I ordered from this site last week even tho I didnt read any good reviews about it :( but I said to myself "its just $20 bucks that i would be losing but I could get lucky" Well, I ordered a pair of feet to my smart tv (base) that I threw away by mistake when moving lol. I received yesterday and it worked! I am a happy customer. Thank you guys
I order some parts for a washer and pay extra to be delivered in 2 days and it took this 5 days to get here, and wen it got here it wasn't even what I ordered, then I called them they had me waste my time for n other week after calling them 20 times a day made me go returned the items on my own time then it took them n other week to get my money back, it was just a terrible experience. Every single person I call was not helpful, I lost over 300$ and 3 weeks off my life dealing with this company, I talked to the manager and everyone and no one could help me to even get the part I needed, and they told me that they do not have a corporate number to call, like it's Samsung company how trashy can this company be, makes no sense.
Ordered a stand for our TV. First of all the shipping and handling fees are ridiculously high, highest I be ever seen at any sight. Placed orders hoping that going with the "original Samsung supplier" is the best. I was so wrong. 4 weeks later still haven't heard from them, so I called. Turned out that the part was on backorder (no one notified me) and "just happened to " ship that day. Little more than a week after the stand arrived, missing some part of it. Called customer service again, and after a long chat they promised me to do an exchange. Emailed a shipping label 3days after!, I promptly shipped the package. Haven't heard from them for 3 weeks. I tracked the shipment it said it was delivered 10 days ago. I called again. I was informed that they "just happened to" place the new order that day (yes, 10 days after my package arrived). And that it s on backorder, probably 4-6 weeks from that day. That was 6 weeks ago. Haven't heard from them since, not an email, nothing. I will call tomorrow again, and I think I will have to try to get my money back through my bank if they are again no responsive. Did I tell that they only have customer service on weekdays between certain hours?
Worst company ever, save yourself the stress and buy from someone else.
Overall things were great, my remote shipped to me in basically 4 days and customer service was very polite because my part was not at there facility. But even though it was not there i still received it in 4 days GREAT SERVICE i cant say anything wrong they were great thank you.
Easy for purchasing of the parts of mobile and i got fast delivery so overall it provide good quality and the back side of the mobile part is looking good and is nice.
Unfortunately no option to rate ZERO. Looks like a scam. Think twice before buy from this place. Ask return and replacement policy. Can loose your money.
My Samsung Powebot VR20H9050 robot vacuum cleaner was two years old when the left drive wheel assembly failed. I purchased a replacement Samsung left drive wheel assembly, part number DJ97-*******A, from Samsungparts.com (doing business as J&J International) in Feb 2018. The drive wheel assembly failed in October 2018, after only 8 months. I called J&J International and was told they do not warranty Samsung parts and only have a 30 return policy. Samsung manufactured the part so I called Samsung. Samsung told me to call J&J. Do not order from Samsungparts.com/J&J International. I found a refurbished assembly on Amazon for one third the price J&J charged me for the "brand new" assembley which lasted only 8 months.
Ordered a part right before Xmas and paid $22 more for expedited shipping on a $11 part. I did order 2 of the same part to have a spare. Found the part on Amazon for $11 and with prime was free shipping in 2 days, so cancelled the order with SamsungParts. Got a confirmation it was cancelled.
Fast forward 3 months and guess what, I got charged $45 something for a cancelled order. I call SamsungParts, and tell them I don't need the parts and it should be cancelled. I requested a return slip that took almost a week and a full refund.
I get refunded the part price and no shipping. I call and email and they said I will get it. Now almost 2 months later I still don't have that refund.
SO THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES., also I will never buy another Samsung appliance again. My $1100 washing machine was part of the exploding top recall. The part I ordered was a plastic cap on the bottom of the tub covering the screw.
My $1100 dryer has broken twice, under warranty one time for a heater element and the other luckily under my Home Warranty.
Now my almost Samsung $4500 fridge has had the icemaker fixed over 3 times.
