They kept us in this stupid terrible place for 2 hours and then announced that the game is postponed. No refunds or compensation was offered to anyone. NBA does not care about anyone except for them making money.

The link to download the tickets did not work. I emailed Scorebig support and the seller and got no response. Had to buy another pair of tickets.
