I bought a saree from Sareeo. The saree came on time. But the saree was different from the picture and most importantly the quality was bad. The website mentioned that the cloth is Silk, after seeing the saree I reached out to the customer service and they said the fabric is mixed silk. Most importantly the saree had one-sided print. Customer service mentioned that this digital print and we are supposed to know that its one-sided print. The picture was cleverly disguised this one-sided print, as they only showed the printed side in the picture. Overall it's a great disappointment. Customer service offered to return the product but did not provide any option for shipping back. Since has to be shipped to India, it would easily cost me $ 30.00+. So, I am forced to keep the saree even though I felt cheated with this purchase. Sharing this experience to ensure that you are careful when you buy from Sareeo.com

Absolute SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I am confident most of the five star reviews are fake. This company displayed a very nice set with silk dupatta and a cotton-silk blend lehenga with blockwork, mirrowork and full flair. What I received was a highly flammable polyester digital print with glued on mirrors, A-line and not even remotely stitched. Usually there is at least the lengha stitched with a doori, but no. And the dupatta is printed on one side only. Absolutely dismal. I knew if they were such poor business people it is not even worth pursuing a refund with them, so set up a PayPal dispute directly. I have to now send this parcel back to them and pay for the postage to get my refund. Better than keeping absolute garbage. They should be ashamed.

Not a single photo of actual product. All printed material. Rs500 product for Rs 5000. Misleading costumer to believe they are getting good product for less. On the site, both of these products has heavy embroidery on cotton like one would expect from traditional charitable choli. Also, per website, the orange blouse was supposed to be stitched not just fabric. The flare of both Chanukah are just like any other. However, site sells and shows as if we are getting approx 5 meter of flare! Show one thing and delivering other is FRAUD

They are fraud people, the picture they show on website for saree it's completely different than actual product, I order 1 orgenza saree and neckless,
Saree was too short, just like dress material,
And neckless eiring broken,
And they said you can return this product but we can't give you deliver charges are very high from overseas
Half a money of product item,
I am really upset about this website,

I purchased two items from this company (Sareeo.com) and initially I was happy that I had made this purchase, as I was sent a "Cash Back" Wallet for the full purchase price. On receipt of both the items, the items were not to expected quality, or same as shown on the images. I wrote an email to the company and was asked to send in the images of the items, I did this and was advised that I would have to pay for the returns postage cost, I have never had to pay return cost on any websites for returning disliked items. I thought my happiness would be short lived with purchase.

As the postage costs were too high, both the unused items have stored in the cupboard, hence I decided to make the use of the so called Cash Back "Wallet", I attempted to proceed with two more items, after proceeding to "Checkout" I tried to use the Wallet balance, which turned out to be a gimmick offer, as the only amount that can be used from the balance is 20%... this is means you have keep purchasing more items.

I feel so unhappy & frustrated dealing with this company.

I have purchased 7 times and received the correct items except one item in one order. When I complaint about it, they provide reasonable solution and got the correct one. Thank you SareeO.
