I found the process of obtaining my reports to be very efficient and straightforward. Navigating the website was a breeze due to its user-friendly interface.
I just wanted what I was given in a pamphlet from NYS attorney General office. Which stated a free one time a year credit report from all three credit agencies. Instead I have to pay a fee plus charge a subscription to my card. Which is suppose to be free for seven days the the monthly fee. This is bait and switch. I had to pay for it to be printed and pay you for the free credit report. No thank you.
I spoke with an agent and we discussed how to improve my credit and was given great advice i would recommend this site. The only down side is some loan companies dont acknowledge this site to get scores
After just a little computer effort, I learned that my credit scores are "Top Tier" so I'm taking next steps on my house building journey. If the scores had taken hours/days/weeks to learn, I would likely stop the forward process and just pout. Your quick and reliable information kept the process moving and saved me from the urge to Day Drink!
It was an easy and fast process; do not hesitate. The only annoying aspect of the whole process is the obligation to leave at the very least a 50-word review. I am writing this because I have never had this limitation before. Hopefully this writing will suffice for the word limit.
Supper glad I did this, At first I thought my credit rating was going to be a bit below good since it has been quite a while since I did my own credit check on myself. Real happy to find out it was 787, some what higher than average I think. Thank you for your service.
The monthly subscription is hidden. Even though I've chatted with a representative and received a confirmation email of cancellation, I received thank you for joining emails immediately after and am still not positive it canceled my account.

They will literally charge you twice within the same month, no matter your situation if you need to get your money back they will not give you the opportunity. I heard bad reviews about it from all of my friends figured I check it out and they were not wrong. If anything it's even worse than they said, they do not have respect for people struggling with money or the fact that there is a global crisis going on where, them automatically charging you a 1$ for a FREE 7day trail. That isn't free because on the 4th day having this was charged 19.95 then 2 weeks later I'm charged with 19.95 once again. When you try to talk to an agent and try to get your money back they can end the chat, and that's the end of it. I'm honestly mad I can't put zero stars because this low grade site deserves it stealing peoples money.
Very questionable site. I have received several emails identifying me as "Christina" and informing me of "changes" to my credit. I think this is some bottom-feeding scam site hoping to dupe people into buying unneeded services to track their credit scores.
Back to their old predatory ways of 2014 still, after paying $22M. Like the rest of the dissatisfied 1-STARS, I never signed up. I am assuming it was thru a payday loan service i had to use for a few month. BTW you are better off begging for money on the street than going to a loan shark.
I am waiting to be simply refunded but not too hopeful base on what you'll have said
Wish me luck.

I don't know where your company gets its information for the credit reports. But I feel this was a waste of time and money me because the report was vague and needed information that should have been on a standard report was not there. Maybe the report was streamlined to some extent it is very unclear. Thanks for the opportunity of your service but I will no longer need it and I wish to cancel my subscription.

Very good information. It looks like I'm in pretty good shape. I do not actually need any continued services at this time. I would not have known that though without this information. I have decided to cancel my subscription only for those reasons. Thank you very much for your assistance
I've used ScoreSence for over a year and I initially got into it through their free trial. I was impressed by the details and how easy it was to see how I could improve my credit score. If I were to rate this company 6 months ago then I would have given it a 5/5. Unfortunately, there was a new App update and it looks like their website also mimics the App interface, which is less detailed and not as useful. I'm currently looking for another App to replace ScoreSence as I'm not satisfied with the latest updates... now it seems to be more focused on advertising their services.
Called March 6 2021 to cancel my membership because I didn't even realize that scoresense was taking out $29.95 a month. I just wanted to try it once. The customer service rep that I spoke to said that he would cancel my account and try to recoup several of the withdrawals and not only did I not get my money back he kept my account active so I've had 2 more $29.95 charges taken out of my account! Awful experience and definitely would not recommend!
It was great seeing the information from all three bureaus side by side. It is eye-opening as to just how different your report can vary from one to the next
There are actually a few accounts on my credit that have been reported with very different details to each bureau (such as opening/closing dates, and even the payment details are completely different in some cases). Strange how you could appear to be three different individuals based on the wide variance of information that each bureau has listed. Looking like the perfect customer on one forum, and an average customer on another. There's got to be a better way. One that would ensure that the information creditors report in on the consumer, actually match from one bureau to the next.
I just signed up yesterday. But when I tried to use the app I got more and more frustrated. The young woman me " off the ledge". I was ready to quit. She should be the model of what your customer service it standards by. GREAT JOB. I wish I had written your name down.
Yah u sign up for 7 day trial n all 3 reports come up thats great but then monthly is 29.95 = 360 a year they dont want u to add up the numbers. I was promised a reduction to 5.95. Per month which was great n well worth it but they misrepresented it. You only get a monthly update so they dont refresh but once every 30 days. That suks when ur trying to improve credit score makes the. Plan worthless
I received this "ad" asking if I wanted to see all 3 of my credit scores. I did. Following the instructions, within 2 minutes I had them and was very pleased. This is the first time I've done such a thing and thought it might be a scam but it wasn't. Great job ScoreSense.
I must be more naive than I thought. The ten minute process of getting my scores clued me in that this would not be a one off. I have no intention of signing up for ongoing scores, advice, etc. Please do not renew me at the end of the 7 day trial.
Company is legit. It does provide a comprehensive credit history and is able to explain a) what the numbers actually mean, and b) how to improve them if desired. Cancelling the subscription required a phone call (no website option), but that was done in less than 10 minutes. All I needed to do was call up, explain I wanted to cancel, listen to two additional offers and that was it. So long as you are polite but firm, canceling is really easy.
Your report has 2 accounts in collections, repossession, or are significantly past due. I have paid off all Tax Liens as of February 14,2020; my car loans are either paid off or up to date. None of my credit cards are past due. All three credit companies, Experian, etc. show my score significantly higher.
Can you please let me know what is on your report that shows 2 accounts in collections. Thank you.
I received the information I called for. Other than that I do not know enough about the company to write a long review. So far I'm satisfied, but time will tell if I continue to be satisfied with ScoreSense services.
I called to cancel & spoke with a very nice, knowledgeable agent & she offered me a very good special price for the program. I've had good results so far. The best credit management program out there in my opinion.
I would give zero stars if possible. This is a complete scam. I was unable to load any of the information from the website, it wouldn't allow me to open/view anything. I sent an email requesting my subscription be cancelled, got no response, but my account was charged 30.00. The person that I spoke to on the phone was very professional and understanding. However, your service and product SUCK. Use the 30.00 to improve it.

I have tried to cancel this and I have requested 7 times and they are still trying to charge my card. Extremely hard to get anyone to answer my cancellation request. Don't like services. Not worth $20 a month! Don't do it or free week, they kick you in and can't cancel! Very dissatisfied!
This site is trash, and ran by trash people. Signed up for the membership to review my credit scores. Subsequently called 4 different times to cancel my membership, twice was kept on hold for over 2 hours, one the line was closed 20 mins before it was supposed to be, and once (my fault) where I missed the time to call. Tried to email and chat, and was told they couldn't cancel that way. Finally got through on my fifth attempt, conveniently after the "free trial" period ended. Then was finally able to cancel and told they would "review" my request for a refund on their membership fee, which I had "used" for 2 days. Thanks again scoresense!
Tip for consumers:
Don't. Use another site not run by shady people whose product is so bad the only way they can hit their margins is by working people over for a monthly fee.
Products used:
Honestly nothing past their free portion, but still got charged for it.
