Callie Parsons was very helpful in answering my questions prior to purchasing. The WideEye unit arrived quickly and was well packed. This was a used unit, but I couldn't find a mark on it. Very pleased!

I received the part that was ordered the week after I ordered it. I did not get any notifications of the order being backordered initially after ordering. That prompted me to call and see if they had shipped yet.

I was amazed with the customer service I received from the Satellite Phone Store. My Sales Rep., Berry Hipple, was amazing. I contacted him at 4:45pm with a request for 6 Satellite phones for use during a major wildland fire for our agency. Berry knew exactly what I needed, and began programming them for us while I was still on the phone. I needed them overnight. Berry missed the FedEx pickup by a few minutes, and let me know. Within a few minutes, Berry's boss had purchased him a plane ticket to deliver the phones directly to our office the next morning in person, show us how they operated, and get us rolling, even before we would have received them via FedEx. What an amazing group of people. I cannot sing their praises enough.

I had a great experience with the staff at the store that shipped the phone to me. I received a call the days after I ordered the phone to make sure it was the right phone for my trip. It arrived a day earlier than I had expected and was exactly as advertised. I wouldn't buy this phone because it was difficult to get service due to the fact that it is connected to only one fixed satellite on the sky and was difficult to attain service. The plans are obviously very expensive in this market as well. Otherwise, the transaction part was outstanding.

Very discrete and easy to maneuver.i've been informed that the 40 minutes have been used.i must not have received the 100 minutes from Sue Shorees.She was going to give extra minutes for calling her back on a weekend.Maybe I misunderstood her.

Associates keep track my simcard balance and informing me on time to maintain the balance well.
That was also very impressive.
