So happy to get tickets for my favorite play, Hamilton, in NY! Rates were way cheaper compared to other online ticket hubs and transaction is fast and easy. Just a few minutes and you have ur seats! Thanks again, ScoreBig!
They kept us in this stupid terrible place for 2 hours and then announced that the game is postponed. No refunds or compensation was offered to anyone. NBA does not care about anyone except for them making money.
Miss the old Scorebig way of doing things. Having to buy a ticket off of another person, get charged "convenience" fees and "handling" fees almost double the amount I spent. If it wasnt for the great game we witnessed, I probably wont be buying much from Scorebig.
The interface was pleasant and easy to use. However, I wish the fees had been stated up front, instead of being surprised with the incredibly high fees at the end. Other similar sites provide an option to view price with fees early in the process so that you can see your all in cost. Without this is felt it was more of a bait and switch.
I always make sure to check a few sites when looking for tickets. I will usually end up a getting them from here because after all the fees the prices are pretty close. I still find it absolutely infuriating that there is a "delivery fee" on top of the service fee for downloading tickets. I at the very least what to have the name changed to anchorage the absurdity of that idea.
Other then the poorly named fee, I like the service. I wish there were a better way to compare multiple show times and dates. It would be nice not to have to flip back and forth to compare prices for different times.
My tickets were for a game at Wrigley Field. At the time of purchase I was told by seller that tickets would be available for download 4/29. They were not. I emailed seller and got no response. 46 hours prior to the event, I was emailed instructions on how to download the tickets via MLB app. A lot of anxious waiting could have been avoided if seller had given clear and accurate directions at time of purchase. I also bought similar tickets for another game at Wrigley (same series) from Stub Hub and they were cheaper.
Had a good time at the game. Was a bit nervous about whether or not the tickets would be valid after purchasing them. This due to game last year with tickets purchased from Score Big that were not valid when we went to the game and I had to spend another $250 to get in. Never got refunded money as promised.
The seats we got through Score Big were great. We enjoyed an unobstructed view of the sporting event we attended. The tickets were sent for immediate download. I would prefer to be advised of the per ticket service fee much earlier in the process, definitely before I give my credit card information.
I'm not sure if I'll use this sight again because it wasn't much cheaper than had I bought it from Ticketmaster. Was surprised to see the expensive service fee. Finally I called for clarification regarding my tickets and seemed too wait exorbitantly long.
Very disappointed by your lack of transparency regarding fees. In excess of $50 USD per ticket is outrageous for a service fee. Really my $179 ticket (which i thought was a bargain) was $229 as stated on my ticket. Be more transparent and you'll get better ratings.
On the plus side, the customer service on the phone was very helpful.
Scorebig was a great site for tickets because of the "name your own price" gimmick or that the price listed was the price you pay. However, it is now nothing more than a ticket master lite. Disappointing.
Electronic tickets weren't transferred until about 5 hours before the event which made things very tense. Took two phone calls to ScoreBig support to get info on when the tickets would be delivered. More communication and detailed ticket tracking would be an improvement.
We recently had an event cancelled for tickets we did not receive. I was given 12 hours to respond, which was in fine print, if I wanted a cash refund and not a voucher. I did not see that so I had to talk to my friends to see what they wanted to do. Since that email, I received another one saying I would get a refund and another with a voucher. The refund was offered less the service fees but their website says if the tickets aren't delivered for a cancelled event them no fee will be deducted from the refund. Needless to say, what they did is sketchy at best. I currently trying to get in contact with them, but that is difficulty as well. Do not use this service if you can avoid it.
Got the tickets and had no problem getting in. Found everything fine and watched a very nice game. It was the first time I had ever been to a football game and I am happy that you helped me with it. Would have given 5 stars if I could have received my tickets earlier
They screwed us over, we bought tickets from them then later received an email saying they needed to verify identification... so we did and heard nothing back. We called and waited on hold for 40 min. By the time we got through the representative said sorry those tickets are no longer available... so we got switched to sales and they didn't have any more tickets available we missed it. If we wouldn't have gotten the run around for two hours we could have gotten tickets elsewhere. I will never use score big again!
I think you should show all of the costs upfront. To spend a significant time shopping for tickets then get hit with a $22 fee at the end AND $7.95 for an instant email (this is free many places)... just felt deceived. You have gotten away from your original mission.
Also, I had a minor problem with the site and made a call for assistance and was told that since I called in that I was eligible for a $25 rebate. When I was transferred to get the rebate it was a sleazy call center selling a membership to a coupon service for $16.99 per month. This makes you look like a sleazy outfit willing to do anything to your customers for a buck.
I have purchased tickets from Scorebig.com and have never had any issues aside from their fees that we now have to pay despite not having to prior to 2017. Other than that, as long as they are lower in price than other ticket vendors, I will continue to buy from them. Please consider lowering your fees though!
My experience at the game was amazing. My experience with Score Big was horrible. Horrible service while calling to talk with them on the phone. They jack the prices up on their tickets ridiculously. I would recommend vividseats to everyone over score big any day. Will never use this company ever again.
I paid a lot of money for these tickets. They did not explain that the place was three stories tall. I literally paid over $300 and had nosebleed section seats. I was second to the last row that the place had. I'll never use them again
The play, Hamlet, was entertaining and held our attention. The first half was 1 hour and 45 minutes. The second half was 90 minutes. Michael Urie's performance as the lead role of Hamlet was spot on. We sat in Orchestra Row N which was on the far left facing the stage. Our original tickets were supposed to be Orchestra row D. But apparently row D had no 2 seats together. So we were contacted to change seats to row N to get 4 seats together. We were given $20 back per seat as it was further away from the stage. The seat height was about right putting us eye to eye with the actors on stage. Scenery and color were almost nonexistent. The acting made up the difference. Ophelia had a nice singing voice. The actors were handsome and solid in their roles.
Seats close to 20 yard line while on site looked close to 50 yard line. Service charge way to high--$130 for 2 tickets. Let me know service charge at beginning rather than very end of purchase. Delivery was good.
Had a stressful experience, bought tickets for the whole family (14 of us), to go to the last game of the season, Red Sox vs. Yankees. Had already purchased and received 10 tickets, but had to wait until almost the last minute to receive the last 4 tickets (was told that the seller was the hold-up, because they did not make the tickets available until after many attempts to contact), a stressful experience.
Super easy to use and understand what you are buying. The customer service dept followed up promptly when I had a question and I quickly got the info needed to proceed with the pick up of the tickets.
I bought Coachella tickets for this past April 2020. Coachella ended up cancelled completely this year and the site says 100% refund if an event in cancelled. They will not refund me, saying it's been postponed until 2021. However Coachella always takes place each year so this year is not a postponement it cancelled. Still fighting for a refund.
Overall a good experience, waiting for tickets to arrive right before the event is a little concerning, I don't understand why it takes so long. The only negative issue would be that the tickets recieved were different seats than what we purchased. The positive is the the seats actually ended up being a little better than we expected. Thanks.
It was very confusing on how tickets are delivered & how to accept the tickets because they come from another party. I didn't know to accept the tickets from the other party so it was a long process to have them cancel my order and reprocess our tickets. Finally got things figured out.
