The site doesn't inform prospective patients they are NOT allowed to be driven up to the office by another driver and be drop off. My brother could not walk or drive up to this office so he got my other brother to drive him there. After ten minutes and £50 lighter in his pocket, he came out worse than he went in. In fact the day after the consultation he had to call an ambulance to take him to A&E. To cap this unfortunate episode off, the landlord of Pavilion Square sent my brother a 'FINE' for £50 if paid within 14 days. After 14days the 'fine' increased to £80 and if still unpaid it rises to £120. Having spoken to the Chiropactor for a copy receipt. Her response was she couldn't do anything! I can understand a Dentist not needing a patient 'dropping off' - but someone unable to walk! Stay away from Pavilion Square that way you don't incure a fine. This website site doesn't mention anything regarding 'dropping off' but it apparently appears on a sign near the entrance! Not a bad earner!
