I am a satisfied customer. Report was accurate and seemed to the amounts close, dates correct and credit limits were accurate as far as I could see. I am undecided on how often I will use these reports but so far I am satisfied. THANKS

I am afraid that when I look up my score, it will lower my credit rating. But even more important is that although you send me an alarm, I have no idea how to interpret it. All I know is that I want to improve my score.

I got all I was looking for, and was able to get a smaller monitoring plan that was in my budget. All agents I talked with were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I'm happy with what I have received.

Very easy to maneuver around the app and report gave me options if I needed to see closed account, Inquiries and able to print. I will definitely use this app monthly to keep up with my credit report and address anything that doesn't look right

Read the fine print. It is a short window for cancellation for a 1 time score. They do not refund if you call to cancel. I was charged for 2 months and did not even go to the website until I canceled.

It has been a well- organized and easy to use experience. I was hesitant to use the website because I hadn't heard much about it. I have used a couple of others that are well known for many years. But I went ahead and risked it. I'm very glad I did as this truly was the best I've used.

You have done what the Credit Bureaus can't even do I think you want to much of yourself for the little information that should be free. It is sad that the Information on one's self should cost them but the one's checking on you get it all

I use Credit Karma and my scores are excellent at 773 today. I never needed Scoresence and they even offered me lower pricing (so make sure you ask if you use this). I did not use this and it was purchased in error of $1. They will not refund the $29.95 they charged me and canceling took some research.
I would NOT use this service and CreditKarma is FREE! I do not appreciate rip off companies that do not listen to their customers.

Didn't see the smail print.
They charge a $ to get your cc info.
Within 7 days I saw a charge on my bank for 29.95
Asked to cancel and requested refund.
They refused my refund and canceled my membership effective immediately. Essentially stole 29.95 from me.

I do not want a subscription or enrollment for anything! Please do not attempt anymore debits or charges to my account! Something from your site is trying to charge me and it was something I do not want!

Easy with no hassle and proccesing is elementray. Im more to my credit to be aware
Of my scores existence. Takes away the fear of me being told "Im low". Its gives much relieved to now keep focus on building my credit score.

Easy to understand credit report descriptions. Site is easy to navigate. Layout and colors are appealing.
Interesting that not all agencies report same info and that even when they report same debt may not provide same details.

I never requested this service so please return my money you charged with my Discover you had a lot of nerve doing this. I have requested a cancellation and the return of my money.
So please oblige the first time I say the membership is when I say it on my bill.

Shortly after subscribing to the free trial I cannot find information to unsubscribe/end free trial. The fee and payment terms are unclear and the credit scores they reported from the three credit agencies are not the same as listed on the actual credit agencies websites. I see no benefit to this service and I do not want to continue my trial.

Great experience, customer service was great, didn't take long. Question was very understanding. Helping me to identify what I need to place my credit into a good status, supply me with a secured credit card with my type of credit! I

Very user friendly. The process did not not take long.The free trial was clear and the the options were visible and not in small writing. The reports were user friendly and really easy to analyze and see what needs to be fixed.

I received my scores but didn't realize there was a charge. I paid $1 which I thought was refundable & now see I was charged. I'm 85 years old & I guess I didn't know there was a charge. I really can't afford this charge & would like to cancel this & I would please like a refund. Thank you!

Didn't approve a refund. Of course you wouldn't if you're a bull$#*! company, I had money taken off not even remembering setting up and they tried to keep services that I didn't need and wouldn't refund me

It was easy to download and get all three credit scores. Now for people who need to improve their credit I would recommend it. I just wanted to know what my scores are. The one thing I wouldn't recommend is ordering services you don't need.

I was prompted to view my credit score for $1. I viewed my credit score one time, but really it was a $30 membership I never wanted. Misleading website. Asked for a refund and they gave me a refund for the $1 not the $30 membership. Great way to scam someone out of money I guess. Horrible. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It was a simple process and very complete. There were some items that were not accurate but I intend to get them corrected.

Avoid this company. The company lacks integrity and is looking to SCAM you. They say they will provide a free credit report but automatically enroll you in a $30/mo service that you will not be refunded you for.

There are plenty of actual FREE services (like, Credit Karma- they are truly free and do not ask for your credit card information).
