I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.

I hope these scores are accurate. Sometimes these sites aren't the same as the credit agencies. TransUnion Experian and Equafax

Getting my reports was a quick and easy process within the Score Sense website.
Very good and I would like to cancel subscription at the end of the 7 days free period.
I was able to fix my problems & I now know I have someone I can depend on to help me get on track in life.
Money was deducted from my account that was not authorized by my and I did not receive any services from this company. BEWARE

This was a whole lot easier to get all three reports than the old Annual Three Free Credit Report system!
I was able to set up and account and review my score in less than 10 minutes without any hassles,
They have always let me know when my credit takes a hit. Its been a pleasure to be with them.
