They kept us in this stupid terrible place for 2 hours and then announced that the game is postponed. No refunds or compensation was offered to anyone. NBA does not care about anyone except for them making money.

I ordered tickets to Incubus and Jimmy Eat World in February, 2017. I was supposed to recieve my tickets July, 20th 2017. I never recieved my tickets.
The service was seamless from beginning to end they either a mad at me the day of that I needed to download my tickets!
