Second order they sent wrong color and were quick to reply with a return label, and refunded when they got the product back. My first order was correct and good in every way.
The prices were great and my items arrived in perfect condition on time. I was not sure this would happen because I never received an invoice or tracking information for delivery. I called and emailed customer service several times and got no response. I was beginning to feel like this was not a legitimate company when my package arrived. My suggestion to them is to respond to customers and send initial invoices.

Very happy with prices, easy navigation on website & speedy shipping
I contacted customer service to cancel order because I had ordered item from Amazon & couldn’t cancel. I wanted to buy from Save Dollar because they were cheaper. Save Dollar wouldn’t cancel my order either! So as it turned out I returned my purchase to Amazon when it arrived & kept the one from Save Dollar so everything turned out OK.
