Save Dollar Stores

Took a while to make sure shipping was free.
Was satisfied with my experience and will consider ordering again.

Good prices plus no shipping, but that has to be off set by a very long shipping time. Items were not shipped for 2 weeks and then took at least 10 days to get here. I did get a shipping notice, but when they were set to be delivered, they didn't come show up for and additional 3 days. But items were what I wanted and the prices were very good. Would use them again for items I don't need in a hurry.

Exact product that I had a problem finding anywhere unless I wanted to pay a high shipping cost. No shipping at this site. Only wish it would have shipped sooner, but it did get her within 10 business days.

I wanted to know when my item would ship because I never received a notice to that effect. I thought I would receive notification. Returned answer right away saying I should be receiving it within a day.

The site is not bad but the first 20 pages have the price of each item at $250.00 which is a little high for one spool of thread. Someone needs to review the site.
Update: The items I got are good and as described. Will probably do business with them again.

First time using the site; found their prices to be reasonable, and the coupon made it even better, plus free shipping, so I gave it a try. All items were delivered quickly, and were exactly as I ordered. Very pleased; I would definitely buy from this site again.

The prices were great and my items arrived in perfect condition on time. I was not sure this would happen because I never received an invoice or tracking information for delivery. I called and emailed customer service several times and got no response. I was beginning to feel like this was not a legitimate company when my package arrived. My suggestion to them is to respond to customers and send initial invoices.

No response to repeated calls and emails.

Got a great price on Paton's wool yarn - incredible. Went to buy some cheap Red Heart yarn, and the price was about $36/skein - that's the price of an entire package of 6 or so! Anyway, I was unable to get anyone at Save Dollar Store to correct the price, and almost needless to say, I bought it elsewhere. Overall a good shopping experience, well organized web site.

My order was missing 2 of the 5 yarn rolls that I ordered. Upon contacting Save Dollar they promptly checked if they could send out the missing items, and then issued a refund when they saw that they were out of stock. They were very quick in making sure that the issue was resolved. I contacted them friday 1/29 and received the refund on Monday 2/1. Thank you for having great customer service!

I am very pleased with the stamp I purchased. The web site was very easy to use, and my order came very fast. I have attached a picture of the card I made for club. 10 for club plus 5 more for friends who have birthdays this month.

I needed a clip light to replace a defective one on a St. Nicholas Square Christmas Village piece. They had exactly what I needed at a great price and shipping was free! Definitely would recommend and will be doing business with them again.

I never knew this was an option to shop here this way. I was looking for a color of yarn that has been discontinued and it appeared in as an option to. The item came faster than the advertised 'expected delivery time'

I order the cork lamps and they are beautiful in my bottles. The price was the best i could find on the Net compared to low bargain retailers like Walmart and that including the shipping! Everything was packaged nicely and i would do business with this store again. Thank you.

I needed to return an item because it was the wrong size. I followed directions on their website as well as on my invoice and even spoke with a live person who directed me to a website in order to obtain a return item code. No success for over a week, I finally sent the item back without a code. And, I still do not have a credit or any type of acknowledgement.

Like the bottles so much, but on each delivery so many broken. Very poor packing. Each time I call back and send photos for replacement which they did replace shipped again, what happened again smashed and broken. Six (6) bottle broken! I never bather for replace! Thank you,

I am very pleased with my order. I received my order at least a week earlier than the estimated time which I really appreciated. The texture plate does a wonderful job and fits my machine perfect. I will be glad to order from this company again! They did a great job!

I placed an order a few days back and wanted to change the shipping address. Though it was a last minute change, they still manged to deliver my order on time. Very pleased with the product and their customer service as well!

I was thrilled beyond belief when I saw the value you could give me on this item, ordered it, it was easily done, then shipping was fast, which was perfect. I liked it so much ordered extra plates for it for in the future. I could not be happier with my purchase. I've never purchased anything through this type of sale/format before and I am pleasantly surprised. I admit, I was a bit apprehensive, but I got a good deal that shipped fairly quickly. I am a happy new customer.

I had never heard of Save Dollar and wondered if it was related to other discount stores. I also wondered if my item was in stock since it's vintage. I placed my order and prayed for the best. To my surprise the item arrived quickly and was just as advertised.

Found the item I wanted for the best price here. Quick delivery. The only thing I would improve, would be the ease of finding the $5 savings for first time customers. It took a lot of time to figure out how to have it apply to my purchase.

I ordered two JW Insight Clean Seed Silo Bird Feeders and I'm very satisfied. I have one that needs replacing and couldn't find them in my local pet store, found these online and so happy. Now I will always have one clean one on hand and ready for use. Thank you so much.