I ordered an owner's manual and sent an email to cancel the order two hours after I placed it, as well, as calling customer service to cancel the order by phone. The company completely ignored my cancellation request and hurried to generate a tracking number two days later, but didn't submit the electronic shipping info to the USPS until the following day, three days after I cancelled the order. Then they sent me an email stating that it was too late to cancel because my order had already shipped. This email was sent two days after I had already cancelled the order, and the day before they submitted the electronic shipping info to the USPS. When I set up a dispute with my credit card provider, Samungparts.com lied and said I placed the order two days after it had been placed and then cancelled. Fortunately, I kept my emails showing the cancellation request with irrefutable proof of when I had placed my order. Then they sent me the wrong manual and wouldn't allow me to return it. The credit card company ruled in my favor but I had to send proof of the cancellation request and photos of the wrong manual. For your own sanity and peace of mind, DO NOT order from this company. There are plenty of other online parts stores that you can order Samsung parts from without having to deal with this unscrupulous and sleazy company.
Their online customer service is never working. When you call and get patched through to a manager (who is required for anything) it will always go to voicemail. Their customer service is a joke.
Horrible customer Service. Placed an order and then canceled the order and they shipped it anyway. Never answer phone. Horrible customer service should be banned from selling
This is the worst website for ordering parts and worst costumer service ever... Paid for 2 days shipping waitad 2 weeks. Try to call them waited 35 minutes on the phone... STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE...
Three words POOR COSTUMER SERVICE! And expensive and slow... Ordered a DLP lamp replacement on 12/04/10, no update regarding my order for 5days since I ordered it. E-mailed them, no reply. E-mailed them again, finally an answer to my question "what happened to my to my order?". After 6 long days samsungparts e-mailed me that they're OUT OF STOCK on this item! Grrrr! They don't even have a courtesy to tell me earlier that my order is out of stock, and they don't know when this item will be available. Save yourself from frustrations DONT BUY FROM SAMSUNGPARTS.COM!
I decided to order a new ice maker thinking if I had any problems it'd be best to have the OEM part and Samsung authorized parts dealer. Big mistake. Ordered part 2/22/19 and part came damaged. Plastic electrical connector was shattered into about 20 pieces. Bubble wrap was great around the sides but none on the ends and that allowed part to slide back and forth and destroy connector. It happens, I understand. So after several emails and calls they sent a new part. However this time it was a completely different and wrong part. More calls and emails and they had me ship back the 2 icemakers they had sent me and said they'd ship the new (and hopefully correct undamaged part) once they received the 2 returned parts. So I shipped off the return on 3/22 and according to UPS tracking they received it 3/27. It's 4/5 today and still no new part so I call them. Yes they received return, no they hadn't shipped new part. Claimed they didn't know they supposed to. They refunded me my money and I informed them I'd order my part elsewhere. 6 weeks, 7 emails, and hours on hold and they still failed epically. It would have been quicker and easier for me to book a trip to South Korea and pick up the part at the factory myself. These clowns are totally incompetent.
Tried three times to receive service manual still a no show, don't know how much wasted time on the phone talking to reps. Who are clueless.
Samsungparts.com expects all new customers to read the entire contents of their website before you purchase anything:
I bought a motherboard for a Samsung RV520 last week. It turned out I was able to repair the problem on the original motherboard I was planning to replace. So today I call customer support, the rep I talked to, Alfonse told me that it was a "special order" item and therefore it could not be returned. I notified him that nowhere in the order process on the samsungparts.com webpage did it say that I was ordering a special order part and it could not be returned. He then directed me to the websites How to Return section. There it says that circuit boards cannot be returned. However again, nowhere in the ordering process does it say that circuits boards cannot be returned. Then Alfonse told me it was stated in the companys privacy policy. I read the privacy policy. As privacy policies normally state, it states the conditions of how my personal information may be used by samsungparts.com. It, of course, does not mention returns at all. I guess Alfonse thought I was stupid. I asked to speak to superior at the company and all I could do was leave a voicemail. So here's a lesson for new customers at samsungparts.com. Samsungparts.com expects all new customers to read the entire contents of their website before you purchase anything. This preceding post will be reposted as many places as possible so that others will not be SCREWED as I was.
