor and shop at Neimans or Bloomingdale's as they seem to have the same items, will match prices and service is wonderful. I will never shop at Saks again!
I received a creed product on Oct 23,2020. It is a used one inside a super dirty box with manufacture date in 2014. I contacted Saks immediately to get free exchange for a new and fresh product. After long waiting time and four times to send all the required photes, I finally got an resolution email from someone named Keyshell Peter saying they can only offer me 10% off and claimed that I did not start a return and "the number shown below is the lot number of the product, these perfumes do not have an expiration date. The lot number, is a number that manufacturer puts on the products to be able to identify their products and track their movements". WTF! I will your business will be closed forever!
I recently order a pair of prada monolith combat boots. I was so excited when my size was available since everywhere else is sold out. I placed my order and it was delivered within a week. When i took them out of the box they were scratched. They had creases. They were ripped and the soles showed signs of used. The box was falling apart it had stains. In the inside the shoe bags were cover with cat or dog hair and crumbs. The big pouch was missing. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! THE REVIEWS ARE NOT FAKE! The boots were advertised as brand new not used or returned. Im so disappointed.
I ordered a 500 dollar small Versace purse. The package I recieved was sealed yet there was no purse inside. The package inside looked tampered with. The cloth pouch inside and the box was wrinkled, stained and busted. Not a luxury experience. Someone in the warehouse packing or a delivery driver there is a thief, they pocketed it since it was small. Saks customer service completely ignored me after one apology which looked like it came from Google translate. I had to contact Paypal and they forcibly refunded me. Do not order from Saks, order directly from the manufacter or get it in store. Something is not right with this website and warehouse. I have heard of others online who had their orders tampered with or stolen too.
It is sad to say that Saks has a reputation for not delivering products and not providing a refund. I ordered something and never recieved it. Their delivery service claimed it was delivered and Saks and Maergo both refused to provide me with a refund for a product I never got.
I placed an order for holiday gift. The order went through successfully. But 2 weeks later we never received the order. Logged back in, the order was there, saying expected shipment more than a week ago. Called customer service, it wasn't helpful. And no email what so ever on the confirmation of the order, or on my complaint. Later I logged on again, the order was canceled! Without even sending me an email about it! THE WORSE! THIS WEBSITE SHOULD NOT BE LIVE! The site is completely deceiving!
How do you order a pair of pants that processes for 12 days with countless calls to customer service only to be promised they'll arrive then being told YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED BECAUSE THE ITEM IS SOLD OUT? These clowns are the worst. Walmart of high end retail.
Better off ordering from Nordstrom.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t order from them. I should’ve just ordered from Nordstrom who sent my jacket out and arrived in 5 days.

I purchased a pair of Prada combat boots for my wife which was defective. I returned the item over two weeks and today I get an email stating they will not return my refund. Now they have the boots and $2100 of my money and I'm fighting to get my money back. The website and phone number they provide goes to nowhere and they know this! Iif you read the reviews on their website others have the same problem.
Tip for consumers:
They make you think you are a valued customer until you actually need them. I have spent well over $10,000.00 in 3 months and when I needed them they did not show up at all

