I've been with SampleSource as a member for the past 8 years. They have multiple samples I can try throughout the year - tailored to what my family is interested in. What a great idea - it has helped me find all kinds of new products I never knew existed before!
I haven't had any sample offerings from Sample Source in two years. I live in the United States. I check their website frequently. It always says Samples coming soon! But, there are no samples. Used to fill out the questionnaire, answer multiple choice questions. Afterward, many months later, I would get a Sample box with all or some of the samples I had ordered. Many times the floor cleaner would be spilled out all over everything in the box. Wish I knew how everyone else is getting samples.
Looks like their success has overwhelmed them, only inviting some users now, total crap shoot even though I've been participating for years

Wrote an email to customer service and was told if it said shipped it would ship and they dont control how long it takes. Meanwhile I never receive any samples. If you can also believe the Manager is the one that replied rudely to me as well. I have the email saved.

Well I have a list of sites I visit daily for freebies and this one is no exception. Every time I visit this site I have to click what country I'm in and sign in. Well after signing in I click on samples and then I get a pop-up that tells me to sign in to get samples. I have never heard from anyone who has actually gotten a sample from this sorry a@@ site.

I was innocently chating with people online, just asking a few questions about the new process and had no idea only a few people were invited to samples. I got a message from SampleSource on Instagram's private message telling me to slow down and that's 6 postings in 10 minutes. I apologized. Even though the sample source reps messages seemed rude no hello there just my name! The way you would scold a young child. Then i asked if they had any extra samples left that they could send me. Key word EXTRA. The samplesource rep was so mean I was actually shocked that i didn't respond back as it looks to me she was trying to scold, bully me and make me feel bad for just asking an innocent question. "Sonia, seriously " is not the way you speak to someone in a professional manner. I am a nice person that's very friendly to others. But to speak down to me like I am less than you instead of saying "thank you for asking but unfortunately we do not" would've been a better answer. I felt disgusted by the response as I did nothing wrong and made to feel bad like as if i stole from others for asking just innocently if they had extra. Sample source please watch how you speak to others and be respectful of everyone regardless.

After I add a ton of personal information and have my order 'confirmed', my order then is 'cancelled' by sample source because of 'multiple orders' and this has happened multiple times. Not once have I ever tried to order more than once or anyone use my devices for their own order, or have someone elses order come to my home. With an email sent all they do is blame me rather than helping and finding out what can be done to stop this from happening again, and tell me to not order again if I'm unhappy with their service. Something seems real 'phishy' offering free samples, taking a bunch of personal information, then not sending the order that has been 'confirmed'.
*Update*
Since posting my original review I have received an email from SampleSource threatening if I were to log in to unsubscribe my email to withdraw my information, as they instructed me to do so in the previous email, I would be 'trespassing' and they would inform the authorities, they also challenged my right to write my honest review of my personal experience stating I'm being 'dishonest'. I emailed back telling them to remove my information from their website if I cannot do it myself only to find they blocked my email.

Sample source is great! I got a whole case of Lipton's iced tea for free! They sent me a coupon and I redeemed it at the store with no issues. The survey I filled out after was short and simple.

I've always loved the seasonal sample source boxes, look forward and prepare every time! This year they changed it and went invite only first, so many weren't included.

This was my first samplesource box. I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I received instant coffee, poptart, cheez it coupon and jiff peanut butter sample. I loved everything expect the poptart and the jiff peanut butter. I feel poptarts are not my thing. I would still give the peanut butter a try once Im done using the one I'm.

I am relatively new to Sample Source. I created a new account because I was not able to gain access to my previous one (only have 2 emails I use but they say I have 4+ accounts on their site which I was not aware of) to get the fall sample kit. I was told it was approved and waiting shipping, but now am told nothing more. I emailed 3 times, and accidentally emailed in the middle of the night (thanks to mommy brain lol) and the reply I got via email was terrible. The person responding was very "I am above you" in saying that I emailed in the middle of the night and again the next day, but they are not going to respond in the middle of the night(insinuating that I expected an email back right away lol). I emailed the night before because I replied to the first response and got not one reply back then again about a week later I sent off another just for some confirmation on things, again - no reply. So when I sent off 2 in a row they responded with a very rude tone and I simply think any company should retrain their CS reps if they respond this way. The person may very well be busy and not have meant how it sounded, but instead of just saying "sorry we are very slow to respond, we are quite busy." Then just answer my questions and say "better luck next time". The company and its samples may very well be wonderful, but this review reflects on the terrible customer service. I also want to add, they say you cannot sign up for multiple sample boxes, nothing about multiple emails and just any extra orders would be cancelled not all. I ordered just 1 sample box with 1 email (thinking I had 2 accounts and 1 unusable) and they cancelled my subscription over it, so be aware if you have 1+ emails registered and are forgetful like me. Pass along with word so others don't lose out unknowingly!
Tip for consumers:
Avoid multiple accounts, and if you create a new one and forget the info for another have them remove the account so they can’t pretend that having many affects your chances! I was under the impression that ordering too many does, but apparently just existing too many times in the database can as well. Good luck to you all!

My dog enjoyed Greenies very much. I feel her teeth are much cleaner. We were using dental chews they didn't last nearly as long.
