Have used a few times since they arrived. They work as described. If you take your time and are careful the hole is perfect. Drill bit and square hole punch are extremely sharp, just what you want in this kind of tool.
Sanrico is a well marketed product line with a shady distribution process. I placed an order on their website and paid with Paypal. The order was billed from eKomerco. That company has a very shady website. The customer service email returns an error. BE FOREWARNED. I was also billed another amount on a different date by eKomerco. I have no recollection of that purchase and can find NO documentation on their site, my email, or on the Paypal site.
I would like to thank Sanrico for the amazing job they did on the order we placed and also for the outstanding customer service. This is my second time ordering and I received the same top-notch customer service and the products were excellent and we received in a timely manner by the deadline we asked for. I want to thank Ashley for her patience with me, she walked me through the process and made it very easy. I would highly recommend Sanrico!

I contacted SANRICO who resolved the issue with minimal effort from and where helpful and pleasant to deal with, I would highly recommend this company :)

The positive reviews? Most likely all fake! China has companies that specialize on and get paid for posting good reviews to attract and boost sales! They are everywhere: AMAZON.COM is plagued by them!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE IN CHINA! If you want your money back, get your credit card company to get it back for you!

Bought plans for a wooden wine bottle holder. No parts list and many dimensions missing. Contacted the company and they never responded. A complete rip-off!
Ordered a tool was not delivered, the tracking number provided was invalid. Email address for Sanrico was undeliverable. Wish I could have rated at zero stars.

I'm a handyman, and adds about tools and hardware appear in my feed all the time. I decided to click on it and check out new tools I may need. The website was easy to navigate and there was a sale. I love sales! But save your money. I bought what I thought was a set, but only one item came. It was advertised as a set and sold as a set. Even the sale receipt says "set" I wrote to Custermer service about the confusion, and I got an automated replay saying that "I'm an important client and they care about Custermer satisfaction, and they will get back to me as soon as they can"... and nothing. A week later, I wrote back again saying I need to process a return and get off the mailing list, and nothing. This company is 100% a scam. Its so easy to make a website now and days to sell bogus items. I felt duped. I wanted too support other business instead of going to Home Depot or Ace, but save your money and buy your tools on Amazon for the same price. At least they have have a return policy and a process to go through. They have No Custermer service, the stuff I bought looked cheap. The only thing that looked good was their website, don't let that fool you. If I could put negative stars, I would. I still get email from them after I have told them twice I wanted to get off their mailing list.

Sanrico is a total scam of a company selling cheap garbage made in china. The tools and items they sell wouldn't even qualify as toys. I bought the drill bits they rave about that they show drilling into railway ties like butter. As soon as they arrived I tried drilling a 1/4 inch whole in a 1/8 thick piece of metal (never mind a railway tie) and the tip of the drill bit just popped off like a cheap toy. Like it had been glued on. Absolute junk. Then I called to complain and James from customer service said he understood, and would get back to me to resolve the issue within the next business day. Two months later he hasn't responded to my dozen emails or calls. Now, when Pay Pal got involved, they surfaced again and they want me to mail the items back to a company in France called eKomerco at a cost of more than I paid for the drill bits. They know that's not going to happen so they get to keep my money and I have to keep their garbage drill bits. Save your money and aggravation, don't trust Sanrico or eKomerco. They are Scammers selling junk tools on the internet.

Do Not Buy from Sanrico or eKomerco. They are a total scam and only rip you off. Their products are cheap made in china garbage. And if you do buy, and ever need support, forget it. You paid, you own it. Do not expect to hear back from them.

Good drill bits that seem to last for a while in metal. They have a small amount of flex, but not too bad. I haven't snapped any of them yet.
I received a prompt and helpful service on my last purchase. Great customer service and quick delivery, price was lower than others on the market.
I ordered their Powersphere grinder. I instead got a poor quality Chinese made lookalike. I am disputing the charge.