Had a good experience ordering my part now and it arrived in a week. Friendly ppl and informative. Ill order again
Do not buy anything from this web site are scammers, buy a t-con board for my TV Sansumg and does not work and I lost $ 176 + shipping = 189... BIG SCAMMERS
I have a 55" LED and it works in random spands from 5-45 days without a problem, and when it occurs I have to tap these two relays to turn it back on. I got tired of removing the T. V from the walls and ordered the Power Board that the relays are on. Installed the part from Samsunparts.com, just kept clicking with no result. Put the old one on and it works. Return the item (3 week turn around) and received another one and same result. Doesn't work unless I reinstall my old one. They claim that it must be something else yet when I tell them it works with my old Power Board and not the one they sent, all she can tell me is "Well, don't know what to tell you." I figured if you didn't know what to say, don't tell me it's something else. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to know when you switch the two parts, one works and the other doesn't would mean the other one is defective. And at the end of the phone call she says "Plus it's been over 30days now so we can't do anything about it." Which over 30 days from the first Power Board was purchased. DO NOT BUY FROM SAMSUNGPARTS.COM!
Heard good news from ShopJimmy.Com but they were out of stock.
9 days for them to ship an in-stock part. 6 days to respond to a simple customer service inquiry. Part did arrive in good condition.
Very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very nice products
I ordered a door seal from this site and it looked like it was the correct size and part. When i received it, it was not. I'm not faulting them on this. The seal was missing a hole in which the water in my washer goes through during the wash cycle. I was ran around for OVER A MONTH with "help" getting the correct part. Several different reps were helping me and none of them were aware that anyone else was talking to me.
After 3 weeks with NO correct part and my washer STILL leaking water, I said- that's it, let me just return the part and get a seal from another company. Fine.
Sent the washer part back and i tracked it to being "received" by the facility. I gave them a few more days and i didn't get a refund. I called and finally got a hold of a person and she accused me of sending back a USED part and denied my refund?
I CANT use it, it's not the right part for my washer? The customer service rep said there was water in the part and they determined it was a used part and they would not issue me a refund. This is a $130 part. The water was an oversight from me, but i literally had to rip my washer apart and install the door seal to find out that it was the wrong part. Yes, it was in my washer but i couldn't do anything with it because it didn't fit right and i took it out, returned it and now am told i basically went through all this trouble to send my old part back.
My old part is broken! The door seal is torn on the outside so water leaks out of the front door... if it was the old part, don't you think you'd see that?
Completely disgusted with this company and i will never, ever order anything from there. $130 mistake that i am out
It is the good sarvesh and fast delivery so good nice product and good quality and low price and my experience with the company is very good
If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I had a Samsung front load washer. When what we thought was the spider arm (a flange holding the drum steady) had broke, we realized that this company was the only place we could order a replacement part. When I first called about the part, I was quoted around $100. I called back maybe 10 minutes later once my husband and I decided to go ahead and purchase the part and was then told it would be over $200 (red flags). It was still cheaper than buying a new washer so we went ahead and ordered.
Flash forward, the part arrives (in a completely tattered box. It looked like the shipping department just shoved it in a too small box with no regard) and we literally take apart OUR ENTIRE WASHING MACHINE to get to this one piece, only to have the specialized bolt break off, leaving the flange permanently attached to the drum. Since I was going to have to buy a new washer now anyways, I called about the return process. I was informed that I would be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item (red flag) and that my return would be processed once they inspected the part.
Behold my surprise when I receive a call about a week later stating that I would not get my refund on the return as they believed I had shipped them a USED PART. I called and spoke with the Customer Service Supervisor, explained to her my frustration, exactly what happened, and even sent her the invoice for my new washer to show the ridiculousness of the accusations. I get a call 48 hours later only for her to tell me that the returns department isn't budging and are sticking with their story of me keeping the part they sent and sending them my used part. Reminder, MY USED PART WAS STUCK TO THE OLD WASHER AS THE SPECIALIZED BOLT BROKE OFF IN IT.
This company is a scam. If this is the only place to get Samsung parts, I will no longer buy Samsung products and I will let everyone I know aware of this terrible company and that they are better off buying new devices/machines from another brand rather than replacing the Samsung ones once they go out.
Very nice my Mobile phone touch work smoothly and faster I am 5 day use this product
