It was a little frustrating to have to be vetted in order to purchase the faraday phone bag, but you must have a good reason to delay sales. So I went along with it. It was actually nice to have someone call me personally to help me with the time problem we had since we were planning on moving from our vacation house to our permanent home. The faraday bag arrived on Nov 14th as promised, but it cost extra to get it in 3 days. However, the preshipping time took too long in my opinion. I will still do business with this company in the future if we need something else. Maybe you can streamline your pre-shipping processing time in the near future. We do like the quality of your product. Thanks.

As the title stated, as advertised, nicely pre-activated and ready to go - with excellent packaging! You can tell that QA was in full effect when packaging this device. All individual accessories were enclosed with package slips and all packaging was wrapped in plastic with pre-labeled stickers with your new number and the number to your local "SatellitePhoneStore.com" shop. I highly recommend this product! You can tell the company adds tons of TLC to their products with your safety in mind. (Side note: I even received the area code that I preferred - Although,)the number emailed to me was different from the number I was assigned. Nevertheless, I did receive the desired area code I requested.)

Well there was a deal on the website that I definitely and thankfully took advantage of. Thank god my phone was delivered in just a few days, and although they are just supposed to work outside, mine even sort of works in my trailer sometimes, lol. I had a few issues along the way, getting and setting up the phone, but the customer service exceeded my expectations and helped me get it all right. I first heard about satellite phones from Mike Adams aka "the health ranger." I have been putting this purchase off for a couple of years and after what happened in Maui decided to pull the trigger. I called and spoke with Alvin who was very professional. He patiently went over the phone options and costs and answered all my questions.
