I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
$30 a month is ridiculous and canceling is a huge hassle that was slow and asked continued retention questions after I made it clear I wanted to cancel. Will not use again.
I wanted to see all my scores together and the range they were in. I went from very poor to fair. So, I happy with that. Will try to get my oldest accounts off and continue to increase my scores.
Yes I got everything thanks. The experience was great and I was happy to see my most updated credit profile for all three of the the major credit bureaus. That was awesome!
Do not give these people your credit card. They say they are providing your credit score. Truth is, you are signing up for a $30 per month auto charge on your card.

I am trying to get my credit score straightened out so I can move forward in life I have a seven year old little girl that has William syndrome so I'm trying to get it all straightened out so I can move forward the only thing I know I have his medical bills

I was seeking to just get a copy of my credit report and I clicked on Scoresense. I will own the fact that I must have missed that it would be an ongoing charge, but as soon as I did-I called to cancel. They will not refund my money for the service THAT I NEVER USED and that I cancelled in PLENTY OF TIME! And to make matters worse, they cancelled my account, won't refund my money AND I can't access any of the so called "benefits"! So they took my money and I have NOTHING to show for it! SCAM SCAM SCAM! RUN RUN RUN!
Seemed like this rushed you into paying for this. Thought I was going to explore the price and see what I would get out of the service for the price first.

I do enjoy the fact that I can see all three of my credit scores at the same time instead of using experience to see one and credit karma to see the other two

I don't understand why I keep getting E-mails--I cancelled my membership over a week ago. I wanted to make sure I was not billed--yet I have received no cancellation notice!

Tried to sign in and could not. Kept saying that my password didn't match what you have on file. Tried several times and the exact same thing... didn't match what you have on file.

I have work to do. I saw something that did not pertain to me. However, when I went back to address it I could not find it. Therefore, I have some work to do.
After the 7 day trial, I tried to get into the system, your site told me that account was not available, so I tried again in April and it said the same thing
Outdated info I was expecting a report with updated information. It appears to me that this is a typical bait and switch, I do not to maintain a membership

I was able to look up my scores without any prolems. I had to cancel my subscription for various reasons, but the customer service representative was very helpful with that
