The prices were great and my items arrived in perfect condition on time. I was not sure this would happen because I never received an invoice or tracking information for delivery. I called and emailed customer service several times and got no response. I was beginning to feel like this was not a legitimate company when my package arrived. My suggestion to them is to respond to customers and send initial invoices.

Ordered flour sack towels bulk( set of 6) ordered 7 sets. Received 7 towels only. Emailed, no response, then called. They stated they were sold out and would initiate partial refund. Four days later, emailed, they stated they had posted a partial refund. Two days later, now not responding to my email. Posted on contact page, said they would forward to appropriate department Very unhappy will not buy again. Hoping this review will prevent another from falling into this trap. Only reason they got one star is that zero stars not offered

I wish I could show a picture of how this package arrived. It was sent in a torn up envelope taped together with packing tape. With the $11.87 shipping charges, you would think it would have been shipped responsibly! Do not order from this company!

I ordered something 8 days ago. I called Save Dollar Stores yesterday and asked them for tracking information. I was told my order was on hold with no available shipping or tracking info. The woman promised to email me by the end of yesterday with an update. I am still waiting for that update. Please ship my item ASAP and email me the tracking number. We have been eagerly awaiting this package since the day we ordered it. I regret trying out Save Dollar Stores.

I am happy with the item I purchased and the time it took the actual shipper to deliver the package but you took way too long to actually ship the item. I checked several times over a number of days and all it said was, We are preparing your order. How long does it take to put a box in a brown envelope and paste a shipping label on it... I can do all that in an hour or two. I know I am not the only person buying from you but if you have that much business than you need to hire more workers.

They answered my email in a timely manner, but only provide me with the same information I had already read on your web site.

All merchandise came in good condition but because of the type of transactions involved it takes a little longer to find out if your order was accepted or not. Once you receive an E-mail that a seller for your product was located and has accepted the deal, it will take a little more time for this seller to get things ready and tell you then when your order will be shipped and will give you your tracking number.
The prices quoted are reasonable but because of the fact that some sort of "middle man" is involved you will have to accept the fact that some extra time is needed before you get your order delivered.
So, this means you will have to be patient since you don't know from where and from how far things are being shipped, but I personally will check this site out again for future use. My order came in as expected in good condition, and there for have no further comments on return or other services.

Reading through the most recent reviews it is clear that SaveDollarStores is unable to accommodate their customers and is scamming people who buy their products. I, along with many others over the recent year, did not receive an order I placed over a month ago. I was told multiple times through their chat that someone was "looking into it and would get back to me in 48 hrs." Each time I did not get a response. I then left several voice messages for their tech support- none of which were responded to. So now, just like everybody else I have just spent money on a product that will never arrive. I think a class-action lawsuit is in order!

Your company incorrectly filled the order. Still waiting for you to correct your mistake. You advertised an item one way on your web page, but failed to fill it as described. I was overcharged, you won't fix it, admit it or correct it! I will tell everyone has bad your company is. On Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and anyone else that will listen. I will NEVER EVER order from you again. Thieves!

I ordered a product over a month ago, and still have not received it, and no shipping info was received either. Been in contact several times and told to respectively wait, I think not. Luckily I paid with PayPal, so hoping to get my money back by filing a dispute.

I feel like they need a little bit more information of the packages when they in the process to get shipped and when they finally get shopped.

I placed an order at the end of August, and promptly returned the item per their policy. I received an email Sept. 10 that my refund will be coming in one day. Here we are, December 8th and no refund! SHAMEFUL!

Still waiting for order. Has to have a signature (!) mail carrier took it back to post office. Have to pay my nephew to pick it up. Extra expense. Only response from Dollar Stores was--just go to the post office and pick it up. If I knew ahead of time that they required a signature, I would have not bought my art supplies there.

Then SDS emailed me that they were waiting for my order so I guess I ordered a second not knowing that this item had already been ordered for me. They made it almost impossible for me to return this item. Would never ever order from them again or give their name to anyone. You asked!

I do NOT recommend this vendor. I placed an order with them and gave them more than a month to ship it to me, which they never did. When I asked for a refund, they just ignored me. This company lies and is not trustworthy. Example: when I asked them to provide a tracking number for the shipment (3 weeks after I purchased the item), they sent me a tracking number, but the only information provided was that they printed a label and USPS was waiting on them to put the item in the mail. When I pointed this out to them, they continued to ask for more time. Unacceptable! Avoid at all costs!

Ordered two "36-Pack Sharpie Pens" through Google Shopping, received only two new bare pens. Google Shopping stated the advertisement was in error and full refund warranted. Returned items, but Save Dollar Store kept $5.50 because of "open package". Several other customers reporting exact same thing over the previous four years. Taking extensive work to get Google Shopping to step in and correct this and will probably have to file an AMEX complaint. Shopper BEWARE!

I strongly recommend you avoid ordering online from SaveDollarStores. If the item arrives damaged, or you decide you want to return it, you will not get a refund. They will tell you that you will be refunded by a certain date, but it will not happen.

When I purchases my order, I was buying thinking I was going to get what was on the picture 4 scarecrows and in total have 8 scarecrows by mail. I ended up with only 2 small toothpick scarecrows for 20 dollars and I just bought 4 at Hobby Lobby store Im california, same item scarecrow tooth pick for $1.19 each. Those scarecrow picks you guys have is way over priced 10$ each? Doesnt make sense for the quality. I tried to return and I called customer service and I couldnt understand anything she said or the voicemail said, for some reason I thought I heard store credit, but I wanted my money back. I just kept the items just hoping I wouldnt loose my item or money for not understanding what she said at all. I repeated myself about 5 times and I still couldnt understand her. It really sucks I paid 20$ for 2 small scarecrow picks when I got them for $1.19 at a store close by, real disappointing

My only issue was with the poor communication regarding package tracking information.
The tracking number given was never recognized by the shipping company.
My request to this seller for accurate tracking information was answered with the statement that the order would arrive within the stated time. This is not tracking information.
This was a very small order, so it wasn't a big deal but I would not place a larger or more important order with a company who can't get the small things right.

I ordered some clear Christmas ornaments, I thought they were 4 for 3.72 so I thought I would order 4 sets. My package gets here and all I have is 4 bulbs that I paid 15.00 dollars for, they were 3.72 a piece? Oh no these are going back call *******997 no customer service just a voicemail, seriously this business is a joke and I'm reporting them to the BBB.
