I ordered from this site last week even tho I didnt read any good reviews about it :( but I said to myself "its just $20 bucks that i would be losing but I could get lucky" Well, I ordered a pair of feet to my smart tv (base) that I threw away by mistake when moving lol. I order some parts for a washer and pay extra to be delivered in 2 days and it took this 5 days to get here, and wen it got here it wasn't even what I ordered, then I called them they had me waste my time for n other week after calling them 20 times a day made me go returned the items on my own time then it took them n other week to get my money back, it was just a terrible experience. Every single person I call was not helpful, I lost over 300$ and 3 weeks off my life dealing with this company, I talked to the manager and everyone and no one could help me to even get the part I needed, and they told me that they do not have a corporate number to call, like it's Samsung company how trashy can this company be, makes no sense.
Absolutely do not order from this company. I ordered a part from this company and did not receive any confirmation that my order had been shipped. Naturally i thought the payment had not gone through or something else had gone wrong with the order so i placed another and set about contacting the company to check what was going on. 2 hours on the phone no response. It has been another 3 weeks since my second order. Terrible service and a broken company. Can't even find the energy to write this review because this company is not worth your time in the slightest. Don't bother trying to contact or even cancel your orders they will not come.
I am so disappointed on Samsung for parts replacement. I have a year old above stove Microwave, which I buy all Samsung including my phones. We had damaged the face-plate of the stainless steel left corner they had no replacement for the plate so decided to just get a whole new door. My kitchen has been all redone and I didn't want the plate to be damaged and not look good. Well I ordered the door which was $125.39 which I felt was not to bad, but then they hit me with a shipping & handling charge of $135.43! What is that! I can buy a new microwave for that! So so disappointed I thought I was buying top line my total for a new door is $260.82 just RIDICULOUS! Shame on them!
I ordered a part for my fairly new samsung refrigerator and they sent a part that didn't fit. Evidently they don't give you free shipping on returning parts even when it is their mistake. Paying $22 to return something to get my $35 back did not seem worth it, especially since they said it had to be returned in perfect condition to get my money back. I don't trust them to do the right thing and will avoid samsung prducts in the future.
I ordered a replacement base for a TV. They shipped a defective part, missing pieces, not functional. They refused to honor flat rate return postage. Threatened me with restocking charge. One day after they received the part back, they filed a claim with UPS saying "recipient reported damage on delivery". Absolute lie. I shipped it back to them in the same packaging they used to send it to me. No damage. I let UPS know. They have yet to issue credit card refund two months later. Credit card issued refund based on all the documents I sent them.
"Buyer beware! I ordered a Samsung A/S-TCon Board from them for a 46' LCD TV. They sent me a defective one and would not refund my money or send a replacement part. I even emailed them pictures of the defective part and also verified with a local tv repair store. This is a very shady operation and they provide terrible customer service. You're probably better off buying a new tv or having a diagnostic run by your local repair shop for $50 before wasting valuable time and money with samsungparts.com. I spent $175 for a part that is of poor quality. The electronic sodering is terrible among other things. These are refurbished parts. You are taking a big risk if you use them. They also don't return phone calls. I hope this review is read by others before anyone else becomes the next victim of samsungparts.com"
I received my items, but they're not functional. When I tried to return them and clicked "submit" on the return page, it wouldn't let me proceed to the next step. I attempted to contact customer service, but clicking on the chat for customer service yielded no response. Sending emails was the same, with no reply to my messages. I will never purchase any Samsung products again.

Took forever to get through to support. The first time I finally got through, the woman come on and said "sorry I can't hear you" and hung up right away. I heard her fine. Had to dial in second time, again took over 15 min to get through, and they were no help at all.
The second person said she could not find the item I was talking about and she would have to send the info to a research dept. and they would take app 48 hours to get back to me. What a frickin joke. I guess my first guess that I was going to get poor service should have been when the voice recorder sais "to serve you better, please have your model number and credit card information ready". I guess they assume I will need to pay for something no matter what.
I received the wrong part for my Samsung refrigerator door. It took over a month and a half to receive the part. We just got used to flipping the door flapper back with the broken hinge and it was after the 30 day return policy so I was just out of luck. There was no reason why I received the wrong part. They did offer to sell me the correct part for another $6.95 and another $6.95 to ship it. This was probably probably a $2.00 part. I ask for the manager and he told me it was after the 30 day return policy and he couldn't do anything about it. Needless to say, there are other places to buy parts.

They want to charge me over $30 for a 4lb part that is 9x9x9 and I live in the same state they are shipping item from. Plan to file a complaint with my state Attorney General Office to look into their business practices.