I was so excited when I found out Saks now ship to Canada. I saw my dream bag on sale on the Saks website and placed an order immediately. I received an email confirming my order but after a week or so nothing came. So I called their customer service to check on my order and they simply told me my order got cancelled because the item was sold out. This is ridiculous - they cancel an order without even notifying the customer! Other people at least received an email telling them their order got cancelled but in my case I didn't even receive a cancellation notification. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!
Attempted to purchase a pair of Brunello pants as a gift for instore pick up. I live in Manhattan. Confirmed the item number, size and that the item was in store. Was advised to not purchase for pick up and instead go to the store and buy in person. Left work early, $20 ride up to Saks flagship on 5th Ave to discover in fact they did not have the item, or any of the pants in any size on the floor. Luxury! Saks, you lost a customer.
Took over 2 months for a price adjustment which I have call in over 10 times to follow up. Got hang up on so many times, and yet still not gotten my refund. Horrible!
I ordered 2 coats from Saks Off 5th but for some reason each coat was sent through two separate shipping companies. The first coat was supposedly signed for and delivered by FedEx, but I never signed for or received anything. The second coat came through a local regional shipper which I received just fine. So I called fedex to ask what happened to my package but their investigation came up with nothing and they advised me to contact Saks Off 5th. I contacted SOF and they told me they would investigate the matter but it would take 2 weeks for an investigation and a refund if I'm eligible. Well after the 2 weeks, I received an email saying my package was delivered so they couldn't do anything for me. WHAT! So I paid for a coat that some FedEx worker lied about getting a signature for and stole! I don't think so! So I filed a chargeback with my credit card company and they are currently working on it - save yourself the hassle and just stay away from this company! Their CS is located in the Philippines good luck trying to explain your issue to someone over there.
I purchased a pair of Dolce & Gabbana shoes on line from Saks 5th Avenue. My wife removed one shoe from the box and decided she didn't like the style. She never tried them on and did not remove any of the wrapping and I promptly returned them the next day. Out of the blue, with no communication, they bounced back to me with a note inside stating "inspection has deemed this item is not in saleable condition; it has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. No defect found." None of this is accurate. It was not worn washed damaged or altered! We barely touched one shoe to look at it. I immediately called the 877 # to try to remedy the situation. The agent was actually very nice instructing me to email him pictures of the shoes. I did this while on hold and he looked at the pictures and agreed the shoes looked fine. He said he would email me a return label but ran into a roadblock saying there was nothing he could do. I politely asked to speak with a supervisor. He eventually came back saying he was going to have FedEx pick them up from my address. So, I finally got this resolved but the hassle and accusation were definitely not worth it. I can honestly say I will never shop Saks again, does anyone blame me?

I made a preorder for an item that said it would be shipped no later than Feb 17. A week after the 17th i use their chat option to follow up on my order only to be told that was an estimated date. I ask when the new estimated date is and they would not answer me. Gave me the run around about order fulfillments. I asked if i was supposed to wait indefinitely for an updated date and they said yes. Awful business practice. When i asked them to cancel my order they said i needed to provide them a reason to see if i was eligible for order cancellation. HA! I told them cancel my order immediately and they finally did. I will not order from them again
I returned two expensive evening gowns as I struggled to find a mother-of-the-groom dress that fit. I deeply appreciate their easy return process! Thank you Saks!

Poor service, and Saks seems to have very little clue about what they carry. I recently ordered a Longchamp Le Pliage Cuir bag in camel. This is the leather version of the infamous Le Pliage series - the foldable tote. I'd had other Longchamp leather (structured) bags as well as the fabric version of Le Pliage in different sizes. The leather quality of the bag sent by Saks was fine, except on the back side, the outer (leather) layer was adhered to the lining in a wrinkled manner. When I unfolded/spread it, the surface was bumpy & couldn't be flattened/smoothed. Perhaps I will come back my favourite shop: fsession.com again" lol. No risk again.
I have had enough of Saks's customer service when orders are incorrect as you are dealing with an overseas call center with people who are so inadequate, so inconsistent and just completely get an F grade. I purchased from Saks very expensive items in particular a Michael Aram 2 piece gold bowl set. GUESS WHAT? False advertising and you will see directly on their posting it is marketed as a 2 piece Michael Aram dandelion bowl set...what a scam. I received one bowl and i spent 3 days dealing with inconsistent stupidity from their customer support so I wrote the CEO, Chief Customer Support Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Saks who have not responded for misleading and presenting a false item.
Stay away from any online shopping with Saks and as I read all these negative reviews, I am not at all surprised to see how poorly people think of SAKS
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy this or anything online from Saks as who wants to deal with completely horrifying customer service .Go to Neiman's or other high end stores that you do not get ripped off intentionally

A Michael Aram 2 piece dandelion bowl set. Only one arrived and 3days!!!! trying to get the remaining bowl that is missing. They are false advertising this as a 2 piece set and I will not stand for anymore customer service insanity and false advertising from Saks...enough!
I purchased a blazer. It was on sale at 70%, which was significant on a $2k blazer. It was advertised on their site, I took a photograph. The sales code would not work and customer service claimed that they could not correct the issue until after I purchased the item through a price adjustment. Instead of correcting the issue, they canceled my order, stating the item was unavailable! Lies….shortly after, I received a notification through their site that the item was again available for purchase, so I purchased it again, then waited for it to ship, then asked for the adjustment. At that point, they claimed that the price could not be honored, as the item was no longer on sale. They have false advertisements and their customer service is terrible and lacks integrity. I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company. EVER! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM…They have the worst policies and service ever!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They do not honor their pricing and falsely advertise!
