I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
I would not have concerned this product until I looked at the reviews and also it started me to thinking that it is time to straighten up my credit history. Which I am grateful for.
I recently realized that my identity may have been stolen,. I went on Score Sense and found charges i did not make. The process was easy and prompts were helpful.

I was a 'member' for 7 days before I caught their charge. Note: $40 not $30 to start with. They provided NO services, no anything in the 7 days, yet refuse to refund. Filed with CC processor.
The service is fine however the automatic enrollment stinks. You shouldn't advertise free reoort and then find out at the end it's like a gym membership.
OVERALL in respect to getting the actual credit report--Very good. However, I am having difficulty in finding out how the cancel this membership. Can you give me a clue?

I lost my job due to covid and can't afford to pay i asked for a refund they denied me only one refund on the 21of December the same day it suppose to come out my checking and i canceled my subscription the same day on the 21od December. They canceled my subscription for me and the next day denied me my 29.95 and said i wasnt getting it back... covid took my job i can't afford them to keep my 29.95. Who else can i talk to this is not right at all

I inadvertently enrolled in "scoresense.com" where you can check your credit rating. You can check your credit rating for free on multiple sites, so I'm not even sure how I did this. But, I had a $1 enrollment fee on my September credit card statement and an additional $29.00 fee for the August monthly fee. Why would anyone want to pay $30/month to check their credit report? These people must get everyone at least one time. I suppose it pays off for them... I called to have these charges removed from my credit card, stating I had no idea I even enrolled in anything. They did reverse the $1 but denied the $29.00 fee. I will be calling my credit card company to attempt to have the charge removed by them. BEWARE. At the very least you'll waste time getting rid of their erroneous charge. But, you may get dinged for $29.00 - this kind of company should be illegal. They seem to have my social security number too - very disturbing. Did I give it to them?! I think their site popped up when I was looking at something my bank or credit company sent me. I wish I could remember how I got introduced to their site in the first place, so I could file a report with the Consumer Protection Agency.
The website does not provide for cancels. I sent an email requesting cancellation and received a response telling me that I had to call to cancel. What a pain in the $#*!.

I didn't know why my score dropped 128 points in one day. Verizon charged me an extra months bill after I switched carriers and never let me know about billing me. Bastards.
I was able to see scores from TransUnion, Equifax and Experian with details. Each score given was presented with a summary of revolving credit, installment loans, real estate and other accounts.
I noticed that I had been charged on my credit card for $29.95, and I didn't know that I had agreed to anything with them. I requested a refund and a cancellation. I was refused a refund because I didn't request the refund until after I had been billed! How could I request a refund before I was billed if I didn't know I was going to be billed for something I didn't know I had agreed to! They were very generous and gave me $1.00.

The experiences OK Trying to understand why my credit rating was so low out of my bills are paid up today except for one and it's not mine that is capital one call financial that's my son's
I'm dissatisfied with this app I've always paid my dollar fee to get in and I've never been able to get this car I'm not paying anymore I've done it three times and I'm very dissatisfied with your app I refuse to pay another dollar just to get my score and get nothing for my dollar

Other than the Cost it was perfect. Not really happy to need to pay a recurring $30 fee that I cAn get elsewhere for zero cost the added features are not necessary as the report is the key
I applied for my credit report and score and did not get it. When I canceled the next day they took $39.95 out of my account without my authorization. I emailed them a few times but got no where.
This was very quick and easy. I was extremely pleased with the results. Or understand why it was free but yet I had to give credit card information. But that's okay.