They don't answer the phone or respond to online requests for service. If you order from them, you might get your order filled, or you might not. There's no way to know until the goods arrive. If they don't arrive, you will be in limbo forever. I want to cancel my order, but I doubt they'll respond to that either. I will never buy another Samsung product again.
I ordered parts from this company then I found out that everything was on back order and it would be 2 months before I got the parts I contacted them and canceled the order. Two months after that I received the parts and they took the money out of my bank account. They claim that I never contacted them but then after I sent them the proof that I did they issued me a return authorization. With this return authorization they were supposed to send me a return label they did not I contacted them another eight times and they simply refuse to respond to me now. I still have their parts and they still charge me for something I do not need. It has been a headache through the whole ordeal and their customer service is the absolute worst do not order from them you will be disappointed

Long story short ordered remote in July, back order back order back order but kept saying 2 weeks. They billed me finally sept 30th with no email. I called and called and called for 2 weeks asking for info on shipping and finally had a manager say sorry we don't have it but Amazon does. Then tells me they will refund my money … 10 days later I had enough and disputed the charge with my bank that was still never refunded. I will never ever go to that site again and anyone reading this is warned
I see why the rating is what it is, and I haven't even gotten to a point where I can order from them. Don't try using their email for help, it should not be called "*******@samsungparts.com" it should be called "*******@samsungparts.com." If you send them a question, it gets passed around to different people- you get a response from someone new to your email chain every time; and it's clear they are not reading what your email is saying, because every message contradicts the last and shows zero reading comprehension. Customer service experts my absolute arse. Not only is this entity setting their customer service team up for failure with a system that doesn't assign people to requests, but the team doesn't give a flying crap about the emails they receive. I can understand if a company has a weak customer service team, but this company is entirely structured around Customer Service and Parts Research. They seemingly do neither. So maybe they should stop being a company.
Samsung directed me to this site to order a water filter replacement for my fridge. The filter was $45.99 on this site. I found the same filter on Amazon for 12.99. For a set 3! I ordered and installed it works perfectly. It is the same part this site has it marked up over 1000%.
My wife and I bought a Samsung washer and dryer in August of 2019. The washer lid came apart at the seams causing it inoperable. I contacted Samsung parts (J&J International) and ordered the replacement lid in July 2020. The lid was on back order, which I understood with year we are having. I called several times to check on status with reassurance that the part was on the way. I called again on Oct. 15th to find out that my order had been canceled due to the credit card billing address was incorrect and an email was sent. After going thru the process again to reorder, (35 minute) all the information was correct. My new lead time is currently 6-8 weeks. Well I guess, I will continue to meet new people at the laundry mat for another 2 months for a washer that is under 2 years old.
I ordered a remote control for my soundbar last month... The order status is still "New Order". I purchased the item when it was in stock and it is still in stock on the website. You probably won't ever get your product. I just bought one on ebay and called it a day

I ordered some spare parts for my samsung soundbar and waited about a month only for them to say my transaction has been cancelled and they gave the part to the next person in line. They then told me to wait for another back order where I cancelled. I am returning the soundbar and want to return the other parts back to samsung parts in which the website is broekn! Error codes if you try and click anything. This is the last time I am ever buying from them and highly recommend everyone else to avoid them!
Ordered a part for my washer. Woman on the phone had NO IDEA what she was doing! Waiting 8 days for the WRONG PART. The part number did not match and the part came NOWHERE near the mounting brackets! Called and told was the right part? Sent it back ( cost me $18.00) and they refunded the purchase only! I got stuck with the shipping from the purchase. WOULD NOT REFUND! And postage to send back!
It is very difficult to call them. You have to attempt to dial the number about 10 times in a row for the call to go through. I initially ordered on May 29th for 2 parts from them and my card information was taken to process the order but was not processed until 3 weeks after. I called them 2 weeks in to find out the status on my order for the rep to tell me that my order was on backorder which the rep did not tell me initially. They cancelled my order and they placed another order assuring me that the parts were in now and after a week I did not get a shipping confirmation. I called them today and the rep told me that the order is still on backorder. I was done. This place has horrible service and they will never get my business again.
The single worst company in the world. Waiting since Oct 2022 for a defective part to be replaced and they take your money and just lie and keep lying. As of this post no part and more excuses

Placed an order for a replacement USB-to-input adapter (to fit my S8 to a Gear VR headset, since the S7 and S8 have a different USB input/interface). Truly, nothing monumental, and a piece that's readily available elsewhere. Set up an account on their site, found the piece, entered my info, and... then...
Nothing. For, like, weeks.
I'd check the order, almost daily, hoping to get a shipping confirmation. No joy. The order still read as "new order". So, I got proactive, and emailed them an inquiry (silly me: I was hopeful). And I did get a robo-email, saying that they'd gotten my inquiry, and they'd get right back to me.
Ummm, no. Not for days. So, I called the phone number on their site. And, guess what? The phone rang four times, got picked up (Robot? Clerk? Who knows?), and was then promptly hung up. Five times.
I logged back on, cancelled my order, and bought the piece on eBay. At this point, I'd have happily bought from just about anyone else. I will be checking my credit card activity to make sure that the order was, indeed, cancelled.
AVOID THIS PLACE. Seriously, try Amazon, eBay - even your local Samsung repair outlet. It may cost you a little more (or, as in my case, less), but at least you'll get somewhere. These guys are horrible.
P.S. - Those positive reviews... seriously? Who writes this crap for these guys?
