Didn't receive two jackets that I bought at different times and they were sent on different dates. They blame Fedex as if they lost two jackets that were sent on completely different days. The FedEx label has been created, not even sent yet, and where did they get lost? And they also say that they will refund me in 3-7 days if they approve 😃 This is crazy 🤦 Does this mean that I may not get my money if they decide so? Don't joke with me like that guys, there are authorities higher than you, who will gladly take this case against you 😉
If there was 0 star possibility - they are 0. The worst customer service (especially Sadik S and his supervisor Peter). Paid money, ordered suede shoes, received fake leather in a destroyed box - quality is like Temu $2.99 shoes. Wanted these shoes before Thanksgiving. The solution from the customer service was to pay for the return, get the refund within 30 days and order new ones. By that time, suede shoes I wanted were not available anymore. Peter (supervisor) was extremely rude.
Paid for expedited shipping and item was not received when it was supposed to be. Language barrier w/ customer service who refused to refund the shipping even though the carriers website showed which day the item was coming which was 2 days after it was supposed to. Finally refunded the expedited shipping. Still waiting for the return that I sent back to be refunded that was received by them 2 wks ago. They charge $9.95 restocking fee. Even the manufacturer does not do any of that. Worst part is, their website said that the wool sweater could be machine washed and that ruined it. Washed in cold water, inside out and that messed it up. Washed it again because I wore it and hoping that would help the bleed, messed it up even more. After the fact, read the Versace site which says to refer to the care label on the item. There is not a care label on the sweater, only an authenticity tag. I may try to see if Versace can remedy the issue with the actual sweater but if not and I don't get my money back for the returned sweater soon, I will file with the BBB (against SOF)
I ordered a dress from them and returned it. A month later i still had not gotten a refund. When I called them, they said they had received my package, as the return shipping tracking indicated, but the dress was somehow not scanned after the package was opened at the warehouse and because it could not be located afterwards, they could not give me a refund. How crazy! What happens inside their warehouse is not my fault! I called customer service 3 times about this over 2 weeks and still could not get a resolution. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card.
Since I cannot put 0, I put 1. I returned 2 items a month ago and only one was credited back. They keep saying that have to wait for the investigation to be finished which according to the rep is 3 to 10 business days howmaboit a month?
Oh and I forgot to mention that the item was not send to the proper adress originally. Strange since I have been using the same address for the past ten years and never had a delivery issue before.
So sad how Off saks and saks customer services standards, either on line or in the store, have become extremely low. Especially for a company whose merchandise is not cheap in the first place.

I purchased 2 kids' swimsuits and never got them; when I tried to contact them, they told me they were delivered to the locker room, which I don't have. The customer service told me they would investigate within 10 days, but the next day, they sent me an email saying that they refused to refund. The customer service, which is probably in India, refused to give her name and supervisor. This is the worst experience I had.
I ordered four items but only received 3. I contacted Customer Service for an investigation and received a no-refund decision! It infuriated me because it was their packing crew's fault for not including all the items in my order. And now, no refund means that I have to pay for something that I never received. This company is a joke! I used to be a loyal customer of Saks. After this bad experience, I've learned a lesson that cost me $70--I closed my account and any communications with this company. Stay away!
I ordered what I thought was a well made "red" wool baseball cap for my daughter. She received this a terribly mis-shaped "black nylon" cap with a bill that looked like a very sad duck.
When I made my first inquiry as to a return they asked for a picture of the hat received, a copy of the receipt and bar code attached to the hat - I sent all and have not received any further communication.
This review is not about the poor quality nor the wrong item received, it is about POOR customer service.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, but remember to read reviews before you do!
P.S. I gave them 1 star only because I had to, oh yeah, they did take my money and send out "something" in return. :(
As many other people have said, this company will not refund you any return or misplaced packages. The customer service agents are horrible and don't resolve anything. I have been going on 2 months trying to get my money back. WARNING: do not buy from this retailer. It may seem like buying from a big department store might be easier to deal with customer service but WRONG!
I used to order from off saks frequently and never had an issue. But I returned three things two months ago and they only refunded me for 2/3 items. I've been told for two months that I will get a refund and now they are saying they have no record that the item was returned. I have an email stating that all three items were received, plus all three items were in the same damn box. I've wasted two months of my life trying to talk to customer service (5 people told me I am due for a refund and that accounting will get to it) and NOW they say they never received it. I have three voicemails from customer support and each one is talking about someone else's refund issues, not mine. What a joke. I will no longer buy anything from this company.
