I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
App is user friendly and reading the reports takes no time. And if you need help someone is there. This is a great tool for keeping up with your credit reports.
Full process could not have been simpler and to those complaints sometimes about revolving charges I have a decision to make us to whether and I want to continue to monitor and if I don't I do I continue using the service and if I don't I simply cancel it. Unlike some other Sites they seem to make That decision an easy one to perform.
Very detailed with the information. I was surprised at two scores and pleased with the amount of details. I don't like being forced to do a review to move on with the next step in credit repair.

Would like to fix reports. Addresses inaccurately reported. 2 credit cards are over 15 years old. Address Lot 3 E Sprucewood sandusky 4 yrs then to 120 norwood. Own both.

Every time I go into the site it takes me through the enrollment process. I receive a notice and the system does not know that I am enrolled

Feels like a scam to me, I signed up for a free trial through a app, but when I went to cancel I couldn't get through to customer service and when I finally did they refuse to refund my money back to my acct, and even tried to get me to sign up for a cheaper subscription, this site is a scam and they make it so you can't reach them in time to cancel so they can hold to your money even after trying to contact them for several days
One of the best experiences to a credit report that I've ever seen... Let you know and show you exactly what's on your report and what you need to work on... I highly recommend it...

I signed up by click bait and this was on a loan website. I never used the service and after being charged 30 bucks was denied a refund. Its a scam and a crappy way to do someone.

My experience is good. Even though is good I really do not know how somebody will continue this without any dividend. I say this because I am not working; so it will be of no use to me.
Everything is fine for now. Free for 7 days. Would like to retrieve my husbands too however, guess I will have to pay for another monthly fee. We will see how everything is. Thank you
Hate having to go back and make a phone call just to cancel. I was just trying to see a copy of my credit report, not a sign up for service and monthly charge.
