Second order they sent wrong color and were quick to reply with a return label, and refunded when they got the product back. My first order was correct and good in every way.
The prices were great and my items arrived in perfect condition on time. I was not sure this would happen because I never received an invoice or tracking information for delivery. I called and emailed customer service several times and got no response. I was beginning to feel like this was not a legitimate company when my package arrived. My suggestion to them is to respond to customers and send initial invoices.
This puppy allows me to push and pull sewing needles through my work with ease.

I ordered two red crates in August and it is now December. I still have not received them! Also, my credit card has been charged. I am very upset-
Item ordered was shipped on time and was as represented. HOWEVER, it had inadequate postage (almost $2 short) and I had to go to post office to get it out of hock!

Did not ship in the time frame promised. I had to file a PayPal claim to get my item. It arrived from Amazon and not Dollar Save.

I finally received my merchandise. I was exactly as I ordered. The delivery was delayed due to issues at the post office.
I informed Save Dollar that I had not received my order even though I got a message saying that it was delivered. I filled out a lost package for at the post office and it was finally found.
