My last project was to summarize the lengthy list of literary texts that we had studied during the semester in an essay. The writer did not follow instructions on what was needed for my paper. I had to explain it three times and they still didn't get it so I didn't use the paper they completed - it was useless to me and made no sense. When I tried to get a refund, they would not give me one so I disputed it on my credit card. They emailed me and threatened to publish my personal information online and contact my college/university. DON'T do business with any service that threatens to publish your personal information. They DO NOT protect your privacy and they will threaten you if you don't pay them - regardless if you didn't get what you asked for.
