The quality of the Saree was horrible. It was mentioned chiffon. I was expecting the same as the price was high. 1635 is definitely not less for a ruffle Saree. But the mosquito net like quality is horrendous.

I ordered an outfit and asked for a lining to be added. But the anarkali came without the lining and there is no flare to the top. Not happy at all. Will not order again. I asked on email if lining was possible and they said yes.

I ordered an Anarkali; the dress in the picture was completely different in person. The pictured dress had embellishment on the neckline and the plates and fitting lines with a hemmed A-lined bottom, but my dress was missing the work around the neckline, no fitting, looks more of a rectangle-shaped dress. I will not be purchasing anything from this website again. The customer support told me they couldn't do anything about it.

The colors and then pattern of the garment are very different from the picture displayed online. When the ghaghra was tailored per measurements it took away the main part/print of the ghaghra. Which took away from th charm of it. It should have been mentioned by the site that this could be a possibility during tailoring.

I've purchased clothing from Asopalav.com and I understand that Saree.com may be an entity of it. However my experience with Asopalav has been. Wonderful in the past but this was a sheer disappointment.

I will dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Very bad experience. Not recommended any of my friends or family. They better close their website in the future if they treated their customers like crazy.

The products (saries) ordered and sent were totally different. Better to pay once it is delivered. There is no exchange facility. Read terms and conditions.

I had ordered some stuff. Received different then the one in pic and what I have ordered. Stuff came in very bad quality. No one to answer ur call or take return. Please do t order from them.

We could ask for more. But more is what friendly service and eagerness to really help with suggestions. Truly exceptional level service. I am so happy I selected to go with you.

Bought a saree for my mom and she loved it. It looked great and you could really tell that it was a quality piece. Shipping was prompt and I would definitely recommend the site.

Do not buy products from this website. They lie & cheat customers from their money. Once you purchase their products & failed to see their lie: true to size comment. Plus sizing chart hidden at the bottom of their website.
Heaven forbid you want to try & exchange for a smaller size. The bogus claims we want you to be 100% satisfied & we refund ur return charge, you have so many days to do the FREE EXCHANGE their website just takes you to returns & will charge you an excessive fee!

They will not respond to your numerous emails once they have your money. They don't care that you are on a time crunch & any sort of budget.
Plus they have the audacity to have brand ambassadors, mission statements & philosophies on how the wanted to change the South Asian ethnic outfit buying experience, especially for the younger generation……. What absolute hypocrisy!

I, my daughter, friends, family & all my community will be told about the horrible experience my daughter, Iman had with this company. It's such a shame since her recently graduated college friends are getting closer to marriage & wanting ethnic clothing; Shane no one will be spending their mone@ The Saree Room.

Asopalav (Saree.com)... you are losing the respect and love of your old customers!

I purchased three items from Saree.com on the 20/11/17 for a cousins wedding. 5 days later, I am told one item is only available as a last piece and is a pre-stitched product (3 sized smaller to mine!). I requested cancellation.

A week without any reply from them, I contacted them to check if the delivery of my other two items will arrive on time... or I am happy to pay for expedited shipping. Ms Garima Shah (Customer Executive) says on the phone. Not to worry... since the shipping address is a local one (I was in Ahmedabad for the wedding)... it will arrive before 5/12/17... I asked her three times that this is really important to me... she reassured me.

I received my second item on 29/11/17! A super tight dress... nowhere to the measurements I sent... okay... I will pay extra to a tailor to fix it... still okay...

Yesterday the 1/12/17... I had not received my main wedding choli... I try calling the phone number they have provide numerous times and it was being hung up on me... finally I wrote them an email...

Ms Garima Shah replied back saying... Hello, the item will be delivered on the 8/12/17! An unstitched product after the wedding day is what Asopalav promises you!

Major disappointment from such a trusted and loved brand!

Got different saree than what order. When trying to contact their mobile phone number is not working.no reply to maikl.

I have ordered saree and paid for sticheing charged for blouse and sent me unstitched blouse. Kurta sent me without dhoti and I paid extra money for dhoti.

I got wrong dress... and I m trying to contact uh but your contact no. Is switched off. How I returned my order... what I order and what I get...

Buying exp was good. But, it has 15 days; where is my dress? When will it get delivered.
On website it shows 10-15 days.

Very unsatisfied. The saree didn't match the photo and it is of very poor quality. Please don't go by the photos that is posted on thier site.

From start to finish, a wonderful experience. Love the outfits, just like the website. Thank you, every one loved the outfits!
