Bought 2 cars in this company, mind you I'm in Canada and these cars were shipped home. The cars are in good shape.If you want a good company to buy a good car, I recommend this one.The only problem that I had was that the second car took long time to get home, but it was only because of covid.
I ordered my car in June when it came it never worked. I messaged my agent and he told me there is nothing he can do! So not happy and won't be ordering again!
I purchased a vehicle from Sbt japan early this year, the vehicle I orderd was Honda Fit on the website everything looked very fine, When I recieved the vehicle it was a shock to date they have not responded to my demands to refund me part of the money to repair the vehicle.The car I recieved had faded paint and rust on body area, right side mirror malfunctioning, the car was dirty as if was used to carry animals inside, some parts were falling of the engine area, paint was pilling off to date. The photos on website with what I recieved totally different, I reported to my account manager Nadia Hammed she failed to help only sent a form which I filled and sent back its been four months no response I reached her manager called HARIS he did nothing, all I asked was for part refund for me to repair the vehicle. They sent my contact is *******840 WhatsApp.
I have spoken with a Mr Praveen a sales manager at sbt Japan, I have told Mr Praveen that I have not made a decision on purchasing a used vehicle from SBT, he kept on pushing me to make a decision now to purchase a vehicle, Mr Praveen was very unprofessional and very rude, this what SBT Japan is hiring as a sales manager disrespecting customers in this manner, and the vehicles are not in good condition, some have scratches, dents, dirty interior and a rusty under carriage,
Do not use SBT, especially the account managers Sharia Albina or Mohammed Faiz, they are frauds and have stolen our money with no vehicle being delivered. They also provide fake auction sheets, so buyer beware!
I am happy so far. Their service and after sales service is good till receiving the vehicle. Their prices are also very competitive.
Yesterday I got a message from one of my friends who has been victim of wrong promise from SBT and now we together have initiated Legal Suit which will be filed in both Pakistan and Japan. Soon SBT nightmare will be over.
They charged me a used Hiace and 2018 model for more than the brand new Hiace from the Sole Agent is cheaper than their used car? The sole agents should be aware of this in their respective country because this way the Toyota brand will loss it fame and it will be vulnerable to greedy people.
Got a crankshaft that came very fast at a reasonabe price forgot the spacer when i sent it back and they shipped me one right away. A+ company

I have been a customer for SBT since January 2018 and have been made to switch managers 3 times. The first two were ok. Things would be done on time and their service was on point. The same can not be said about my current account manager. Empty promises, lies and neglect are the order of the day. Right now I'm waiting for my documents and I'm told they are on the way but they are not giving me the tracking ID. I repeat "EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AT SBTJAPAN.COM"
I purchased a used vehicle from them. The dashboard is tacky and had a hole in it.
They never said. Also the one key they sent was not tunctional. I complained and they have done nothing. STAY AWAY
These people are liars i purchased 3 cars off of them all at once and they all were the biggest piles of crap i have ever purchased in my 15 years of buying cars from companies in japan. Never again
Have no idea how these guys still operate the business. They provide you with wrong information about the car and photoshoped auction lists. Never use them because if the price. You will regred.
I wanted to purchase a car specifically a BMW a i found the one i was looking for, one of the account managers talked me out of it and convinced me to get an other BMW that it was a like new condition, when it came the clutch was gone, with labour 3000 dollars damage
Do not trust Sbt japan. Specially these pakistani guys. One is named Sameer Hanif. This company is the biggest fraud. I am warning you do not trust them. They are theives and robbers.
I wired money to SBT for a vehicle on July 15th. The salesman Muhammad Saad, tried to get me to change the vehicle I selected on multiple occasions over several days - I kept my original selection. Last week Tuesday (October 1,2019) I got a call from a local shipping agent informing me that there was an error with my shipment - the car was being sent to the wrong port (going to Freeport, Grand Bahama but should've been shipped to Nassau, Bahamas). I immediately contacted Muhammad Saad who promised everything would be corrected. After trying to reach him many times for several days through phone calls and messages, he responded on Thursday that he had a Broker who would clear the vehicle through Customs in Freeport, Grand Bahama and have the vehicle shipped to Nassau at no additional cost to me. It is now Monday (October 7,2019) and I have not gotten a response back from Saad with this Broker's contact information. So, I don't know the status of my vehicle and can't get a response from these guys, while my vehicle is on the vessel at the port in Freeport.
I'll be contacting my attorney later today and suggest anyone that read this review to stay away from SBT Japan.
They have sold me a car that was not advertised. Parts were broken. They did not honor claim. DO NOT USE SBT.
